Today not only did I get a fabulous coffee (caramel and butterscotch, light syrup, but I also went with an impulse food buy of a sausage egg and cheese bragel. I picked Asiago, and I appreciate they had options for the bagel (plain, Asiago or everything). I opted no to including cream cheese, but how great of service to ask me did I want that or not vs assuming! I also enjoyed that it was wrapped in foil so stayed warm until I was home and could eat it, about 15 minutes. And it was giant, so very filling! read more

I'm so glad there's finally a Biggby in Greenwood! The first time I tried it was in Michigan and was instantly a fan. I get a cold brew coffee and it is always very tasty. I've never had a bad one yet! Today was the first time getting to try this location and as I pulled up there was a line of cars in the drive thru, but it didn't take that long. The only thing here was when I ordered my coffees I had to repeat the order a couple of times for the guy to get it right, that's probably because they're still new, not a big deal. So, again I'm a fan and will definitely come to this location often. read more

Mine and my partner's favorite place to get coffee or a sweet treat! They have vegan options which is great for us. I personally like the Blood Moon Biggby Energy Drink. It comes frozen or iced. (I prefer frozen.) It has 100mg of caffeine and the flavors are great! Heads up: This is drive-thru only! Workers are friendly. It's a charming little drive up coffee shop that you don't see too many of here in the city. Waiting for them to start a membership program so I can join! read more

Excellent location, quality customer service and product but the execution of their line and lack of communication between employees is the reason why I have to give 3 stars. They have drive thru down to a science and move the line very efficiently, but in doing so, they completely forget about the walk up window customers. Last week I waited over 30 minutes for my order because they lost it, I'm assuming because the drive thru line was long and they were more focused on that. I gave them another try today and the same problem occurred with a 20 minute wait and them having to ask me what I ordered, with once again the drive thru line their main focus. If you are not interested in waiting in the blazing sun for 30+ minutes for your bragel and coffee, I suggest you wait in the air conditioning of your vehicle via drive thru. read more

We went a couple weeks ago - it's a cute lil drive-thru coffee shop. The drinks were tasty and the employee happily told us it was Free Shot Friday, so we were able to get extra shots in our drinks. She also seemed happy to help suggest options as well! The prices were comparable to Starbucks, but the coffee is far better! If you're in the area, you must try it! read more

The drinks are definitely very yummy. This place is dangerous if you care about diabetes, lol. It could become an addiction! Close to my house and very convenient! There's often a line that wraps around the tiny building but it moves fast and you're greeted with the most personable and friendly staff. They've always been extremely friendly and nice! So I had seen biggby for a while and I finally stopped to try. First of all they are super nice and really fast! I've gone there probably 4x since and gotten the "kickin raspberry mocktail" which is a red bull mixed lemonade. And it is super good! I thought it was unusual that Meijer's in Greenwood would have allowed or rented their parking lot space to a Coffee Concession. When there's a McDonalds and Kroger with a Starbucks inside. However I tried it. Pleasantly surprised I tried their specialty coffee 'Redeye' with skim (I was surprised no soy, I can't do almond because of nut allergy). Anyway it was very good & I ordered their breakfast bagel (everything) cheddar cheese, egg, sausage. The breakfast sandwich was better than McDonald's, and the one at Starbucks. So if you want something for a change Biggby Coffee is that to kind of break from the mundane habit, on the Southside. The wait wasn't bad a couple vehicles ahead of me. Biggby employees I'm always polite when declining tip....no I don't feel you deserve a tip if I compare to other fast food establishments.....Biggby employees before getting snide when consumers deny tipping you ask yourself when the last time you tipped a taco-bell worker? Never?
