Every morning we start our day with a Venti Pike coffee from Starbucks and they have nice frozen drinks for the kids. We love Starbucks for several reasons (and because we're snobs is not one... Lol) This particular Starbucks establishment is very clean, well stocked, well maintained and the staff is very friendly and accommodation. Solid Starbucks, just keep in mind they do not allow you to redeem rewards or get free refills because they are owned by the Breakers resort. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. The location has parking and the store is kept clean. read more

Everything was going well until the young lady that apparently just came back from break or doing something else to work the register showed up. When I walked in I was greeted very quickly and pleasantly. Once the young lady came it was pretty dull and lifeless. Secondly, I ordered a cold brew coffee, black. No frills, no sugar, no cream, just ice and cold brewed coffee. One might think that taking hot coffee and refrigerating it or dumping it ice would go noticed. I would suspect this same person would try to pass off a microwave cooked steak as one from Ruth's Chris too. I ended up with the later of the two coffees. A hot coffee that was stuffed in the fridge to chill out. It's such a different taste and so disappointing to start the day with a lie and trickery. read more

We come here all the time and I definitely think this location should have more stars. We visit this location specifically - even though it isn't the closest to our home - because we like the staff, customer service, and drinks. The manager and her staff are very friendly and hustle to get your order ready. Specialty drinks are all typically made very well. This morning, I was outraged. I had gone in to get my usual order. People who were behind me in line were receiving their orders quicker than mine. Worst Starbucks ever! I ordered a venti white chocolate mocha...same thing I drink at every Starbucks I've ever been to. Got my "coffee", walked out on the beach with it...it tasted like hot milk. I've NEVER complained about a Starbucks, let alone take something back, but I did. Walked here every morning at 6am while on vacation. The morning staff was very friendly and the coffee was great !

So I went here during my vacation this week with my bff! (crazy fun - i'm running on less than 10 hours of sleep). Anywho, I was lounging pool side and thought "hey! i want a naked juice drank." So I walked to starbucks (side note, it was myrtle beach sports bike week....and people were out like ants!) I walked inside and to my surprise....no one was here. Up north starbucks not having customers would make me think the world is ending. (funny - haha) A plus, the place looked clean. I'm not a startbucks junkie b/c it's bit expensive but this one was kind of bland. The staff was friendly and I'd go here again but the ambiance was a little flat....or maybe there was sooo much going on outside that I had to much energy.lol read more

If you are white and live in Oakland, but still white and you go to Myrtle Beach and buy a grill for $20, where is the appropriate place to fit your grill? Remember, the grill is only $20 so fitting it does not require a trip to Paul Wall, but you will need to dunk the grill in hot water so that it will mold to your teeth. And remember, you ARE white. Love the employees and the location...but for weeks the place has smelled like sewage and overflowed toilets. We have mentioned this several times to the employees, and they explained that they told owners/ management, but get no results. The same problem is in the wine shop around the corner. Today was my first visit to this location, they were all very lively and pleasant to interact with and after the start of my morning with a horrible motel stay I was in need of a pick me up. When visiting Myrtle Beach in the Winter months it is more or less a ghost town. Everything is closed and things are just open seasonally.... etc... Our first morning (afternoon now) in Myrtle Beach and we stopped in my fave coffee place... Duh, of course it's Starbucks. Anna was at the cash register with a huge smile on her face when we walked in. Since it was late morning early afternoon they were out of most of the breakfast stuff, which is understandable. Instead of just saying nothing, she was very informative of where to get a bagel and close, without even asking her. She was soooo nice. Another woman chatted with us as well. My experience here was mixed. The morning crew was fantastic. Great location right across from the beach. However, 2 days in a row, I asked for a refill using my gold card from the after 9 shift and both times, the same gal tried to charge me for a refill and the first day charged me for another full cup. This is disappointing as I have been in this Starbucks every morning for a week on our vacation. I really would expect more from Starbucks as a gold card member. This Starbucks in particular has been my branch office at lunchtime for years now. They are very friendly to locals and now know me well enough that they start fixing my drink if they see me parking on the street. This branch is not a company store but actually owned by the Breakers resort so they choose to make the wifi free. This is my favorite Starbucks I've ever been to. The barristas are all pretty great and tend to not turn over as often as a lot of other locations. I recommend coming and hanging out if you are on the north side of Ocean Boulevard. There is free parking on the street right in front from October to March, and a covered garage at the end of the block for the rest of the year. read more

This Starbucks does not exist. I followed this address and ended up at a hotel. When I called the number listed on Yelp I was directed to a Starbucks 3 miles away with a completely different address. Very frustrating that Yelp would not update the address leaving vacationers walking aimlessly to a place that doesn't exist. read more
