While I was there, the barista Marcus (I believe that was his name) was friendly and pleasant throughout my visit. I noticed some coupons displayed in the window and asked if I could have the coupon sheet to use on my return trip. This is not uncommon because they give these to customers to use. He was about to give them to me when another barista stopped him and said that the ones he was handing me were their last sheet. I was a bit confused, since the coupons were clearly displayed in the drive-thru window, and I wondered if more could simply be printed. When I asked, I was told they hadn't received additional sheets yet, so they couldn't give out the last ones. Unfortunately, there didn't seem to be any effort to offer an alternative or accommodate the request, which was disappointing. I ended up leaving feeling a bit uncomfortable despite the great service from Marcus. The lady wasn't very kind with her approach but denying me coupons to SUPPORT a local business wasn't on my bingo card for my birthday. Anyway, I enjoyed my coffee, the initial service and supporting a locally owned business.

They have coffees, smoothies, shakes, etc. They have a few snacky options as well for food. I opted for an iced zero sugar added vanilla protein latte since I was hoping to find my "regular" order. I struggle getting enough protein in the morning since I just want coffee until I am awake enough to be a person, so why not combine the two? It will probably not be my regular order BUT I am looking forward to trying more things in the menu, and I love how many zero sugar options they have. I picked up a Carmel Pumpkin Brûlée latte for my brother as well, which he enjoyed. The staff were all super friendly and excited to be open. I loved the app as well! And he said the menu will expand again soon. Since I was by myself and he had some time, he sat down and we chatted for awhile. The seating at both restaurants, and you can call them that now since they do not just sell drinks anymore, has been greatly expanded both indoors and outside. He also told me they are working on opening a Plainfield location.
