Of the million Starbucks in the world, this is another one. What can you really say about Starbucks. They are all pretty much the same. I guess the only difference is the layout of the store. Speaking to that, this is a fairly small Starbucks. It has some interior seats along one of the walls, and a couple of two-person tables near the front of the store. It does have some very nice outdoor seating. So, weather permitting, it's a nice place to sit back and enjoy your Starbucks whatever. This is a drive-through Starbucks. So, a good percentage of their business is people that come here for that reason and not to sit down and enjoy the drink inside/or outside. So, if you want a Starbucks has to offer, and you want to either drive-through or grab it inside, this is a place to do just that. read more

As someone who never goes to Starbucks which I mentioned that it was my first time here (I am not a coffee drinker) I am unaware of the proper protocol for picking up a to go order. The girl was extremely rude when she told me I needed to stop at the speaker next time. Then when I asked for a receipt she rudely replied it's on the app. I just told you I haven't ever been here before so I maybe I don't have the app. read more

Bad customer service. I placed an online order and arrived at the time it said it would be ready. There were only two cars in front of me and none behind, yet I was told to pull around and come back because I "arrived too soon." I arrived on time, and my time and gas should be respected. read more

terrible customer service! long wait time! placed an order via the starbucks app and arrived 2mins after. I was told in the drive thru not to arrive until after 6mins and that I would have to come back or wait inside. look... "what's the difference in me placing my order 2mins ago or placing it w you now?!?!" Then, I go in, wait forever (only one other customer) and they got the order wrong (oat milk latte). Coffee was very bitter and service was below average. However, my drink arrived to me quickly with no errors.

We placed an order today for a Venti iced white mocha and a Venti caramel ribbon crunch blended Frappuccino. The white mocha was fine, but the Frappuccino was horrible! When you pay $6.45 for a drink, you expect it to be special....or at least like it's supposed to be. There was no flavor... it tasted just like shaved ice with a little bit of whipped cream and a few sprinkles on top and a few squirts of caramel. Very disappointed! I watched while my ticket was bypassed MANY times before somebody finally grabbed it to do the Frappuccino part. The white mocha came out right away. I understand that different stations do different types of drinks, but at least try to get them out around the same time? I won't be back to this location! I recommend if you want a good one, go to the new store on Stoughton Road and Flaum or the new location on First and East Washington. 2 1/2 total stars Greenway Blvd? This is the worst location in all of WI. I travel all over for work and the employees are rude. The wait time in the cafe for tea was 20 minutes while 14 other drinks sat on the counter. Then they forgot to make my 2nd identical drink. The clerk took my personal cup and put it under the nozzle for green tea! My personal cup. It was clean but how many others have they done this with? I called and said something and missed the distric manager, Rich's call. I have been calling him back for almost 2 weeks now left 3 voicemails and two texts. No reply!!! Stay away from thid gross location that treats customers like crap. Including the district manager who is too "busy" to care about customers. read more

Very disappointing experience. Employees were very terse and rude to customers. I was the beneficiary of a mistake and when I pointed it out employee expressed that it was my fault (no thank you or other acknowledgment). No lobby access by order of the district manager. This location has not had the in-store cafe open at all this week. The drive thru has been open & cars do not know how to pull into the single direction lot without causing massive traffic hell. There are many nearby hotels & yesterday there were multiple people WALKING through the drive thru. A younger woman in her pajamas stood between two trucks to order from the hotel. It was 9 degrees out with a 50mph wind advisory. This is stupid and dangerous. I believe the district manager needs to either hire more staff or get there butt to the location and run register themselves if they have to. This is a location MEANT to be foot traffic accessible because it located in a shopping center on the transit line besides multiple hotels. If someone arrives on the bus or trolley on foot to grab a coffee there only choice is to WALK through the line or go to McDonald's. read more

Good and drinks are okay. When I get the breakfast wrap, sometimes the potatoes are crunchy from being undercooked. Baristas at this location don't seem to always enjoy working, and mobile ordering on a work morning is usually a nightmare. Store could also be a bit cleaner. read more

This Starbucks never answers there phones and the drinks seem to taste different than any other Starbucks that I've gone too. I got my drink for $9.50 and it mostly tasted like milk that was watered down with ice. Not worth the money. I've gone here a couple of times just to try and give it another shot but still end up being disappointed with how the drinks turn out. read more

The customer service at this location is TERRIBLE!! The workers will ignore you when you ask a question and will not even look at you to try to avoid helping you. I have been here at least ten times and service is the same. AWFUL! I have never and would never tip here. I spent $9 on a drink and they hand it to me almost half empty. If I wasn't in a hurry to get some where I would've gone back. I tried to call so I could get my money back but they have their phones turned off. Poor quality service and poor quality drinks. This location is a bust. Most Starbucks are pretty consistent in quality and service, but this drive thru is incredibly efficient and the staff are friendly. Although the line can wrap around the building, it moves quickly and I never worry about being late due to a long wait. read more

I went yesterday, and there was too much cold foam coming out of the sides to the point my lid wouldn't fit on. I parked my car and went inside to get a new coffee. The older women helped me was so incredibly nice and got me a new coffee right away and offered napkins. Thank you to the person who went onto my account and refunded me some money. They're really nice and they have a great personality but whenever I do mobile pick up, I have to wait at least five minutes for someone to acknowledge me and get my order. I get it the baristas are busy. Once I was fed up with that and so I went to the empty ordering line to ask for my order and she rudely told me that the order pick up area was where I should pick up my order. Only go here if you have time to spare. I understand staffing problems - but holy moly - each time I have gone here, it's taken over 30 minutes in the drive thru and they never get my order right. Their new sous vide egg white things are to die for. I've been looking forward to trying them and got the roasted red pepper one. Out of this world amazing. No joke. I don't normally eat any type of fast food but had to check them out because i was excited they had finally added some gluten free items to their food menu and i love eggs. I make frittatas on a regular basis. The egg whites were cooked perfectly, firm enough to not fall apart after biting into them but still moist and delicate. They had nice big chunks of red pepper and the seasoning was just right. I will definitely be back for more. My iced green tea latte with almond milk was also really good. I was tempted to try the green tea creme frappucino but the cashier mentioned that drink was really sweet due to the frappucino mix and suggested the latte. Glad I took her advice. read more

I'm not usually a huge fan of Starbucks, but I had some time to kill and I was thirsty. What I got was a perfect pour. The espresso was beautiful, and the coffee was amazing. In addition, this location was clean, large with plenty of seating, and quiet. I'll definitely be back. read more

Maybe the staff here could learn some customer service manners. The person that took my order acted like I was an inconvenience to her day. I ordered just a regular coffee..so not sure how this made her day all crappy. Starbucks could take some notes from Moka, which has excellent customer service and actually values you as a customer.
