Although there were quite a few different crowds that came in after my friend and I did. The bingsoo was okay. My friend and I shared a cup since we were still pretty full from dinner. I wish there was a little more to it. Sweet enough to get that "sweet fix" and call it a night. I also ordered the almond milk tea and it was good. It was a nice balance. Tried a few drinks here and everything hit The Java Chip was the star for me it tasted exactly like the old McDonald's chocolate chip frappe that got discontinued. Super nostalgic, perfectly blended, not too sweet, and really satisfying. The taro was smooth and creamy with a nice authentic flavor, not overly sugary or artificial. The strawberry milkshake was also solid fresh, classic, and refreshing. Cute café vibes, lots of drink options, and a great spot to chill with friends. Liquid Fusion Cafe was recommended to me by my neighbor. There are many cafes near my home so I decided to take a trip to business location. I ordered my favorite flavor: Brown Sugar Boboa, regular size. The parking lot is small, however private. The staff was friendly. Absolutely love love love Liquid Fusion! They use fresh fruit and they are not stingy with their boba. This place is also one of my kids favorite boba places as well. Since the Christmas holidays (when I snuck out of the house to run an errand and treated myself to a cookies 'n cream with boba on a whim), I've been on a bubble tea kick, and LF has been my favorite in the North Shore so far! The staff is friendly and prompt, the boba is fresh and has a nice chew to it but not overly chewy, and there are tons of fruity and sweet flavors on the menu. I've also had the decaf mocha boba, but the cookies 'n cream is my instant pep talk. My girls love the flavored popping boba here, and my husband likes to mix 3 different fruits in his drink, to the tune of pineapple-peach-mango. Extensive hours, and more parking available in the back by the laundromat off Sanders Rd. Each regular size drink is about $6 and some change. I came here after eating dinner at New Village because I was in the mood for some bubble tea and my bf really wanted bingsu. This place has really cheap bubble tea and it opens late. We sat there for about 1-2hrs and people just kept coming in at nonstop. We were surprised that this little cafe is a such huge hit when it's kind of hidden behind H-Mart. My bf didn't really like the bingsu because it's just all ice at the bottom without any flavors and the ice wasn't super smooth/soft. I'll probably come back here for a bubble tea if I'm in the area given that the price is super reasonable and it helps with the cravings. The cafe isn't super big but you can definitely do some work here if you don't mind the crazy foot traffic that goes on. Stopped by for a late night boba run as this is one is open late. It is small but they have a wide variety of options and they have some seating but It is very popular. There were no tables available because it was packed. Parking can get tricky depending on how busy it is, you may need to park in the back. I ordered a regular size brown sugar milk tea with tapioca boba. It was on the sweeter side than I'm use to. I enjoyed the tapioca balls they had a good consistency to them. Stopped in to try the strawberry bingsu. I had friends say that it was very good and I went with someone that has gotten it before. What we got was very icey and was not creamy at all. It was as if the machine that does the shaved ice didn't have enough or something but it was like eating chopped ice like what you would get in a snow cone. I love their fruit bingsoo soso much. This hits at night after a summer day or hot meal. It comes with vanilla ice cream, honey, watermelon, kiwi, strawberry, mochi, peaches, pineapple, and honeydew. The shaved ice is really well coated with the condensed milk or cream. This is my second time and I would get it again when in the area. I love that this place closes at midnight as it gives an option for anyone to grab a sweet treat for a late night craving as other places nearby are already closed. The one thing I have to drop a star was their thai tea. It did not have much depth in it flavor that thai tea usually has and you can tell as the color was already mixed and did not have the normal layers separated from the milk to the tea. Long overdue review: I've been going to this liquid fusion location for yearsss. It's definitely been over 10 years. Probably my favorite bubble tea joint around me. I'm pretty basic so I usually get strawberry banana bubble tea at many bubble tea locations (cz it's hard to mess that up). But at liquid fusion, they have what's called a strawberry dream. 98% of the times, I get strawberry dream with lychee jelly and tapioca. It's on the sweeter side and I absolutely love it... and it sure is dreamy. Their bingsoo is not the best, but it's alright. I'd probably get it again on days I'm craving bingsoo but lowkey, coffee haus does it better. I have been here a handful of times but it's my first time writing a review. Several years back, I decide to just check out of this cafe out of random. Once inside, I saw there menu and became a fan of it. I was introduced to bubble tea drinks a long time ago when I went to the Pan Asian restaurant, Joy Yees. I was amazed by their selection and variety and after trying a few of those drinks, I became a big fan of it. So after seeing that Liquid Fusion offered such drinks, naturally, I had to try theirs. I have only had their fruit freeze with tapioca drinks. I have yet to try other items on their menu. The reason being is that I always desire that type of drink over the other beverages they have to offer that I never think of the other items. Also, I don't drink these fruit freezes over the winter months so when it gets warm, I am automatically (sort of) drawn towards these drinks. These fruit freezes and on some occasions the Frappuccinos from Starbucks are my favorite drinks to have during warm weather months. The prices are reasonable and the service is fine.
