I want to love it but it has been hit or miss. Twice I went in and the store was closed. Once because the manager quit. My orders have been made differently every time even when ordering with the app (which one would think is a generic way to order). There is a lot of potential and Starbucks is yummy. They just don't have it right yet. I would rather hit up Dunkin or make my coffee at home then wait on/in line for something made incorrectly/different. Worse yet get there to find the place closed. My friends and I went through the drive-thru right before closing at this location. A man took our order, and we clearly asked for one mango dragonfruit refresher and three cake pops. He told us to pull up to the window.When we got to the window, another man opened it and asked if we were waiting for something, clearly confused. We explained that we had just placed an order through the drive-thru. The manager, Jess, came over and asked what we ordered. We repeated a mango dragonfruit refresher and three cake pops.She immediately responded with an attitude, saying, "We have no tickets. You didn't place an order. We're closed." Then, without explanation, a man handed us a pink drink, which we never ordered. We told them politely that this was not what we asked for and again stated that we ordered a mango dragonfruit refresher and cake pops. Jess then accused us of lying, saying, "No you didn't. You said pink drink," and began raising her voice and yelling at us, accusing us of trying to get free drinks. This was completely uncalled for. We were calm, respectful, and simply trying to get the order we placed.She walked away angrily, and another employee eventually came back with the correct drink, but no cake pops. We even offered to pay for the pink drink they gave us by mistake, and that was refused, yet they still made us pay for the refresher we originally ordered.This entire interaction was extremely uncomfortable, embarrassing, and frustrating. Being yelled at and accused of lying in a drive-thru over an order they messed up is unacceptable. The lack of communication, professionalism, and basic respect, especially from a manager, was shocking. I have never felt so unwelcome at a Starbucks before and will not be returning to this location. read more

I feel bad for the employees at the Starbucks in N H., their, I believe manager JAMIE was very rude and inappropriate while I was visiting the store. The employees apologized profusely and unfortunately said she's always like that. I won't mention that they said she's was the "c " word. It's sad that younger employees have to be treated like that and Starbucks allows it to happen. If you're not happy with your job then just leave. Don't take your misery out on your employees. Friend and I have had multiple negative experiences. Rolling your eyes, being abrasive and ignoring people are in my opinion no way to treat humans let alone customers. I would give this place 0/5 stars if it would let me. read more

My hometown Starbucks, can be a bit slow on occasion but the drinks never disappoint.

After ordering and paying for my drink I waited about 20 minutes, went up and asked if they got the order, the cashier said it would be right up and I heard her ask someone to make it. I waited another 10 minutes, went and GOT LUNCH and when I came back it still wasn't done. I asked again and they said it would be right up. I waited another 15 minutes and left. read more

$6 Coffee with a half hour wait. The poor girl I front of me was so disappointed with the bagel she ordered, which came out wrong, she left it on the counter. Deleting the app and never going again. Check our Calabria Coffee or Character Coffee. Way better. read more

This is THE slowest Starbucks! I have been to DC, Boston, NV, little towns in NY but nothing beats the slowness of the store. Also a lot of the employees are rude and that is not something I associate with Starbucks employees. read more

This Starbucks has vastly improved its customer service and I thank them. Great drinks, friendly staff lead me to becoming a regular. My only suggestion is that corporate install "baffles" into the walls to absorb sound. I find it hard to hear and feel bad for the staff as it must be even harder for them. read more

Things need to improve with this Starbucks. The staff are either overworked or not trained properly. Took longer to get the brownie then the drinks. Asked for the brownie not heated and it came heated. The drinks were made well and plenty of seating. This was my 3rd time here and was hoping it would be the Charm. read more

Waited in line for half an hour-not only did they not put coffee in my iced coffee (I actually ordered an iced latte and they even got that wrong,) but when I called to let them know, the girl who answered told me she just got there and it's a busy location and hung up on me. Lots of places are busy, if you can't handle pouring coffee, move over for someone with common sense and manners. read more

I love Starbucks but something really needs to be done about the horrible wait time whether in store or drive thru! Even before Covid-19 started it was horrible so that can not be the excuse.
