I use to love this location. But I've been stopping by lately and there's this very rude petite woman with curly hair and glasses and she's so unnecessarily rude. I ordered a matcha and she held it for a second before shoving it to my husband and smacking the window and locking it even before we left the drive thru. It's so sad that I can't even feel comfortable or enjoy a location I once use to love going to. On the other hand there's a wonderful guy that works there that always wears a beanie and he's always so nice. And a tall guy with a ponytail, always gets my order right and is always polite. I'm only giving this place a one because of Arissa. Not that I had a bad experience at another time.. it's just that this is my first time here, and Arissa's customer service is impeccable. She is uuuber patient and super sweet. I had some technical difficulties with my phone because I guess the area is really bad, so I only have the app to use to pay. She waited and didn't make faces and just continued to service her other customers. I ended up giving up, and she was able to still help me out. I've never had a bad experience at a Starbucks--until now. One of the employees at this location is consistently rude and passive-aggressive. I've interacted with her more than once, and each time she's made the experience unnecessarily unpleasant. Most recently, I asked politely for more oat milk (which I had already been charged for), and instead of helping, she walked away and snapped, "If you wanted a latte, you should've asked for a latte." I was respectful and calm the entire time, and I have no issue paying for what I need--but I do expect basic courtesy in return. She's a petite woman with curly hair and glasses, and unfortunately, her attitude stands out in all the wrong ways. Eye rolling, dismissive behavior, and an overall hostile demeanor--this isn't what I expect from a Starbucks team member. If she's unhappy working here, maybe it's time to reconsider whether customer service is the right fit. This is the only Starbucks where I've encountered this kind of issue, and it's disappointing. Sadly it's only a 2 stars because they remodeled this to pretty much focus on to-go orders and the drive through. I'm guessing they remodeled it like this to help with the drive through traffic that they use to have when they had to focus on the customers that were sitting in the dining room but Starbucks was always that place to meet with people and get work done when I was growing up. I guess its cool that they have a screen that shows what orders are getting prepared and what's ready but its a crying shame they they gutted this place out the way they did. I'm guessing the new starbucks down the road will hopefully have some seating but if this is the direction that Starbucks wants to go....then that's depressing. read more

Every time I've been in there seems like it's mad chaos. It's either they're shortstaffed all the time or there's just bad management. It's hard to tell when people look like they're running around with their heads cut off. I go in today order myself a Trenta iced coffee, simple as can be literally takes less than two minutes to make and people that are were behind me were getting served before me with more complicated. I just don't get it. I had to leave without my drink because they were taking so long. I don't know what's so different with Starbucks these days. It seems like they have a totally different system and it seems totally inefficient for people that walk in. It's not my local Starbucks but it's in my shopping area so I stop here every couple weeks. The line is always long but the wait is not bad. They keep it moving. Never had a problem. My drinks are always correct and good. I'm always ordering from secret menu so my drinks get a little complicated but they still be on it. It's a good location. read more

GrabNGo Only Now This Starbucks underwent a renovation and came back as a grab and go only location. Although I was pleased to see my favorite Starbucks baristas after the renovation the jury is still out on the concept. I read the original intent behind Starbucks was to create community. This concept does not give that vibe. To their credit though this shopping center location does not have much parking in general. In the renovation the outdoor sitting area was removed to create one more pickup parking space. read more

Like others have said, this Starbucks location is cramped both inside and out. Outside, the parking lot is small and the entrance is hidden behind a parking spot next to the patio fencing, which makes it inconvenient. Inside, space is quite minimal and can easily overcrowd. What makes it worse is that because people can't find parking, they resort to the drive thru, which in return causes a huge back up into the lot, further deterring customers from leaving the premises. The service is also just meh, nothing spectacular. I've noticed the baristas here don't even bother to ask for your name let alone efficiently make your drink. I've gotten a a few drinks that were not discernable by taste and only by the name they call it. It was also disappointing to pick up your drink at the counter and then being informed that they forgot to add my shot of espresso...well at least they remembered it wasn't put in? I hope Starbucks invests more into customer service and expand or renovate the establishment because it has so much more potential. read more

Horrible location. You practically have to drive in zig-zags to get inside. Whose idea was this? During peak-times, don't even bother. A huge cluster of mess. This area get's so congestive, it's inherently counterproductive, which is sad because their baristas are pretty nice. For all it's worth, it's Starbucks. This Starbucks has no problem making my order correctly. The problem is you have to wait 19 years for your order. Drive thru OR in store. By the time you get your drink you could have gone to the Kroger, googled ingredients, bought said ingredients, driven home, parked your car, taken your chicken out the freezer to thaw, started dinner using the chicken you thawed and then followed your google instructions and made your own Starbucks drink faster than if you would have come to this location and ordered a drink. Where do I even begin... I placed a mobile order and selected drive thru, because I knew there is never parking available. Little did I know this would turn into a 45 MINUTE affair. I drive up to the line backing up trammel Fresno (as usual) I get up to the speaker and say I'm picking up the mobile order. "For (someone else's name)?" "No, for Macy" I finally get up to the window and they're like "who is this for again and what was in your order?" Then another person comes up and informs me someone took my mobile order "by accident" and asked me to pull to the front of the restaurant and they'll remake it and bring it out. WHY was it sitting with the in-store pickup mobile orders if I selected drive thru? I pull up front, the same person who said they were remaking my order comes out with clearly not my order and asks if I'm (someone else's name) for the third time. 10 minutes go by and still no one has brought my order. I finally got a parking spot and go in to ask about it. The same person says "you're (someone else's name)? NO you're Macy" and then I stand there for a few more minutes waiting, because why would my order be sitting with the mobile orders when they were supposed to bring it out? Finally they say "I HAVE AN APPLE CRISP SHAKEN ESPRESSO FOR MACY" sitting with the mobile orders!!! I don't know what is going on at this location but it's so awful! Also, the drink is nasty which is what the other reviews say. Overall terrible experiences here and will not be returning. I have a love-hate relationship with this Starbucks. It's the closest location to my house but it stays packed and has the tiniest parking lot that's difficult to navigate. On more than one occasion, they've gotten my order wrong. This is frustrating when this happens because I've either gotta find somewhere to park to go inside to get my order fixed (which is difficult since the lot is so small) or go back through the always busy drive thru. On my most recent visit, I preordered my drinks from home- meaning the orders were written. They still messed my order up- at pick up they gave me an iced drink instead of hot. I order the same thing every time, it's very simple and they never get it right! Grande white chocolate mocha non fat no foam no whip 2 pumps of sweetener. Today they did it again. Not only did they mess up my coffee, they wouldn't let us add a kids hot chocolate at the window, they told us we would need to go back through the long line that already took 30 minutes to go through the first time. When I opened my cup and the guy saw all the foam at the top he didn't even say sorry or offer to remake it. I will no longer use this location for my Starbucks fix. I actually dropped into this Starbucks twice in one day. I was visiting relatives in the area while helping out with a fish fry fundraiser ( try saying that three times fast). The fundraiser had went so good that they didn't know if anymore plates would be available for purchase. Great thing for the cause, but I had came straight from the gym. Famished, but not wanting to wreck my day with fast food, I decided to hop over to Starbucks and get a frap to get me over my belly aching (my stomach talking to me)! I asked if anyone wanted something while I was out and of course I had several requests. From the part of the neighborhood I was traveling from, it took about 5 minutes to drive, but the driveway and drive thru share space. Along with trying to turn off a consistently travelled Trammel Fresno Road without getting hit is also a concern coming here. Just beware. On a Saturday afternoon, the parking lot was packed. Only parking available was on the Hwy 6 side which also blends into the exit pathway for drive thru patrons. I backed into the space to save myself the headache of backing out later. Small inconvenience. Biggest inconvenience was not having a walkway to the door. If someone parks upfront by the door, you have to walk through vehicles to get to the door. It would have been nice if one could at least use the patio to exit to that side of the parking lot, but then again people from drive thru pumped with their 3rd cup of coffee may race out the drive thru and run over someone. I'm not a Civil Engineer, but bottom line this was a very obscure construction. Not people friendly. Upon entering, this Starbucks presented the expected standards of a warm and calming environment enriched with the scent of fresh ground coffee. Friendly faces were behind the counter and didn't trip when I used three gift cards to make my transaction. Drinks were ready in less than 5 ( had a frap and 2 coffees) and I was on my way. I did notice that the condiments bar was a little messy but that is part blame on patrons. However, crew members have to check on that regulary. That is your job. When I returned to my relative's house, someone became jealous and wanted something from Starbucks too, so I made a second trip for a frap. Still saw the smiling faces but was reminded of how crappy the parking lot is. I am a Starbucks fan, but convenience is everything. Although the service at this location was on point, I wouldn't go out of my way to purchase from here due to the inconvenience of the parking and drive thru. read more

I've been going here as long as it's been open. As someone who is a complete coffee fanatic, I was thrilled when I found out that a Starbucks was going to be built 5 minutes away from my house. This is my go-to coffee shop for several reasons. 1.) best Starbucks I've been to in the Houston area including suburbs, 2.) the workers are BEYOND awesome, hardworking, and can make great drinks, 3.) best service I've experience in a Starbucks. Now, you're probably wondering why I gave them two stars instead of four or five. It's because one of the managers, Michael Sabbath, treats certain customers differently than others. I'm a black woman and any time I go there and he's here, he treats me and my family with disrespect. He's scared to touch my hand when receiving cash and he won't touch my phone when at my SB points. Any time my family and I go and he's there, he rolls his eyes and refuses to smile or be friendly. This is a MANAGER. His team members are more professional than he is and that's sad. I am not someone that abuses the word "racist" I don't think everything is racist. I'm not looking for instances of racism, but when it's right in front of your face and you have talked to other minorities and they have the same or similar interactions with him, than there's merit to my concerns. I already contacted the corporate office and I will continue to do so until the problem is fixed. In the mean time, my family and I are going to other Starbucks in the area. I don't feel comfortable having a racist handle my food and drinks. read more
