Coldest welcome ever didn't say thank you and just was flat unappreciative of my business. honestly I have not been into Starbucks where I had to say thank you generally the customer is the one that should be for the business. My favorite starbucks because of the baristas. They are always genuinely glad to see everyone who walks in.

Ordered a simple grande sugar free cinnamon dolce iced latte and had to wait 10 minutes for my drink. Once I received my drink the cup wasn't filled and it cost me $5. Seems a little ridiculous. read more

Eh, it is what it is. Your standard Starbucks with all the products and generally burnt coffee. The people that work here are friendly and the drinks are consistent. The inside shows its age, as it has been there for years without any updates. It's great for passing through, but not a great sit down and work location. The chairs here are terribly uncomfortable, just straight 90 degree flat backed chairs. I didn't see too many plugs by the tables, but there are a good number of 2 and 4 person tables. read more

The atmosphere at Starbucks is often upbeat and the music is great, too. Right now I'm listening to Lana Del Rey :) The team members really listen to my drink order, even when super busy. That way, they get it right the first time! There are no cushy couches at this location; however, there are lots of chairs and a few tables. Don't forget the free WiFi they're known for. Great to hang out on a Sunday afternoon/ eve when it's really quiet. I'm giving this place a 4 because I can't give a 4-1/2! They lost one half a Star for no cushy couches and because it's a bit too warm inside for my taste. See you sometime! read more

Due to a recent remodel, they have better seating options. Parking can be tough depending on the time of day, but you will eventually find a spot somewhere. Other than that, it's your typical Starbucks. There is an outdoor seating area with umbrellas that is kind of nice, but it does overlook the parking lot, so be prepared. read more

First off, young lady behind the counter was great. I had my usual, short black coffee, no cream or sugar. My drink was $2.05. In my opinion, just mine, I feel they should charge $5.00 to $6.00 dollars for a short coffee, which is roughly 6 oz. maybe 4oz, not to sure. It is my hope that the next time I come to this establishment I will be purchasing a $6.00 to $8.00 short black coffee. read more

Had to give it only 3-stars because of two reasons: 1. I asked for a turkey bacon breakfast sandwich. I was given their breakfast sandwich that contained ham in it. 2. I asked for a chocolate chip cookie. I was given a chocolate cake pop. We ended up eating them anyway because we didn't want to be wasteful and had already left the premise before noticing the mistake. For the past 8000miles we've been to a lot of Starbucks and have usually spent our days here to catch up on emails, and general internet shenanigans. The staff at this location is great, super accommodating and very friendly. I'm very to say I was comfortable all day and never felt rushed or pushed to buy anything. Worst Starbucks experience of my life. Don't go to this location. Rude service and not willing to make the drink I ordered. They didn't take my order correct so when up at the window I only took half of my (incorrect) order due to the frustration with the service. I like this Starbucks location more than others because the staff always treats my daughter and I really well...and they always seem really happy. This means a lot to us in today's world. It may not be "perfect", but I don't need perfect. I like the personalities...and their willingness to make sure our drinks are prepared the way we like them. I wish I could remember everyone's names right now...but, we remember Mitch...my daughter and I love Mitch! Always a warm welcome and awesome service. I drive out of my way a bit to go to this particular location. (We typically use the drive-thru.) Typical Starbucks, but was not impressed by the service at all. All the baristas seemed to just do the bare-minimum, while providing service. A general "hi, how are you" and that was all I received. The wist time seemed long, when there was 3 associated behind the counter and only 1 making drinks, and 1 taking orders with the other seeming to do busy work behind the counter. Being in the city of West Linn I did expect a little bit better service. read more

Pretty good Starbucks, the line almost went out the door with crowds of people inside waiting for coffee. Don't come in if ur wanting something fast. No drive thru. Went in this morning, desperate need for coffee even though I don't go to Starbucks a lot. Girl was super patient with me and friendly even though they were pretty busy. Had some amazing conversation with the barista named Steven I believe, super nice and double checked my order to ensure I got the right thing. I frequent this Starbucks often, usually on our way to the local dog park just a few miles down the road. The staff is always friendly, and my drink is always made right. They get pretty busy but do a great job of moving through customers fast without sacrificing quality or customer service. We live in an area with a lot of Starbucks nearby but this one is my favorite. read more
