Listen, this is a Starbucks. We all know and love Starbucks. The consistency in the drinks and the food are there. This is what I expect as far as picking up a coffee or a light bite from a Starbucks. However, I cannot get over the fact that they play the music so loud. And consistently. I've been multiple times now in different seasons, different months, and every single time I'm there, it is way too loud to have a conversation or focus on work. So I end up leaving. I can't comprehend why it's clearly purposefully so loud. I've never experienced this. There is kind of an ambience that you're expecting going to a coffee shop in general. You're gonna hear the light buzz of conversations and hear blenders go or whatever it may be, but it is difficult to even think because of how loud music is. There was an issue with the mobile ordering app, which no longer allows certain order modifications. To prevent confusion, I visited the store in person to explain the situation before the drink was made. However, the experience that followed was unacceptable. When I arrived, I had to wait over five minutes just to get someone's attention at the register. The older gentleman working there appeared confused and unsure how to handle the situation--I ended up having to guide him through how to correct the issue. Eventually, he asked the barista to remake the drink. I waited another ten minutes without hearing my name called. I stood there watching dozens of drinks being made, but no one acknowledged me. I considered asking the gentleman at the register again, but he was helping multiple customers, and none of the baristas checked in with me or asked if I was waiting for something--despite clearly seeing me standing there. Eventually, I flagged the gentleman again and explained I had been waiting over ten minutes and needed to leave. His response was dismissive: "I gave it to them--they'll have it out shortly." Only when I pointed out that at least ten cars had been served in the drive-thru did he ask the barista about my drink. She replied that she had remade it and left it on the counter--but never announced it, despite seeing me waiting nearby. At no point did the employee at the register apologize, check in, or take any initiative to ensure I was being helped. When I asked to speak to the manager, Zak, he was dismissive, defensive, and never once offered an apology. He insisted the drink was called out and that I must have missed it--even though I was standing in the same place the entire time, watching closely. As a manager, Zak should have noticed that a customer had been standing between the register and the baristas for over 10 minutes. Instead, he brushed me off, claimed they were busy with over 40 customers, and walked away mid-conversation to continue making drinks. That is not professional behavior, nor is it an appropriate way to handle a complaint. To make matters worse: I left with a watered-down drink. My request for cinnamon was ignored. I asked twice for a Venti cup of ice water and never received it. I was late for work due to the delay. No one offered a remake or any gesture of courtesy for the inconvenience. As a longtime customer, I am extremely disappointed by the poor service and complete lack of accountability I experienced today. It feels as though customer satisfaction is no longer a priority. If this is the direction your service is headed, I will have to reconsider where I spend my time and money. I hope this complaint is forwarded to the appropriate district manager as promised. I expect a full refund for today's order and hope to see meaningful improvements in how customer concerns are handled. read more

It is unfortunate that I feel compelled to write this review, as I genuinely do not enjoy posting negative reviews on Yelp; however, the appalling service and products at this Starbucks leave me with a sense of obligation to prevent others from wasting their money. Over the past few months I have noticed a steady decline in this Starbucks' ability to correctly craft drinks per the customer order, and on top of that a couple employees have made off-putting remarks and outright attempted to gaslight me. When you are paying $7+ for a cup of coffee, you expect it to be right. In relation to the incorrect drink orders, every day this week it has been incorrect (primarily with them either omitting the syrup or leaving about 1/3 of the cup in foam, prompting me to request no foam in subsequent orders). Regarding the employees, there are a couple of competent and kind employees, but unfortunately the negative interactions really stand out. In particular, I did not appreciate the attitude from Joel and the breaking point was when he asked how my day ways, I told him fine, and his response was, "Well, there is still plenty of time for things to go wrong!" When I told him I didn't appreciate that or the other comments in the morning, on subsequent visits through the drive-thru when he was present, he proceeded to act like a petulant child, shoving his hand out the window with his head turn away from me and his nose literally in the air. Today was the final breaking point where I actually went back to tell them they had yet again failed to put any syrup in my beverage. Sparkle looked a the label and went on to try and gaslight me. Needless to say I will never return to this Starbucks, and since it is the only convenient one on my way to work, I guess I will be saving a lot of money. read more

This is probably one of THE worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The people that work there do not know what LIGHT ICE MEANS!!!! I pay 8$ for a drink that turns into water within 20 minutes. I specifically began asking for only 4 ice cubes and even call ahead every time! This is what I receive. And instead of a refund I have Starbucks telling me they will give "feedback". This is the 5th time this has happened so clearly feedback means they do absolutely nothing about it. I've been a customer for almost 8 years. I will not be going back to any of their locations after the way I've been treated. I have seen it happen to many other people. I saw a women practically begging them to not add so much ice. She agreed that many locations have been skimping out on inclusions, creamer, etc. so I know for a fact it's not just me. Starbucks has become no better than Dunkin' Donuts. I have been going to various Starbucks since I was 10. I am giving this star one star. The man at the counter was cordial at first, and asked me what I would like to drink. I ordered a Venti Chai Eggnog, at kids temp, with a little extra nutmeg. He tried to charge me for the wrong drink and then got all defensive when I told him that he had rang me up as such. If I order an item, I pay for that item, at the marked price, and not for something else's price. Seems reasonable. As the order is being corrected. I tell him how waking up in the morning and going to Starbucks is something I've been doing with my family since I was 10. Before I can finish, He tells me "I don't care." In all my years coming to Starbucks I have never been treated so poorly by an employee. If I had told someone that "I don't care how long you've been coming here," at my job, I would have been fired. Every time I come here, I am waiting in the drive through for 20 minutes or so. Extremely slow. When you get to the window, there are lots of staff; I don't know why they are delayed? Seems they make your drink only as you are driving up. Each time. The speakers so so soft you can barely hear the baristas. I am not a fan of this location I have been here a handful of times and my experience has been anything but smooth. The location is awful because it's shares a parking lot with an LA Fitness and two other restaurants so the parking lot is a mad house and it's so hard to find a parking spot. I feel like most of the staff doesn't really know what their doing they are nice but totally lost. My coffee never comes out the way it's supposed and I leave disappointed. When I went through the drive through the kid ringing people out was so discombobulated and confused he didn't know what to ring people out for. This is a spacious, quiet Starbucks. A few minutes off 294 in a large shopping complex with a LA Fitness. The shop is nice and has rustic looking tables and fixtures. Probably the worst Starbucks experience I've had. I was there last Saturday morning. Sat in the drive-thru for the LONGEST time!!!! Extremely slow moving... Finally placed my order, paid $5.43 and left. Come to find out down the road that I got a black decaf (that cost much less). Now I'm late to my next appointment. But, now I'm pissed, so I turn around and go back. This time I go inside and stood in line forever trying to get any employee's attention, but they kept walking past me like I wasn't even there. When it was finally my turn at the register, I explained to elderly Joel about my experience. He was rude and not apologetic at all!!! He said well I didn't make this drink. I was like what??? Are you kidding me?? Then I pointed out the one that did, which made no difference at all. He said go over there and wait for your new drink. That's it! What a jerk. The young woman finally gives my what I ordered and again not even an apology. As a matter of fact, I was made to feel like a burden and an inconvenience. Shame on Starbucks! A few weeks ago I ordered a medicine ball, which is different but similar to a Citrus Defender. I was handed a drink that was labeled a citrus defender. I asked the barista why she ignored what i ordered, because i am not a fan of the citrus defender.
