I have a meeting this morning, and we chose Starbucks. I tried the Papua blonde roast. It's not my fave but not bad. I love the pastries here! Also, today they have some oldies jazz playing. The vibe is SUPER chill. I love it. I wish I could do all of my work from here. The only down is the parking. On either side of the building is busy traffic. Plus one side of the parking lot forced you to walk in the drive thru to get to the door. Weird. Still love them though. read more

Let me start by saying I am not a pumpkin spice latte white girl. I don't even like the pumpkin spice latte so what led me to order the Cold brew pumpkin cream, I don't even know but let me tell you.... DELICIOUS. This will be my new fall drink. I went through the drive through & Sarah was so sweet! When I came to the window, it was a younger man. He was super nice & friendly. I also got the egg white & roasted red pepper bites. They've been a fav of mine for a minute now. Starbucks is pricy as everyone knows. For the grande drink & egg whites it was $9 but you know what you're getting into when you go to Starbucks so it doesn't bother me. This Starbucks location used to be 4-5 stars...Augie and her crew were great. Alas, as Starbucks moved this awesome manager, the crew that has fielded things over the last few months has steadily declined. And by that, I mean I've come to the conclusion I'll be frequenting a different location. Greeting customers - this store used to be so friendly. Now, baristas are so enveloped in their own conversations that they barely have time to take your order without being hassled, much less greet their customers. *caveat - this is for the early morning shift only (I don't have experience with the crew after 9am) and doesn't include the guy who is resigned to the back and/or doing clean-up duty outside Drinks - treating a customer with disdain for their order is not acceptable...especially when it's just a black coffee with a shot of espresso. Camaraderie - there is no sense of teamwork in this store anymore and certainly no feeling of enjoyment between baristas and patrons; it seems like there have been several new people behind the counter who were short-lived...it seems that most now are left to just kind of figure things out on their own Cleanliness - this store is still pretty much spotless, so good onya there I've stuck with it for the past few months in hopes that things would get better but, after yesterday morning, I won't be heading back into this location. read more

Although they were pretty busy while I was there the staff was extremely kind. The music selection was great, atmosphere was clean and although the service wasn't the fastest I've ever had at a Starbucks it was obvious that this short staff was trying to keep up with a mid-afternoon slump rush. Attentive staff makes up for slower service, and as far as quality goes it was nothing less than I would expect at Starbucks. read more

He voice is so amazing that I'm writing a yelp review and highlighting her in it. I have no idea what her career goals are but I would highly encourage her to do something around her lovely voice. This is a very nice Starbucks on Airport Highway directly in front of the mall. The people are friendly and the service quick. The barista area is very large with multiple preparation stations that probably mean this place can handle a large crowd with ease. The parking lot for Starbucks is fairly small, but there is plenty of parking in the mall parking lot and there is also a nice drive-through lane. read more

A relatively clean store. I ordered my usual drink - Triple grande 3-pump CDL. It tasted good but wasn't hot at all. Also ordered the Santa Fe chicken sandwich. The sandwich was hot, but the sliced chicken was extremely tough and rubbery. I returned the sandwich after trying the tear it in half and then taking one bite. Something just wasn't right. I have eaten this kind of sandwich at SBUX plenty of times and it has never been like that. Their pastry case is very limited. No cold sandwiches like stores in other cities. Really a 2.5 star place. I'd go back, for coffee only. read more

Needs good cleaning. 730 on a Sunday morning, two customers and a homeless guy vs. three employees chatting themselves up, but they can't simply sweep the nasty floors and wipe the tables. Parking lot is trashed. No, I won't need to check the bathrooms...you know don't you? When I came in the three of them ignored me while they continued their debate. After about minute of me getting more and more spun up they finally turned to me and apologized for the delay. Does that really make it OK? Blatant rudeness isn't ok just because you apologized. read more
