Woo hoo my 100th review!!!!!! I often find myself coming here for a coffee fix during my breaks at my job in Millenia. This Starbucks is located in the food court on the second floor of Mall at a Millenia. This location is very small with no seating as the Mall offers plenty seating. I like the simple decor matching other locations with a cool wood wall on the outside with the Starbucks logo. I like this location and often times the Baristas are very friendly. I hate the lines here as they can be so long they exit the store. Today I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with service when a fellow barista noticed the line building and opened the second register promptly. I ordered a ice coffee with soy and light ice. I also used my free reward I earned and got the Thai-style Peanut chicken wrap. My order took a few minutes but I understand because there was quite a few drinks ahead of me. My drink was made to perfection and handed off with a smile. My snack was yummy as usual as it's my favorite..but I will say the grapes were very small and sour. Normally they compliment the Thai pnut flavor more. I drank it so fast I was able to get a refill shortly after for free with my gold status Starbucks account. Overall I am happy with this locations service and they can count on me coming back every time I need a coffee trip. read more

For a mall Starbucks, this location is surprisingly efficient. The line was nearly out the door but we were able to get our orders in relatively quickly. I wish for the life of me I could remember the name of the barista helping me and my mom. We were trying to decide on a holiday beverage and he let us sample the gingerbread latte! It was very thoughtful nice of him and while I was sorry it took time away from the orders of the people behind me... not sorry! Our holiday drinks were hot and sweet but delicious. Don't be frightened off by the long lines. While this may not be a convenient spot for sitting and hanging out (you can take your drink to the seating at the food court), it's a convenient location to grab your drinks to go! read more

Very busy Starbucks on the second level of the Millenia Mall in Orlando. Clean location with friendly and polite staff. Back to school shopping and my kids wanted Starbucks. So Starbucks it was. A tall cotton candy frappuccino for each of my twins, a grande chocolate chip frappuccino for my oldest daughter, a grande ice latte for their mother and a venti flat white for me. This was the first stop we made at the Millenia mall. There were 2 people on line before us. The cashier was ok but not the best customer service we ever received at a Starbucks. My daughter just wanted an iced coffee with sugar free syrup & the cashier didn't seem to understand for some reason. That was the only thing we ordered. We waited about 10 minutes & when my daughter saw the people that came in after her were getting their orders she went up to the barista to ask about her order. He didn't seem to have it, don't know why. She told him her order & he made it quickly. When she tasted it, it barely had any syrup so she went back up to ask for a bit more. She was really disappointed with the whole experience & the coffee tasted horrible to her. Definitely won't be stopping at this location again. read more

As others have mentioned, there are 2 Starbucks in this mall. One on the first floor and one on the second floor. I've never patronized the one on the second floor, so this review is solely for the Starbucks located on the first floor. I always park in the same area when I visit Millenia and this Starbucks is located just inside the entrance I use. I love to stop by here and grab my coffee fix before I start my shopping. All of the drinks are on point for Starbucks and taste great. They get extremely busy here, but the good thing is the baristas work very quickly. I've never had more than a 5 minute wait for my coffee or frap. read more

I've visited to Starbucks location on the first level. The actually speak English here. By that I mean, "would you like a small, medium, or large coffee today?" And then she said, "would you like a light, medium or dark coffee." Thank you Starbucks for deciding to do this. I don't do venti or tall, or whatever lingo you used to use. This is the Starbucks upstairs by the food court so it is usually very busy. The line has wrapped out the store before around lunch time. Luckily we never eat at lunch time so today when we stooped it we 2pm and there were only 3 people in front of us. Easy order and quick service. Then out to the mall for more shopping. The one downstairs ( ex Barnies coffee) is being remodeled so will be interested to see what it looks like when they are done. read more

A bit small for my preference and all seems very cramped, however, the service was just as any other Starbucks. Had a Blonde Roast coffee, and it was just as great as any other that I've had in other Starbucks. No sitting area, however, you can sit in the Food Court and use Starbuck's Wifi, which I find convenient, even though they do not have a sitting area. read more

Super busy and high volume location on the 2nd floor of Millenia mall next to the food court. I walked in on a mission for a specific mug and happened to cross paths with an employee. I told him what I was looking for and he directed me straight to it. Super friendly guy during the holiday season which I had to commend him for. As a former retail employee, I know that the season can wear you down. The line moves fast and they're very efficient. I was able to use money on my Starbucks app to pay which was nice. I have never seen this Starbucks without a long line. It's in a prime location in the Millenia Mall, so of course it's packed. Even though the line tends to be through the doors the staff here is pretty quick and they keep the line moving. My latte came out perfect. I was quite pleased. Drinks here are consistantly good, and if you need extra shopping energy this is the place to go. One observation: While I was waiting the employees were restocking the pastry counter. All of the cookies were prepackaged in cellophane bags. Of course I know the cookies aren't baked fresh and they are brought in from somewhere else, but until that moment I never realized how mass-produced they are. Totally killed it for me. I like the illusion of freshness at least. I don't see any Starbucks cookies in my future. read more

The line was long and they had ran out of cups and the coffee I wanted. I settled on the pike place which wasn't even hot, I'm a gold member so free refills are included. Couldn't get one bc the line was all the way in the produce aisle and god knows how long it would stay like that. The cashier with the purple hair was wonderful. The one preparing the coffee wasn't really friendly. My husband always orders a Mocha Latte at different Starbucks a d they always put a drizzle of chocolate on top of the whipped cream. This time they didn't so I went back to ask why. She said it doesn't come with it but was kinda upset I interrupted her to ask. I came back again and asked how much was it to add it a d she roughly tells me "I'll put it on". I told her I'm paying for it and asked the cashier if she could charge me for the extra syrup which she did help me with. I'm not a huge Starbucks fan. Okay, so I hate Starbucks but I stopped in after reading an article about BUTTERBEER at Starbucks; it's on the secret menu, so you HAVE to tell them and maybe give them the recipe. Overall, I wasn't impressed with the butterbeer. The after taste of it tasted like it a bit, but not completely. Whatever syrup makes the after taste - that's the one they should put in more. Oh, and beware! The drink is EXTREMELY SWEET and this is coming from the king of sweets. Here are two recipes incase you want to try it out - but please note that you can only do this for the holiday season since they have to use the toffee syrup. This mall is always packed. The first floor Starbucks is the hidden gem next to The Cheesecake Factory. You will get the shortest line available for a Starbucks in this mall. Employees are much nicer upstairs as of recently but the wait will hold you up. Due to the high volume the floor and cream/sugar area get disorganized and dirty from time to time but they try to keep up with it as best as possible. A Starbucks is a Starbucks. There are two in the Mall at Millenia; the one upstairs by the foodcourt usually seems busier, with a line stretching out the door. The one downstairs (formerly a Barnie's) manages its line better with a short queue loop. I prefer the downstairs location as I can browse the shelves while I wait in line, instead of standing out in the mall. read more

I know this location is a busy one but somehow whenever I go it's not very busy. The coffee is always made well, the staff is friendly and the one time there was an issue with my order (I wanted decaf and got caf.) it was quickly remedied which is always a plus. read more

This location has 2 Starbucks. They are inside the Mall at Millenia. One is downstairs near the front entrance on the left just past Brio. The other is right up the main escalators near the food court area. Both locations can be hectic and crazy at all times of the day and night. I much prefer the quick and easy location inside of target across the street from the mall. read more

This Starbucks is up on the first floor, on a corner, just at the start of the alright food court. I got in (and out) just in time as the customers started to queue up outside, but it was just after noon by this time, and its quite a smallish place. My double espresso was excellent, I didn't buy anything to eat as I had decided to have a turkey dinner in the Gourmet Grille just around the corner as I've eaten here a few times and liked it. The Starbucks servers were efficient and friendly folks and there was no attempt at up-selling. There was also a lovely waft of coffee on the breeze, and the winter coffee offers are being extensively advertised. I didn't really need their wifi as the Mall also has free wifi in both Macy's and Bloomingdales - though the Macy's one was a bit lousy - and I had updated my emails by the time I made it here. read more
