It's a Starbucks, but it's a good one. However, the drive thru is always packed and the wait Is long. Nevertheless, the establishment is open for inside service, which is relatively faster service. If you're in a hurry, don't go through the drive thru. read more

I ordered a venti brown sugar oat shaken espresso. I asked for only 3 shots instead of 4 and light ice. This is the same drink I get almost daily. The girl at the counter was very nice and I had no problems with her. After I gave her my order she Asked if I just wanted it filled up with oat milk to make up for light ice and I said yes and she said no problem. The girl making my drink was named Natalie I think. When I got my drink it was 3/4 full of ice. Not only was it not light ice but it was extra ice. On top of that the drink was not full, there was still 1.5-2 inches of space at the top. If I'm paying $7 for a drink it should at least be full and not 3/4 filled with ice. I politely told the girl making it that it was supposed to be light ice. She stared at me, gave me a dirty look, rolled her eyes, gave me attitude and muttered to herself. My husband and I were shocked at her behaviour. Then when I got the new drink she made there was only 2 shots of expresso in it and I watched her only pump 2 pumps of the syrup. She purposely made it wrong again out of spite. Completely petty and rude behaviour. At that point I didn't feel like asking her again to make it as I was unsure how she would react and needed to get back on the road so we left. What makes it worse is that we were here a few days ago on Dec 21 and the same thing happened. Cup no where near full and like 3/4 full of ice but we were in such a hurry I didn't notice till we were back on the road. Going forward we will be sure to go to the other location and avoid this place. read more

Came here for a warm coffee on a cold day. Was greeted by smiling faces. Looked inside the store at the Christmas cups. Ordered a Christmas warm drink. It was made quickly and came out as ordered. Had it made extra hot to last a little longer. Drink was flavored perfect. The inside of the store was organized and clean. All the team members were great. read more

I am so beyond happy that this town opened a 2nd one. The staff is much more efficient at this location than the other one in town. I got stuck behind a group of ~10 high school kids the other night. They were really good about getting drinks out quickly and apologized for the wait, despite it not being their fault. They have plenty of group seating and the place still smells new. They thought out this place and used double sets of doors and installed several outlets to let you charge your laptop. read more

This establishment is a disgrace to society. First off, they incorrectly pronounced my sweet boyfriend's name, though it is quite obvious. Next, I was given an iced coffee that was no joke 90% milk. I was unhappy with this, obviously, so I went up to ask if they could put a little more coffee in. I was given extreme amounts of sass and snark and was told no and if I wanted that it would be more money. As someone who works in the food industry, it is standard that the customer is always right and we fix any issues that we have caused without complaining. To top it all off, my boyfriends food was still frozen in the center and it was a scam of nearly 14 dollars. In addition to the lack of professionalism, they constantly flirted with my sweet boyfriend in front of me. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. read more

Every time I try to go to this Starbucks they decide to close early fix concrete bang their head in the blender any reason they can think of to try to make everyone late and waist their time in the line they do it. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this location. These guys always make the drinks perfectly and they know what they're talking about. This one is my favorite of all time and I'm from NY. The other Starbucks has newbies I guess but I always have problems with getting drinks from them. Anyway, this place is great and it's Starbucks so it's amazing. I like how they're right across the way from Panera and Hobby Lobby. I really enjoy this Starbucks and we go out of our way to get drinks from here. read more

Line is always very very long at drive through and little to no parking. Not the staffs fault but maybe we need a additional location? I've sat 20 min in the drive through . Once You enter the drive if you realize it's just not moving and you no longer have time to place the order you can not get out. Again not the staffs fault they are very friendly. read more

Location is awkward with the one way in/out and parking/traffic could get annoying but other then that excellent service. Even though the lines are long I seem to to always get my order in a reasonable time and still hot! Love this place regardless! May 24th, 2019-- made the mistake of stopping at this location around 1pm. My friend and I just wanted a dark roast, we were informed they don't usually serve this past 10am. News to me. Any other location I've been at in the US or Canada, they tell you it will take about 10 minutes to brew. The long haired young kid (hesitant to say man) at the register never even offered. He stepped away from the till, distracted (but not toward the drink station) several times during our order. He had trouble scanning my prepaid card and was going to give up, I suggested he try again and it worked. We waited and waited for the drink,there was another gentleman waiting when we initially arrived. He got his just before we got ours, almost 20 minutes. This young male employee kept going to the sit-up bar to talk to some people he knew and showing them what he was shaking. ??? There were about 6 drinks sitting on the counter. When ours was done I had to ask if "Jose" was us. The drinks matched, names did not and others were waiting. I gave the name Jones and this flippant young man said I though you said Rose. Still not even close. He was either high or not too bright. Not the usual service we receive at this location. My friends drink was wrong, I told him they'd make him a new one, but he was so fed up he said let's just go, I've had enough. Whoever designed this location should be shot, it's impossible to park. If you did park in their lot you'd be blocked in by the constant stream of traffic at the drive through. read more

One of the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. After placing an online order and waiting the allotted time, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes if not more. I stood there watching baristas filling the orders of employees and those who seem to be friends of theirs before said mobile orders. I was not the only one standing in there waiting! Then my order came up, but not one barista called my name so I waited another 5 minutes before I had to ask if it was my drink. Poorly ran. I will be going to the one on Broadway from here on out. Good location on the south side of town. Avoid the drive thru if you see a line. Sometimes it's not the fastest if you are in a hurry. Do a mobile order if you can so you can skip the lines. Friendly staff that makes great drinks. read more

I went in today and asked for heavy cream in my coffee. The cashier was super sweet and obliging. A red head barista walked up behind and her and said they were running really low . She wanted me to get my drink another way. She didn't want me to use it . I ordered a water instead. I eat low carb and can't drink it another way. I am a twice Starbucks drinker normally .Another barista without me saying anything handed me a free coffee with heavy cream. This Starbucks would be awesome if the red head did not feel you are an annoyance to her . I am not sure Starbucks would be happy with her service. read more

Not only have I been stuck in the drive thru line for 30 minutes (haven't even ordered yet!) .....I am also unable to leave due to the design of their parking lot! It was kind of busy when I went in but it took almost an hour just to get my iced coffee and that's it. They weren't that busy but I guess they were busy enough work took an hour to get a ice coffee. Moreover I got some baked goods and they were gross they were dried out. I think you could actually use one of the cake pops as a weapon... I am definitely not coming back I don't care if it is close to where I like to shop. This is the good Starbucks in town (compared to the one on Burdick). Staff is very friendly.and accommodating. Prices are the same as any other starbucks, but they have great customer service. Sometimes the inside is dirty with flies, so cleanliness kind of depends on when you go and who is working. read more
