I was in the area and needed a coffee fix. This Starbucks is a little bit on the smaller size than most of the other Starbucks I frequent. The baristas where very friendly ad efficient. I have stopped here multiple times. During the day don't park near the store, the drive through gets backed up, and the cars will block in the parked cars. During the evening with one car ahead of me, I received a wonderful venti pistachio latte. It was so good the consistency actually surprised me. The surprising part was it was not overly sweet. The latte was smooth, with a hint of pistachio, and warm. It hit the mark on a cold February night. read more

I LOVE Starbucks. I get Starbucks every single day, I am a loyal customer. I always either use a debit card to pay or cash. if I use cash I always try to have smaller bills, but sometimes I get paid from my job with 100 dollar bills. So at this McMurray location I ordered a large coffee and food this morning, and when I got to the window to pay I handed the guy my 100 dollar bill and he rolled his eyes at me while taking the 100 and was like "really a 100" and like turned around to talk to 2 employees and one lady with purple hair was like "just say no". I felt so uncomfortable sitting there this guy at the window was acting beyond annoyed at me. I was appalled at the way they were handling this, the guy at the window hands me back my 100 and was like " there's nothing else i can do". Then, they didn't give me my drink or food!!!!! I just had to leave!!!! I go there every single day and I literally had money, and they wouldn't give me my drink??? When you are at the window you know that they already pretty much have your drink made with your name on it, so i guess they just threw it away. Ridiculous. Dunkin will always break a 100 even if it's a 3 dollar coffee any other restaurant or store does it's only this store that has an issue. they are STARBUCKS they are able to break a 100, and even if they couldn't the guy didn't need to be rude and roll his eyes, and they could've given me my drink still. The lady behind him with purple hair is always so rude every time I go all my friends agree too, she's miserable and makes you feel like you did something wrong every single time. Just really upsetting because I am a great customer and they treat me like this. so I went to the Starbucks on 19 and they broke my 100 no problem and the employees were actually nice. Every time I go to this Mcmurray location I just get nervous to even see these employees and that is ridiculous. Someone needs to talk to them or fire them or fix the situation because I am livid. read more

The remodel is nice inside. Still smallish. It is a bit more like a typical Starbucks. Funny they kept the drive thru order window in virtually the same spot, so the parking lot still gets jammed up! I feel bad for the other businesses. The staff seems to enjoy themselves. Blink blink read more

The neighborhood Starbucks . Always great - open till late even on a Sunday with indoor and outdoor seating (2-3) tables ..not too crowded if you want to sit in , the drive through is always busy . They have your regular Starbucks grub - they get the order right and in quick time too ! Everything to like about this Starbucks ! read more

Staff is pretty friendly here. I enjoy coming here because it's close to where I work, but every time I come here lately they are consistently running out of every lunch item such as protein boxes and paninis. They always offer "breakfast items." I understand this happens time to time but I have no been given an apology, discount, or a coupon or anything for this inconvenience. It can be pretty frustrating. Therefore I think I may be stopping at a different Starbucks in the future. read more

Great staff here but it's pretty busy and you have to watch where you park. I walk here in the morning but sometimes in the afternoon, you can get blocked in by drive-thru traffic. This is my go-to location. read more

It's a credit to Starbucks that when one walks into (or drives through) one of their stores they know exactly what they're getting. It is a decidedly strong high-end coffee. Whether one is in NYC, Texas, DC, or in suburban Pittsburgh, Starbucks is remarkably consistent. What puts the individual locations over the top is the people--and I've always found the baristas in the McMurray location to be both personable and professional. The folks here have always been very pleasant w/ my children, which scores huge points with me. read more

Seriously, park on the opposite side of the lot!! Those drive through customers are insane! Overall, your standard Starbucks--friendly staff, decent coffee, horrible high-traffic location. It's on the smaller side but I got the feeling most people just used the drive through anyway. read more

First, whichever township zoned and permitted this Starbucks should be fired. The parking lot is atrociously small for the amount of businesses there and the layout is horrible. It's so bad that you can't park in certain spots during the morning as youll get blocked in by drive-thu patrons. Never in my years have I ever seen a more ridiculous parking lot for a business. That said, the "cashier" who took the order was unable to actually ring it up as she didn't know how. I always get black iced coffee, perhaps she was thrown off by the advanced task of ice in a black coffee vs. Just pouring hot coffee in a cup from a container. Her genius barista coworker, who was "making" my drink had to assist... He came to the register to assist, asking me what I was having, because the 5ft. Walk from the barista station, where he was just making my drink, apparently made him forget everything. Interior is tiny compared to the locations I frequent north of the city, thankfully I'll never be back here. I've been to hundreds of Starbucks locations, including the original in Seattle, and this is by far the worst in terms of location, ease of access, parking and employees. read more

This place is great! It has a really large set up and a nice layout. The staff is really and perky, even at 5:30 in the morning when I rolled in!! The coffee was at the perfect temp. Two thumbs up! The only negative thing is be careful where you park and when you want to leave. They have a drive thru, which is awesome, but the line was so long that it wrapped around the lot and the cars blocked me in and I could not pull out. Ill be the first to admit my love for over priced coffee and lattes. I think this Starbucks in particular has a friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. There are a few tables and plush chairs which makes it a great meeting spot. read more

This is a smaller neighborhood Starbucks tucked in a small shopping center. Parking near the door is a real problem in the morning as the drive thru queues so that certain parked cars are blocked. They have signs warning you about it. It's also pretty small inside and I don't think enjoys the same warm atmosphere other Starbucks has. But it is a Starbucks and their coffee is second-to-none! read more
