Starbucks who? LOL! I had never heard of the Dutch bros brand until I started traveling more on business- I've been a Starbucks devotee for many years. This location is even closer than Starbucks so I decided to try it and I'm over the moon at all the zero sugar flavors available! Starbucks has like two- Dutch bros said hold my beer, what you want? I enjoy going to this Dutch Bros as I always get personable and great service . Everyone always has a smile on their face and ready to take your order. Today in particular, the gentleman noticed that I had my toddlers with me and gave them stickers. Small gestures like this make a big difference. I am obsessed with Dutch bros and have been since 2021.I have tried different locations in Austin and Houston. So far of all the locations I've been to I think this one has the best service. They are not stingy with toppings like other locations, one of the baristas there makes the best drinks I've ever had from any Dutch bros. I don't live on that side of Houston so that is why I don't go to that location as much anymore unless I am going that way occasionally. But I don't think I ever had a problem at this Dutch bros everyone there is perfect. read more

I love Dutch Bros Coffee and couldn't wait for this spot to open. The kicker is my favorite! The Irish cream is sooo tasty and not overly sweet. Yum. Service it AWAYS on point at any Dutch Bros and this one is right in step with warm and friendly service from any employee you encounter. I'm back to confirm that they do not give cup insulator so your hands don't get hot or burned from the heat of the cups. They will, by request, double-cup your drink. Being diabetic it's hard to find sugar-free options that actually taste good, especially where coffee is concerned. Dutch Bros doesn't have that problem. They have every flavor available sugar free. Stop here first and fill your thermos with a medium (24 oz) Americano--maybe with SF syrup of some kind--and supercharge your workout. I always ask for extra syrup but one of these days I'm going to ask for a plain latte or maybe a pour over if they have that. This location is in a bank, situated in a corner. Here is my honest opinion: It's expensive. For a green tea and croissant I paid $10. Sire the croissant was huge... but still. That was a lot of money for a quick breakfast of bread and tea. I told myself I would have to do something else next time. Came in today and got a blueberry muffin. $5.14 before tip. What?... why? Why is a blueberry muffin so much? Is it like... made of imported Willy Wonka sugars or something? That's just expensive. And I got the muffin because they didn't have a croissant. Seems like a limited menu. The blueberry muffin was ok... I didn't make the mistake of ordering a drink because I wanted to keep my tab low this morning. Service is meh. They weren't warm or friendly at all. When she saw me struggling with my selection she didn't even use that as an opportunity to sell another pastry. She described nothing if I didn't point and ask about it. She was quite dry. Just wanted to close me out and... stand there I guess, there were no other customers. Otherwise I like the coffee shop, and I would always choose it over Starbucks because I prefer to support small, local businesses not monopolies that monopolize. Wish the staff was warmer. Wish the food was a tad cheaper. But it's ok. I will be back once a quarter to support.
