Music was club loud -- so loud it gave us a headache. I was there to sign some documents, and the person I was trying to explain the documents to couldn't hear a word I was saying. We couldn't concentrate, and we both left with major headaches. But it was too hot and humid to sit outside. This is the reason all the local coffee shops are constantly packed...because Starbucks doesn't want customers sitting inside. So Starbucks should just do away with the tables and chairs, and create a second drive-through. I don't want to ever gives Starbucks any of my money. It's not the Starbucks cozy coffee shops that they used to be. Horrible. read more

I've been Starbucks customer for 20+ years. I'm currently living off Charlotte in temporary housing and frequent this locale. I've noticed that I when I walk in to order they create orders that walk in much later than I did and they've emptied the drive through several times before I ever get my order. EVERY TIME. Today is Saturday so I thought it would be better but no. This time I asked why I have to wait each time and was told the manager was working on my order. She continued working never made eye contact as I was watching her, and completed four additional drinks before I received mine, and said "have a good day" without even a sorry for your wait. Everyone has said how crazy it is to spend this much money on coffee but this is my only guilty pleasure. I now agree with them. Also, when I reached my car and opened the door the coffee spilled inside my car because the top wasn't on properly leaving me cleaning the door and seat before I could leave the parking lot. Needless to say I'll be making my coffee before I leave the house from now on. Because I've been made to feel my money isn't appreciated I'll just keep it. In the near future companies like this will wish they would have treated ALL their customers the same! read more

I love this Starbies!!! It's my fav!!! I've been to multiple ones and when this one was getting ready to open me and my best friend couldn't WAIT to come everyday. (And we did come inside everyday for like the first 18 months) but I still go there almost everyday and I can say out of every SB I've been to, they're the FASTEST and they don't get confused with my drink order (it's super long lol) also the baristas that have been there awhile remember my name... even when I was living out of state for over a year. When I came back they still remembered me. Love this location and the vibes here! I don't usually leave reviews but I had a great experience at this Starbucks today and I felt like it deserved recognition! I was given the wrong drink by accident and didn't even notice until I took my first sip when I was already a few minutes down the road. I called and explained the situation to Dylan (who is the sweetest ever) and he gave me my replacement drink for free- and even let me upgrade to a venti! He was great. I have been coming to this location for about a year now since it's down the road from my work, and I've had nothing but good experiences. Have been to this location three times this week and each time I get an iced white mocha it is flavorless.. doesn't even taste like coffee. Not sure what they are doing here. The white bison cafe in the twice daily next door is better when the employees want to work which is not often. read more

I pass this Starbucks everyday on my way to drop my daughter at school, and while it's super convenient for me, I generally do not stop there due to the time it takes. The staff has always been friendly, but it's such a busy place sometimes it would take 15-20 mins to get through the drive thru line. Well today, I desperately needed a coffee after the long weekend and thought I'd give it another try. And boy I am glad I did! They had a team member out at the front of the line taking orders, who was so pleasant and professional! She asked for my order and my name, told me the total and asked me to pull around. IT WAS THE QUICKEST VISIT EVER! I pulled to the window and my order was ready! It was such a nice way to start my morning, and I'm so happy that I can incorporate this store into my daily routine more often now that they have an expedited ordering system! i never stop here because it's always so busy but i did today and my order was completely wrong i requested a venti ribbon crunch frapp with extra crunch and a warm banana nut bread. what i got was a burnt banana nut bread and a grande ribbon crunch with no crunch! i will never be back my order wasn't hard at all very simple and when i told the worker that i wanted a venti all she said was "oohhh i'm sorry!" come on now. don't waste your time going here for sure, all you'll get it wasted time and wrong order read more

Gorgeous new location! It's very trendy and looks unlike all other locations in Nashville. The store is still very new so they may have a few kinks to work out, so I can overlook a few mishaps (extra wait time and not adding almond milk to my coffee...definitely not the end of the world!). They have a cooler for a greater variety of cold to-go food options. It's an odd layout because the front of the store is the drive-thru ordering station so the windows are on the back of the building. Give it a try if you're in the area! read more

Why even offer the Evolution drinks on the menu if you aren't going to sell them or keep in stock? Why not just do away with them? It's so frustrating to go to this store when they don't want to serve what they advertise they can serve. If you aren't going to stock them during Covid, then how about take them off the menu or mark them as "out of stock due to Covid" like other restaurants are doing? Very poor management. read more
