Of course we all recognize the standards of the Starbucks menu so there's not much to say there. I visited this location on a Saturday afternoon and there was a few people in the dining area and a few more in the drive-through but not the normal busyness and Starbucks mania I was very disappointed by the cleanliness of both the dining areaand the restroom. This may have just been a bad and busy day for them. There seemed to be about 3 people making drinks but roughly 12 people waiting on drinks when I got there. The employees seemed to be working as fast as they could however the wait to get my drink was slightly insane compared to my usual visits to Starbucks locations. Drive thru was also hard to get into because a truck was blocking the entrance as he was bringing in their inventory. Due to this I came inside and the cars that were in drive thru that arrived well after me were getting their drinks and leaving even though they ordered after all of us sitting inside and waiting. It also seemed as some of the employees were new and still learning so I get that but the wait was pretty intense especially for a latte. This is the only Starbucks near me without driving 15 minutes. I try to come here often but every time I do I find myself frustrated. It's always packed! The drive through and the inside stays packed with customers. The workers are very sweet and kind. Service is slow extra slow. The inside is always clean but the parking lot and drive through line is horrible. Once you get in the drive through line you are stuck. They also run out of food items often. Stopped here on my way to a meeting this morning. Drinks were made perfectly! They were out of a few things but I settled on a turkey sandwich which was pretty good. The service was great, fast, easy, and friendly. All covid precautions were in place and taken seriously here. I miss indoor dining but love their commitment to the community. The downside- outside was a mess. With a beautiful claim to care about the environment indoors (reusable cups perk!) It's disappointing to see so much lack of care outside those doors. Straws, cups, and trash were everywhere. Iv seen many busy Starbucks who make a big effort to keep the waste down and responsibly care for the waste they produce- and would love to see a greater effort made from this location! read more

Yes, it's busy but they do not have an effective system between mobile orders and in house orders. 40 minutes later, I came out with no iced coffee (hard task if I'm Not wanting a half gallon of milk and a cup of syrup and whipped cream on top). 30 minutes in - they had to brew a pot of dark roast for my husband's simple cup of coffee. They didn't know how to add just a splash of cream so they gave it to me black. I waited another 8 minutes and still didn't have my iced black coffee so I left. I hate Starbucks. All of the reviews stating this is the slowest Starbucks in NC are accurate. I would not recommend stopping here if you're in a hurry or want coffee in under 30 minutes. I would also recommend they provide better training to new workers before leaving them alone on the cash registers on the busiest shopping weekend of the year. read more

DESERVES NEGATIVE 5 stars!! Sign says "Cafe closed until 8/30/21"...Umm hello..it is 9/1/2021. Then they selectively choose people standing outside on if they are going to bring their order out. WTF. Drive thru jammed packed and I did a mobile order so I can't even get my f'n money back. This is the worst store ever. I was at the charging station for my electric car across the street from this location. I checked my app to make sure that they had inside ordering. I walked across the street with my child only to find this homemade sign on the door. I then walked over to the window that had 1 car at it - the car drove away and I asked if I could place my order through the drive-thru. I was told with flailing hands that they could not serve me - why not? I am outside of a window, I have the app to pay, and I have 4 hungry people who would like food or drink, and there are no cars behind me at the moment. Ok, now I remember why, first, it has been a while, like 2 years since my last review, and I why I haven't used this Starbucks in a while. The service is soooooooooooo SLOW. They only had 3 people working in the front. They are moving like they don't have a next customer waiting m. They move very slowly m. No huddle and bustle at all. Either close the drive/thru or the inside because you 3 cannot handle this amount of people. Close this one down until you get more workers. RIDICULOUS!!!! And on top of that, the drinks are NASTY. Good grief. I should have read the reviews first! Great location, but crazy setup to get to & through the drive-through. There were maybe four cars ahead of me, but it took like 12 minutes, by the time I placed my order, until I received my drink. When I did get to the window, the barista was just "so-so" nice, he wasn't with the pleasantries. My drink was hot & the cup was clean (I do hate when they allow splatters to get all over the cup or sleeve & then hand it to me). I stopped at this Starbucks on a road trip to get a drink and food. What I had planned to be a quick stop turned out to be a 30 minute stop. When the food was sat out, a drink was spilled on it and the bag was all wet.
