    Strawberry Bubble Tea
    Kelly S.

Brand new drink joint in Franklin, Indiana! Serving locally roasted coffees, teas, milkshakes, bubble tea, soda and snacks. I got a strawberry bubble tea and it was delicious! Just the right amount of sweet. Sugar free and healthy options too. Lots of varieties and something for everyone. Will go back to try out more from the menu. Stop in and check them out - cute little shop that's perfect for downtown Franklin.

My $9.99 Philly Steak with $2 upgrade side salad. Good value but Steak was difficult to eat. Strips, not shaved Steak.

We try to support local restaurants. We were so disappointed with our food experience. My spouse ordered the grilled chicken salad $11.99 and I ordered the Philly Steak and cheese with an upgrade to a side salad. I took pictures because the salad my spouse ordered was no bigger than my $2 upgrade for a side salad, except for having grilled chicken on it. You can get a grilled chicken salad at a fast food restaurant 2x bigger for less money. The steak for the sandwich is cut in thick strips instead of shaved. Very hard to eat, steak falls of the bread. For $26 we could have almost eaten at a buffet. The door was open, allowing for a large amount of flies to bother you while you eat inside. On a positive note, THE STAFF was amazing and very friendly. We will not go back due to our food and atmosphere experience.

Do not order through online platform. Ordered through GrubHub/Yelp and the business says they do not receive orders!

The girl in there is always so sweet and the coffee is always yummy. They also use great coffee syrups which are the 1803 brand!

The staff was very nice. However, the coffee and food were not good. Overprived for the quality of food given. We had breakfasg food.

Ann's has been in my radar for years. The little cafe off the Square is always packed with locals…read more Ann's claims to be the oldest restaurant in Franklin, opening in 1952. The cafe is now owned by Diane, Ann's daughter. The tables are packed tightly together, but we were happy to get the last seats in the house. Nostalgic photos of Franklin cover the walls. The place is loud but with a great positive energy. People are small-town friendly and talk between tables as they enjoy their biscuits and gravy. We cajoled with two regulars who told funny stories. Our server, Gill, was quick to the table and friendly. He checked on us several times to see if we needed anything. The menu is a mix of traditional breakfast options, sandwiches, salads and wraps. Prices are reasonable. Food came out quickly. My husband ordered their hand breaded tenderloin with fries. The tenderloin was massive with a great browned breading, served on a Kaiser roll. The pork was tender and juicy. It was a perfect tenderloin, worthy of the Indiana Tenderloin Trail. The hand-cut fries are lightly breaded, crispy and hot. There was an up-charge for the fries, but they were so good and worth it. It was rainy outside, so I had a bowl of the daily soup - broccoli cheddar. The soup was hot, thick, creamy with lots of broccoli and cheese and stuck to my ribs. My soup was served with packs of saltines. Free street parking is available if you're lucky to grab a spot. Well worth the drive to Franklin. Ps. They are closed Saturday and Sunday!

It's a hybrid between a breakfast spot and a cigar lounge vibe. We digged it! After sitting down our very friendly waitress came over and took our order. We ordered the orange sunrise mocktail, a quinoa bowl, gluten free pancakes and the California club omelette. Everything was AMAZING. Not one thing was bad. The omelette was one of the best if not the best I've ever had. Stuffed FULL of all the mix ins and cheese with yummy breakfast potatoes. The star of the show was the gluten free pancakes. They were stellar!! Would highly recommend. This place is one of the easiest 5/5 I've ever given. 100% would recommend!!

The cocktail actually had some heat, and the glass was rimmed with Everything Bagel Seasoning. I'd never had that before. It was a tasty touch. The candied bacon garnish was divine. We ended up ordering a second round. The Jalapeño Deviled Eggs are outstanding. Smooth and creamy, topped with jalapeño and candied bacon. Every bite was a pleasure. For entrees, I got the Bourbon Jalapeño Shrimp. It had a light kick and tasted incredible. My husband ordered the Rise & Shine Chicken Biscuit. It was all tasty, but that biscuit was fluffy and salty, exactly how a good biscuit should be. Our server made the whole meal. She was friendly and patient with me even though I was having more trouble than usual deciding what to order. She also mixed our Bloody Marys, so she was working double duty and doing it well. The space strikes a balance between sophisticated and casual, so you can dress up or keep it relaxed and feel comfortable either way. We'll definitely be back!

Throughout the meal we continued to hear the person working at the host stand talking about how the owner will not fix the water damaged, bulging ceiling tiles. Not my favorite topic of breakfast. The service was fast and we loved our server. She always had my cup of coffee full and checked on us a few times throughout the meal. Very personable! The food was less than ideal. My pancakes were thin, dense, and too crispy. Not the good crispy edge from butter on a griddle, but dry as if it has been under a warmer all morning. My over medium eggs were good, but the hash browns were lacking any flavor at all. My husband really liked his chicken fried steak, and at $4 it was well worth it. The portion size was huge! He also ordered a bacon and egg breakfast sandwich. I tried it and it also was lacking flavor. No real bacon flavor and could have used some salt. Sadly with all of the other great breakfast/brunch spots in Franklin, I don't think we will be returning.

It didn't take long to decide on the Eggs Benedict which came with choice of several sides: I went with the fresh fruit. The place was nearly full, yet it wasn't that loud. It made waiting for my order pleasant. My coffee got topped off a couple times and I really appreciated that the temperature was immediately drinkable while providing a deep rich flavor. My order arrived along with my bill (my waitress hadn't asked if there would be anything else and also forgot to bring silverware.) I grabbed a napkin-rolled set of utensils from the counter and dug into my meal. The Canadian Bacon was thick cut and tasty. The eggs were poached to where there was just a small trickle of yolk when sliced. The Hollandaise Sauce was okay, but not as flavorful as I've had elsewhere. The fruit was house cut, but wasn't the freshest. Still okay, but maybe it had been cut hours before. I appreciate that they provided a steak knife to facilitate cutting through the stack, including the English muffin on the bottom. I was soon paying my bill at the cash register by the entrance and was on my way. Just enough to be full without feeling stuffed. Review #2798
