I always ask for 12 pumps of vanilla with my London fog. I go there every morning and the young man in the morning who makes it always leaves out the vanilla syrup. I hope I have the right location. I visit the store at 5435 US Highway, NPR. I ride my bike everyday and stop in almost every day to get a treat (caramel macchiato). The employees there are incredible. They look like a well oiled machine. They are just amazing ! I enjoy my drink every time. It's consistent every time. I had trouble with the app one day and one of the girls had to take my order at the register. She was so sweet. And she has remembered my name ever since. Needed something to stave off the headache I felt coming on after visiting mom in the hospital. I pulled into the drive through, placed my order for one of the seasonal hot chocolates (Peppermint, thank you, very much) and then pulled around to pick up my order. The wait was not terrible, but it seemed a little slow. May not have been,I have no idea what the people before me ordered. When I got to the window, I paid my $4.02 and was handed a wonderful, delicious hot chocolate. it was made perfectly, it was actually a drinkable temp, which is unusual, but oh so very welcome. This is my go to Starbucks location because I live close to there. Never had a bad experience coming here. The people that work here have always been friendly and courteous in my personal experience. They keep the inside of the store clean and organized and service is fast and efficient. I got the Iced Caramel Macchiato and they made it well. Sometimes, some places will put too much ice in the drink and it feels very watered down or it feels like you're getting way less than what you paid for. But here, they don't over ice. They're also generous with the caramel and you get a ton on both the bottom of the cup and on top of your drink. The only real downside to this location is because the store is located on the corner of a busy intersection, the small parking lot means that parking can be really limited at times. During a busy afternoon, the drive thru line can snake around the building and really spill over and hold up traffic. But other than that, good location. Will keep coming back here :) read more

This is the best Starbucks I've ever been to! The one barista remembers my order, and even suggests new ones, that she thinks I'd like! She had me hooked on a white chocolate mocha, with 1 scoop of malt, and 1 scoop of vanilla bean powder for a few months! Then she suggested I tried the brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. I had to go through the drive they once again and return my 'hot'coffee for a hot coffee. It was a waste of time and we did not get anything from them for our wasted time or our inconvenience. Wait times at the drive-through are also the worst in the entire Tampa area. If you can, go to the Starbucks down in front of the golf view mall. Quick and easy... The drive through never moves fast enough, incredibly slow. And when you get to the window they take ur card and give ur drink and slam the door. So if ur taking all this time, and not treating your customers well what the hell are you doing? Also found out from sitting in the cafe early mornings, how much behind the back talking there is. It is nice that they adhere to COVID rules however they tend to be discriminatory at this location. On Sept 10th I stopped for a coffee and had mask on However because it slipped slightly to tip of nose the server made an issue of it and gave me a hard time about it. My face was covered as far as I was concerned. As I was waiting for my drink a young bearded man passed behind me NO mask on went outside and came back in Still no mask. As I picked up drink the same server told him to please put mask or he would have to leave. He continued to use his computer , Mind you No Food No drink. I like this location. Wish it was a little closer to home. Good parking, friendly staff. Line when I have seen one moves quickly. My coffee was created pretty quickly and accurately. What more could you want. Oh right seating. That's good too. There are the typical tables and wood chairs but in the far corner is a pretty comfortable bench with 3 small tables. In the corner I'm sitting are 2 leather chars, leather sofa and assorted end tables and coffee table. All well worn but clean and comfortable. I've been here before and was able to log into the free wifi with no trouble. Today not at all. Would ask the staff but feeling too lazy to ask. read more

Most convenient Starbucks location around! I use their drive through at least three times a week.. I've never received a botched order since I've been going. I was an avid energy drink consumer and passed this place every morning during my hour long commute. I decided to make a stop one morning and this is my new addiction. I purposely go the first 15 minutes of my drive caffeine free so I can stop here in the morning. I think the longest wait time I've experienced at this location was maybe five minutes. They definitely get people in and out without losing quality of their drinks. For a cheap, light, tasty breakfast sandwich, I recommend the turkey bacon sandwich. read more

I walked into this place and it smelled gross like spoiled milk, and I couldn't help but notice the flies flying around inside by the counter. I ordered my latte with soy and they said they did not have soy milk. I realize they probably have the market cornered, but I don't think that makes it okay to drop the ball.
