I walked in and a Nice lady had been waiting 10 minutes for her mobile order, (a simple tea) she had arrived before i did and my order was given to me before hers, and it was not busy. I also asked about the hours becuse i live in the area, and was curious about the infrequent closing times and one of the baristas became hostile and attempted to be confrontational with me, who ever is running the ship here needs to be replaced. There's not much about this place I can say that you haven't already read in a dozen other reviews for pick a Starbucks anywhere. This place is unique in that it's one of a few in the area right off the highway and it's not inside a large chain store like a Target. I would normally give a Starbucks a 4-5 star rating since they're all mostly the same but I had to give this one a 2 star rating because they wouldn't let me use the bathroom. During the entirety of the pandemic there has not been one Starbucks I've visited that although the dining area is closed I couldn't stop to pee. If I am ever back this way I might raise my star rating but for now they get 2 stars. My drink was ready for me when I arrived no problem, I was told to go elsewhere to pee. Thank you from the bottom of my heart...and the bottom of my cup...for letting me work here for hours! It was a snowy day. I just needed to get out of my house to find a place to wrap up a particular project I was working on. Here's what's great about this particular Starbucks - it's filled with other people in my exact same situation. Thankfully it wasn't too crowded the day I stopped in. A couple of men in a business meeting in the corner. A web programmer on my left side. Someone studying to my right. The best part? No one made me feel guilty for taking up a table for many hours. I just made sure to keep buying coffee and munchies along the way, and I was also willing to give up my seat if it got super crowded. It didn't. Great service, and some of the best around. The sweetest caring staff that takes great amounts of pride in serving customers. Come here if you're looking for an ideal work environment away from home. It's annoying that the restroom is closed when you can still walk in to pick up your drinks. More importantly, how do you mess up hot chocolate? Ordered two today and they were horrible. Only positive thing I can say about the location is it seemed clean enough.. but I mean, people aren't allowed to sit at the tables anymore so cleanliness isn't too difficult to accomplish with zero customers in the store. This is clearly the Starbucks I choose to go to. The staff is outgoing and friendly. They make you feel like you are welcome from the moment you walk through the door. The location has lots of space. They have extended hours and close at 11pm, 10pm on Sundays. My kids love Starbucks but this location is a real treat and their managers run extremely well!!! read more

Drive up or stay here, Awful for the Starbucks mobile ordering app. Mobile orders seem to get the lowest priority, expect over a 10 minute wait from order. Longer then just walking in to order or going to the drive up. Otherwise a nice Starbucks, just prioritizes drive up above all other orders. read more

Just a short lesson on what a refill is at Starbucks:  I think this is valuable information for many people! If you order a  Starbucks tall latte, and then want Pike Place Roast as a refill, the answer is "yes."  I should clarify, the answer is "yes" only if you have stayed inside the store.  Once you leave the store, when you return, you will be paying full price for your beverage again.  The refill price is available only for same store visits.  The refill only becomes free if you are paying for your beverage with a registered Starbucks Card, at the green level of benefits.  And there is no refill price for any handcrafted beverages. Iced tea, iced coffee, and hot brewed coffee all have a refill price available to them.  In other words, if I drink a grande Frappuccino, stay in the store, and want grande iced passion tea as a refill, then I should be charged the refill price for the passion tea, not the the full price of the iced passion tea.  However, there is no way to order a Frappuccino as a refill. I bring this up because I noticed (thanks to a comment in another blog article!) that Starbucks has finally updated their website to truly clarify the refill policy.  This had been in an area, where in the past, the website had had ambiguous language.  Thank you Starbucks for this!  Here's the official Starbucks page on the refill benefit: http://customerservice.starbucks.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1882/session/L3RpbWUvMTQ1MzMyMDc2OC9zaWQvQVo4aEgqR20%3D In previous articles, I have talked about the theories behind the refill policy.  As many people know, iced coffee, iced tea, and brewed coffee are beverages that are low cost to the business.  Furthermore, those who stay inside the store are more likely to linger and purchase food or other items as well.  Also, it makes no sense to tell customers, you must only purchase the lowest cost beverages to be able to receive the refill price.  In other words, there's no logic to saying that a customer who spends a premium for a handcrafted drink may not receive a refill because he or she didn't start out with a cheaper beverage.  And of course, there is never a refill price for drive-thru customers. And you really do have to stay in the store to get a refill.  If you have left the store, and you return later in the day with your cup, the baristas should tell you there is no refill price available. I didn't find the service welcoming, just basic. The baristas looked stressed, and when my friend asked for a plate it was just thrown on the counter, this deter me from asking for a plate myself. The spices area was untidy and the vanilla shaker's top was loosely on. This is a very accessible location so I hope it improves. read more

This location is so inconsistent. I'm here literally everyday order the same coffee everyday and they screw it up all the time. I once ordered a sandwich because I was in a rush and bit into a FROZEN egg sandwich. I'm gagging as I type this. So disgusting. I call and the response I get is "oh I believe it that toaster never works" WHAT?! so they give me a credit fine. Manager was average in customer service. Wasn't very apologetic. Then they must have hired a new person I go up to payment and she take the credit card reader and no exaggeration here SHOVES IT IN MY FACE And tells me to do it myself and turns around to socialize with her coworkers on how she couldn't take her break when she wanted too. Every time I saw her after that she would take the reader and hand it to me instead of taking my card and doing it herself... since when is it okay to make paying customers do your job?! Today a coworker goes to get our coffee order they screw it up because again too busy socializing and they won't fix the order. So I went elsewhere. I spend $140 plus a month at this location and I don't think I'll ever come back. Too many employees who just blatantly don't care. read more
