so happy to see this place still thriving - i came here with an old friend of mine back when I used to live here in fl. the vibes inside were so cute. there were many tables that had cottage core flair w/ the mix matched seating & a number of various adorable items for sale all around the walls. the staff was super sweet & directed me to the lavender tea which was delicious, refreshing, & hit the spot after stopping by the yoga studio. the wifi was also great - which is always a plus for studying/working !! i sat on the comfy couch inside & eventually moved outside to the tables on the patio because the weather is just too good right now. i wish i would have grabbed a yummy treat but i am saving it for my next visit :) thank you for for existing still in all your uniqueness. it's nice to know there is a cafe right by the studio i teach at !! see ya soon for a cuppa. read more

I love afternoon tea and really value the full experience of it. My husband and I often order tea service to-go for special occasions like anniversaries and birthdays, so we were excited to try this place for the first time. Unfortunately, it just wasn't a hit. The sandwich assortment included three mini sandwiches: egg salad, cucumber with plain cream cheese, and another cucumber with what may have been a sun-dried tomato spread (it was hard to tell, as the menu simply lists "assortment" without descriptions). While clearer labeling would have been helpful, that wasn't my main issue. Two out of the three sandwiches were cucumber, and both used very thick slices of what appeared to be standard American slicing cucumbers, skin on. The slices were so thick and the spread so minimal that it overpowered the sandwich, you could barely taste anything else. A thinner slice or a Persian cucumber would have created a much better balance. The egg salad was also disappointing. It lacked seasoning and flavor and tasted similar to a prepackaged convenience-store sandwich. The price point makes more sense once you see the quality. I don't believe the macarons are fresh let alone made in-house, and while the cookies may have been baked there, they didn't taste freshly made from scratch (though I could be wrong). Overall, this experience fell short. I value quality in afternoon tea, and this just didn't meet that standard for me. read more

We came in for a bridal shower and had a beautiful experience. I cannot recommend Infusion Tea enough for a celebration space. My friend's bridal shower was hosted here and it was truly amazing. The space is so cute and cozy. The staff were absolutely incredible serving tea, snacks, trays, and treats. They served matcha latte and chai tea. They brought out an assortment of sandwiches, scones, and small bites. We finished with a dessert tray and glasses of champagne. They cut the cake and served it. They made the bride's day so special and it was truly magical. The space is ideal for showers and birthdays of all kinds. Be sure to check them out for your next event! read more

Infusion Tea is such a fantastic spot! You can choose from a wide variety of teas (and coffee), desserts, and food. There are lots of options for vegetarians and vegans which is so great. They offer a tea of the day, or you can get any of their teas brewed fresh. I almost always grab the tea of the day, and I haven't been disappointed yet. My last visit the Mint to Be Mate was the tea of the day, and it was lovely. I also grabbed the Jack Kerouac Quesadilla with a side salad. The quesadilla was made with two thicker almost naan-like tortillas and filled with cheesy, flavorful goodness. It was served with salsa, guacamole, and a chipotle sauce. I am not even sure which sauce was my favorite, they were all delicious. The side salad was fresh and the dressing was scrumptious! Service was great and the employees have always been super friendly here. You order at the counter, and they bring the food out to you. But you can always head back up to the counter if you need anything else! Plus, the store offers a variety of items from local artists that you can browse. A great place to pick up some holiday gifts or just something for yourself. I love the relaxed and cozy atmosphere inside, and you can really just relax and hang out. Infusion tea used to be my local Sanctuary 20 years ago. Since moving away, I have missed it often. So of course being in town again I decided to make a stop in for a tea and quick lunch. The ladies at the front were very friendly and helpful. The tea and food menus are extensive with wonderful descriptions alongside each tea. Today I ordered their Quiche of the day, mushroom but spinach, , which was accompanied by delicious side salad with their Housemade vinaigrette. The food was delicious! The layout has changed but it is still nice. However, the dedication to tea and how it has served has seemed to change. You used to be served your tea with a strainer and hot pot of water. Now you must walk up to the cashier every time you would like more hot water with your glass. And when they give you the hot water, it is straight from the hot water machine, which is far too hot for green tea. This was surprising to me as it is a dedicated tea place and different types of tea require different tea temperatures for optimal quality to be preserved when serving. read more

As someone who's not an avid tea drinker, I was initially concerned if I would find something I would enjoy. And I was pleasantly surprised with all of the food and pastry offerings. I did enjoy the novelty of having the warm tea be freshly steep. Although I think where they shine was more in their food. I ordered a Caprese avocado toast. I was a little concerned about getting one slice and it would end up being enough but it was. I also decided to get an order of the classic cucumber sandwiches. Although they were yummy, they were a bit much for the price. If you really wanted the tea and sandwich combo they did have different options that would've been more price effective. When I arrived, I didn't really see too many tables available as they were setting up for a private event. I ended up sitting at a table that wasn't properly cleaned waiting for server to hopefully come. When I realize they were a little busy, I ended up taking the dirty place and placing them on another dirty table. So they just keep in mind that they are busy and have patience. I also ended up getting a few pastries- a scone and a black & white cookie. I didn't see anywhere and the cashier didn't mention that the scone was gluten-free, which wasn't what I personally wanted. It's great for anybody who has dietary restrictions if it's not what you're interested in be sure to confirm before purchasing any pastries. Overall, I have to really commend them for having a decent amount of vegetarian and vegan options. The inside of the store is very cute and is great for a casual brunch get together. read more

I had such an amazing time celebrating my friend Brittney's Birthday here. She wanted a tea party and that's what we got. The table was beautifully decorated, bottomless mimosas. I had one of the best apple pie pastry and scones with jam. Another favorite was drinking strawberry white tea. Delicious! I did not need to add any agave or honey because it naturally tasted sweet. My coworkers have been raving about this spot for months, and I finally made 2 trips here! The Edgewater location is perfect for accessing from my office nearby, and I appreciate that it's one of the restaurants with actual parking available. The inside is adorable with all of the local items to shop, and we enjoyed sitting outside in their nice outdoor seating area. The menu is huge! Beyond the great tea selection (I've enjoyed all that I've tried), the menu has a ton of options, too. I didn't realize immediately that it was a big vegetarian/vegan menu, but I appreciate the variety available. This place was incredibly hospitable when I came here from out of town for a bridal shower which was rescheduled for a different day without informing me. They literally gave me a tea for coming all that way when it wasn't even their fault. It made my day a little more sunny and the tea was also tasty. I forget the flavor she said it was as in the moment I was overcome with embarrassment but I'd love to come back here and support this business. It's a great place to go and study, work, take friends, have an event etc. They also have some of the best vegan/gluten free dessert/food and the tea, they have such a variety of tea. Although this is a tea centered location they have a lot of food items for breakfast and lunch that look delicious. We got the açaí bowls and the açaí itself is so creamy and rich in flavor it is the best I ever had! I took some oatmeal cream pies home we me as well that was a bit and tea bags which they have tons of tea flavors to choose from. They have a cashier that was really friendly and the servers who bring out the food are also very nice and brings it out quickly. I was very pleased with everything. The restaurant had indoor and outdoor seating with plenty of tables to eat here. I thought it was a perfect place for doing work, hanging out with friends or for a chill date. You can purchase tea leaves to go or you can have a cup there with food or a pastry. I had an Earl Gray tea with a cinnamon crumb pastry (a coffee cake, basically) and it was very tasty. There tea selection is huge and they had a very good decent food selection too. It looked like scones were a go to and they have a cool special that included full tea pots and a tray of small bites for a reasonable price! Looking forward to trying that next time. They also have a co-op store with items for purchase like funny socks, notebooks, pencils, tea pots, etc. The attendants were also super kind, helpful and knowledgeable! There were so many choices of tea and did i want it hot or iced that made it difficult for me to choose what I wanted, so I went with the special of the day. I wish I could tell you what the special was that day, but I had another tea immediately after, and another the following day. Part of the reason I went so much was a visiting friend, but the other part is it's excellent tea in a place with a chill vibe. The service is awesome, from ordering your tea if you need assistance, to bringing your tea promptly and explaining how the cups worked. I haven't ordered food there, but the food orders I've seen looked incredible. One of the days I was there, there was a party and it occurred to me what a wonderful place it was to have a party. This is a great place to have tea and some great light bites. They have quite a large selection of teas to choose from. It's got a casual urban feel and the staff is extremely friendly. When you walk in you are greeted by friendly staff that will take your order then you will find a table inside or outside and they will bring your items to you when ready. We ordered tea for 2 with an assortment of treats to include fresh baked scones, tea sandwiches, cookies and jam. Everything was fresh and very tasty and went perfectly with the tea. After enjoying our tea time we perused around the store at the large selection of teas and merchandise. This place is an underrated gem! I'm surprised everyone I talked to so far did not know about it, and it was quiet when I went at 4pm on a Saturday. The drinks are great, and there's free wifi and lots of seating. Plus plenty of cute gifts, tea, journals, plant accessories, bath/body care items, socks, books, and so much more for sale that you can browse while waiting for your order! I got the lavender matcha latte with oat milk ($5.32) which tasted very refreshing. I had to mix it often though because there were globs of pure, bitter matcha powder at the bottom. The staff who helped me was a bit tired when taking my order, but I guess it was a bit later in the day. Otherwise my drink was ready fairly quickly. It wasn't delicate the way tea sandwiches normally are. I'd describe the taste as "thick" and bland. I have been to Infusion Tea several times. Sometimes with friends, sometimes alone, but it's always amazing. I have tried their food, their macarons (OMG delicious) and their teas are exceptional.
