This has to be one of the smallest Starbucks I've ever seen other than the ones in the mall. Stopped by this location before heading back to the highway. I placed my order so fast online. I didn't realize it was only walk up. When I pulled up to this location I was surprised how small it was. They do have a nice sized parking lot with mobile parking closest to the building. When I walked up to the pick up window they greeted me then asked what my name was on the order so I told them. She said it would be about 3 to 6 minutes which My drink was probably ready in about five. My matcha latte tasted great no complaints and it got me through the drive home. read more

I'm assuming they remodeled to walk up order from the window only because the location was so busy, but Starbucks should just consider opening another location. College park is meant to be pedestrian friendly and chill zone. People want to come here and sit down to enjoy time with friends over coffee. This was my first time walking up to the new process and we were confused which line to go into because we came from the pick up side. We just stood there confused for a second before finally going to a window to order. It is clearly labeled. Just a new system we've never experienced. Felt like ordering a drink from Disney and then loitering until the drink was ready. There are a few tables outside but it's Florida. This happened on Sunday as a regular weekly going out for my mother in law... This time, we went to this Starbucks, Lotus did a fantastic job. Food was really tasty... we can sit outside during summer, this is the best way ...to be there and for a night coffee...place We loved Tomato and mozzarella sandwich...They both had Chai Latte.. i Service by Lotus was super best. It's been almost 2 years since my lasts review of this place..... You can't even walk in the store and order. You have to order from the to-go window like some kinda robot . The foreshadowing of Orwell and Huxley shine bright on this Starbucks as the human race inches further and further away from actual human interaction. Maybe I'm the only one whose head isn't buried in a phone to notice, but this Starbucks is sad and pathetic. When I saw that this Starbucks was getting a makeover, I was so happy...because I thought that entailed a drive-thru. Boy was I wrong. Instead they formed that it is an "outdoor" Starbucks, where you order from the cashier outside, turn the small corner to the other side, and pick up your food/beverage. With the weather being cold and dreary lately, and people huddling together because there's not much space to stand around in to begin with, it just has me perplexed why they would close off the store to customers to be able to enter. The staff is friendly, such as Angie, but I can't help but notice them struggle to make ends meet in the morningtime when a bunch of mobile orders come in. Then you have the mobile orderers trying to figure how to pick up their food. They do give out free samples to keep people's impatience at bay. Overall it's not the easiest Starbucks to deal with. read more

What a cute little Starbucks in College Park! I came in to get a 5 shot espresso with white mocha and light cream. It was made PERFECTLY! They had a very nice selection of cups and merchandise. The inside is very small with minimal seating with four chairs near the front. There are a few tables outside that you can sit at. The barista was so nice and very knowledgeable about coffee! I'm glad to see other people writing similar reviews. I live in College Park close to this Starbucks. This Starbucks remodeled into a walk-up window only. This business model may be efficient for the workers, but it is extremely inefficient and inconvenient for the customer. Secondly, College Park is a friendly area - neighbors like to order from local businesses and visit with one another while doing so; you all took that away from this area. I hope other locals will start to go elsewhere as I will no longer be giving this location my business. read more

Bizarre to say the least. There is no drive-through or indoor seating. You form a queue and order outside at the front. The new layout makes it not worth going to h less you want to wait 30 min at the pick up window

This location has had the biggest glow up! Most importantly the staff is so kind, effificent and welcoming. They learn your name, and drinks are made in record timing even during peak hours. Prior to reopening I quit coming because this location was a disaster I had waited upwards of 40 minutes for a mobile order, and the staff used to be so rude. This is THE worst Starbuck's out of all the stores in the area. I naively keep going there because it's right next to my favorite Publix, and every time I hope it'll be different. But nope. Their mobile app system is always "down"; regardless, service is consistently super slow and orders often incorrect. Today, I ordered a simple tall black Pike Place coffee via the app. I get to the store after the stated pickup time and it's not ready. Five minutes later, still no coffee. Staff is puttering around, and I literally have to flag someone down to simply pour me my simple cup of coffee that I had ordered 15 minutes prior. Went to Starbucks and we had to go back four times to have our coffees made was either missing something or just wasn't made properly.

The poor workers here. I feel for them. The setup for this Starbucks is totally backwards. They make the drinks in the wrong area of the store. The line of finished beverages moved towards the back door. They then put all of the drinks on a tiny precarious ledge, and wait for the cashier who also makes the food, to walk past the coffee station, pick up all of the drinks that fill the ledge and walk them down to the other end of the store to serve them. It's a silly cluster. Just flip the order of how it should operate. Order in the back. Make the coffee in the middle. Drop it at the end when it's ready. It's remarkably inefficient. And it takes soooo long to get a drink here. It's also understaffed. Ridiculous for such a huge company with endless amounts of money to spend on labor. read more

The post pandemic era sucks.. even this local Starbucks has become one of many establishments suffering from the "Great Resignation".. aka "I'm tired an I don wanna go to work no more".. I place a mobile order.. for one drink .. a mocha frapachino with cookie crumble.. I delete the whipped cream.. keep the milk at 2% because lately my 6 pack abs have converged into one FUPA .. and for a guy to have a FUPA.. that's pretty f'ing bad.. Anyway.. I walk into this empty Starbucks.. Not a "Hello" Not a "Hey" Not a "Wink" Not a nada.. NADA. No drinks in the mobile app pick up area. No people on line. Just Starbucks employees standing around NOT looking at me. So I pace.. and I pace.. and I pace. 10 minutes go by.. "uhhhh .. hey, you got a cookie crumble back there".. Them: "Uhhhh yeah... This location is a really small Starbucks, but there were four plushy chairs up front with a great view of the outside, and there are a couple of outdoor tables, which I love. My girlfriend and I came here for a couple of hours while my car was getting repaired. We ordered a smoked butterscotch latte and a slice of the iced lemon pound cake. The lady at the counter was super nice, and the latte she made us was pretty good, too. It could have used a little bit more mixing, though. The flavor was stronger at the bottom of the cup, but it was a LOT stronger, like pure syrup. The lemon cake was delicious, as it always is. I really recommend it. It's one of my favorite Starbucks treats. Overall, I really liked the atmosphere here, and if I was ever in this part of town again, I would return here. read more

It turned into a debate about whether my coffee was old or burnt instead of listening, acknowledging, thanking me for the information, taking action and encouraging me to return as is their store policy. This is the closest Starbucks for me. I like that it's next to publix so I hit it up conveniently. It's in the middle of College Park though so this location gets busy and seating is very limited. With such a small building and outside along the sidewalk, I'm not sure if they could add seating, but other than that no complaints! read more

Never been to this location before,but Starbucks parking is usually pretty bad due to how busy they always are, but this one it's ridiculous, Do not enter signs are at 3 out of 4 entrances... Just leaving a quick review. Ordered a venti ice coffee with cream and sugar. Simple. Was given a venti black ice coffee. I told the barista while pointing at the sticker and saying there should be cream and sugar. The barista pointed to the cream and sugar station and was told to put it in myself. Yup. Smaller than some SBXs, but some good people working here make it a nice location to come to. Small on parking though and tough for space if you come during peak times. Still, a great place to listen to conversations you're not a part of but subjected to because of proximity and the inability of others to judge a proper indoor speaking volume. read more
