This place is beautiful inside and out! They have great coffee and cookies :)! They also have breakfast food and a little ice cream bar. Great place to work on your laptop or get some work done, relaxing and quiet. Service was super friendly, I went on a slower day so it was perfect.

The coffee is so delicious! There's a great ambiance and the girls working are sweet! I ordered the seasonal maple pancake latte (iced) and it's delicious!

I was so hungry that I forgot to take a pic before eating all my egg ham and Gouda cheese croissant. They do give Starbucks some competition. Did I mention they have a drive-thru!!! I will say, however my sandwich was a little overly cooked on the outer edges outside of that. It was very good. They do a pretty consistent job and keeping the place nice and tidy which I appreciate I like that they have a lot of places that you could sit. A bit of a modern- old diners style. I wish they could just have a bit more effort in keeping the countertops clean that would be super. I love that "old Alice diner" style where you can sit at the bar and enjoy the action. Watch how the different coffees are made. Can't get bored. At the bar, they have hooks where you could put your laptop case and outlet so you can also work essentially or be on the laptop or whatever you need to do at the bar or at other tables. I enjoy d the atmosphere. They have a lot of cool different flavors for the holidays. I tried the Brewed to Order to Pour over (Ethiopian) a little acidic, I should have tried the Foxtail farmhouse. Next time, I will also have to try something from Kelly's ice cream counter. Yes I forgot to mention they have a little ice cream counter here too, which I think it's pretty cool. I was gonna ask him if they had a mimosa that would be even groovy or if they had mimosas available at brunch, but you know what, I won't complain cause the coffee is good and the concept is great and the atmosphere was just even better!

Coffee was amazing and the bacon egg and cheese bites are incredible! The speed is insane, and the area is cozy and has nice music!

What a cool concept--combining a florist with such an inventive local coffee shop! They had a huge selection of pastries that all looked delicious. After the owner described the velvet espresso cloud latte, there was no way I wasn't getting it. It features a unique blend of spices like cinnamon, turmeric, and cloves, plus your choice of lavender or rose, espresso, and a generous topping of real whipped cream. #winning The bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a super flaky, crunchy croissant was also excellent. They offer a great selection of syrups too--I almost never see dark chocolate as an option, and it's one of my favorites! If you're looking for delicious bites and a super cool variety of coffee drinks, De Bloom Coffee in Trinity is absolutely worth checking out.

They have very interesting coffee drinks but classics as well! I went for an iced lattes with mocha and strawberry. It was delicious. It's run by a group of women who feel welcoming & happy to see you, in the way they greet you and move with purpose behind the counter. Service is fast, friendly, and they make it look effortless. Their drinks? Always on point. They made me a cookie butter latte -- iced, hot, whatever it technically was -- and it was ridiculously good. Their breakfast-style bites hit the spot too. The muffins, the bagels... I can't even remember everything I've tried, but I remember it all being delicious. That's the important part. The space has this inviting brick-and-wood vibe that gives it a little "up north" feel. Comfortable seating, pleasant atmosphere, the kind of place you can sit with your thoughts or escape the house for a bit. They've also got juices and boba teas, and honestly, I haven't had a single thing from their menu that missed. If you live in the area and want a spot that feels like your spot -- freshly brewed coffee, good food, good people -- Grind Haus is it.

With its brick walls (real? fake? No matter!) and industrial light fixtures and stools, it has all those big city feels-and a big and intriguing menu. I'm so glad I stopped in. I always test drive a new (for me) place with a chai tea latte and a toasted sesame bagel. Oh! That bagel! The seeds on top were next level! Are they pre-toasted... are other seeds added? I dunno that-but I do know, this was an epic sesame experience. The rest of the bagel was good, too... nice chewy-to-crunchy ratio... soothing, comforting... everything you want it to be-and I liked the way it was packaged and served, on a little wooden tray. I loved the peaceful early morning vibes in here so much, I stayed almost too long, to get to an appointment on time (almost). I'll go back (for sure) when I'm not on deadline. There are so many other things to try, from boba tea to pastries and crepes. There's a comfy couch and chairs, two high top counters and several tables, where you can work, study or hang with friends. It's spotlessly clean and the employees I encountered were nice. And since it's in a plaza, there's lots of free parking. Grind Haus-I'll see you soon!
