They have missed putting Vanilla in my vanilla latte 3x in 1 month! When I went back to have it corrected, I had to wait 15 minutes for them to get me a new cup of coffee. What? Always takes so long to get your drink if you go inside the shop. It's clear drive thru gets precedent but to have to wait 15 min every time is ridiculous. I will be emailing their regional manager soon. read more

Always a nice environment. Every employee is nice, friendly, and welcoming. I usually place my order via the mobile app. My order is always ready and correct. Most times I pick up in the drive but occasionally will run in if the drive up is long. I love being a gold member too. The perks are nice. read more

Wow. I just had to leave the Frankfort location without drinks because after waiting 30 minutes, they still didn't have my drinks and made us late to my daughters rehearsal. An amazing barista sympathized with my frazzledness and gave me my drinks quickly and efficiently with a discount because I didn't have time to get my money back from the other location. Side note - this location is just as busy the Frankfort one and is smaller and just got my drinks in a quarter of the time with less staff. read more

Very nice experience at this Starbucks on La Grange. Food and drinks well were prepared, the store was nicely furnished and the employees were working hard cleaning and preparing orders. This is what you hope to see in every Starbucks but it is really hit and miss. When I said "thank you" the staff said "have a nice day", which was so refreshing because half the time people in the world don't even respond. Good work everyone! Service here is always so poor. This is my second time having to right a bad review on this store. They need a serious workshop for their employees on their customer service. Multiple employees treat the customers poorly and with nasty attitude. I only go to this location because they usually have peach , while others around me don't. Im seriously so fed up with this store. I think manager Michael needs to pay a visit there. Get rid of the attitude, before one of your employees get hurt (that's not a threat but a warning) Also may i add, THEY NEVER SHAKE THEIR DRINKS. Cant even make a proper starbucks refresher. Do not go to this location. I have never been more uncomfortable and creeped out in my life. Tonight me and my female friend decided to catch a movie. On our way to the theater we decided to stop at this starbucks. We went through the drive through and ordered our beverages when the the cashier asks "what are you guys up to tonight" I respond with "Just catching a movie" This was normal, but then after my answer she responds with "Are you guys gonna have sex after?" I didn't know how to respond to this, but thats very unprofessional and fucked up. I drive out of there very fast and have yet to speak to a manager. But i plan to in the morning. I am truly disappointed with the overall downturn in customer service at this location and really across the brand. I've been a Starbucks regular since the beginning. There have been so many difficulties in just receiving a simple order. I drink black coffee and unsweetened black iced tea. Over the last year I often receive cold coffee and tea that's been sweetened or watered down. It's really disappointing. I've talked to managers and brought back my drinks when the order is wrong. Nothing changes!! I use my Keurig now and only visit once or twice a week and still find the same problems. It's also unfortunate that Starbucks doesn't ever ask their customers for feedback. Any app or website I use has a regular "give us your feedback" function. Not Starbucks!! read more

Not really sure why, I wanted to enjoy a cup mocha latte in a cup not a cardboard cup but a real cup so I can enjoy it in nice weather on the patio, they served it to me in a cardboard cup despite being specific I wanted a for here cup. When I requested again that I get a real cup, I got one and poured the contents out of the cardboard cup into the cup. I went outside to enjoy it, it was not any where near hot. Why are ther 30 cars inthe drive through? My girlfriend says the Frappuccino's are good but I never got one beacuse I coudln't believe the line. Maybe they can learn to open on time. When you do a mobile order and you pay for it and you get there and no ones there, it's very frustrating. Have to wait 15 minutes until one person shows up and then coffee won't be ready for another 15 minutes. Ridiculous! Get workers who show up! read more

I think most of time they are trying to deliver a good service and they can make drinks right. But sometimes they seems just do not care that after I said no sugar or syrup in my drink and they still add tons of syrup and sugar in there. So my drink would tastes like sugar instead of latte. read more

Stopped on a roadtrip for coffee and restroom break. Bathrooms were gross with stuff all over the floor and didn't have toilet paper. Drinks were ok but the attitude by the barista Issac was pretty surly. He kept complaining about how drinks were ordered, lots of eye rolls, and then slammed the finished drinks on the counter. It's amazing! Despite the line being long, (it wasn't their fault at all and the line was going pretty quickly) the drinks and service were awesome! This is definitely my favorite Starbucks and I plan on going back. The woman working at the drive through window had only been working there for a year and they were really sweet and understanding when we realized we forgot to ask for our drinks to be Venti. If I could rate this higher than 5 stars I would. 5/5 I DO plan on coming back to this Starbucks. read more

Went in to get a cup of coffee and breakfast item and it took over 30 minutes. I understand they had a huge order come through, but an employee should have been telling people when they came in that there would be a long wait. There was only one other person in there when I walked in, so how was I to know. By the time I got my coffee my breakfast was cold. The drive thru however kept flowing, so apparently having a crowd of people waiting inside was okay. Even as more people came in to place and pick up mobile orders, not a single one was told the wait would be ridiculous. read more

This is a nice location. The service is usually pretty quick and all the baristas are friendly! I usually do mobile order and it is really fast - much quicker than the app says! I like that for the weekend because the drive thru line backs up a lot (sometimes into the road) and I can just skip past everyone. read more

I typically do not go to Starbucks because I prefer to use my Keurig at home, but ever since this location opened, I'm here EVERY DAY! The staff is so friendly and warm, and they always make my drinks perfectly! I have never had an issue with my order. This Mokena location is out of the way for me, but worth it for the staff. If there happens to be a closer Starbucks to wherever my current location may be, I ALWAYS choose to drive the extra distance to THIS location because they ALWAYS makes my drink just right. I ordered a Venti Strawberry Acai with no added water. Kailey made my drink and decided to give me a venti cup full of ice with barely any tea. I paid $4.75 for this drink, I do not want a cup full of ice. I had to wait a while to ordered and 3 lady keep laughing and talking even though they saw me waiting by the register, like they didn't see me. What kind of service is this? Loud chairs scraping on a tile floor, trash on tables not cleaned up, they clean with a Clorox disinfectant right next to you so the spray goes all over. Young kids running this place who don't have a clue how to create a comfortable nice atmosphere. Parking is tight and jammed Not worth the trouble. Worst of suburbia. read more
