I can finally rate 5 stars for Jeff's Bagel Run and it's all thanks to this location! Unfortunately I haven't had the best customer service experience at two other locations in the past few years. The options and combos could almost be endless--in the best way possible. You have sweet, savory, or just the classic plain options to mix and match from. Selfishly I opted for the cinnamon roll bagel paired with the cannoli spread and it's a solid sweat treat! I'm sorry I didn't get the three staff members names that were there today (5/6/26). They were all so welcoming, helpful, and working diligently right out of the 'opening gate' of 6:30am. 10/10 recommend. I'll definitely be a repeat customer. We stopped in for a quick breakfast before heading to the parks, and our first visit will definitely not be our last! Although I typically highlight the food first, this time I have to commend the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, had a great sense of humor, and was very patient and helpful, allowing us to sample the cream cheeses and answering our questions about the bagel flavors. Now, about the food--it was outstanding! You might think a cute little shop that only offers coffee and bagels (along with lox or turkey in to-go bins for sandwiches) wouldn't be too impressive, but the variety of bagels and spreads was fantastic. The bagels were fresh. However, shortly after we sat down, a staff member came out and offered us a warm, just-out-of-the-oven bagel to try in addition to the ones we'd already ordered. That was a game-changer! We tried the everything bagel and a rosemary bagel, and both were delicious--full of flavor and incredibly soft! We also sampled the plain, veggie, buffalo, and banana pudding cream cheeses, all of which had amazing taste and texture. We both enjoyed our cold brew and lattes too. I highly recommend this spot! My husband and I both agreed that this could become our new go-to breakfast on days when we're heading to the parks. What is there to say about this place that is bad? Literally nothing. The staff was friendly and explained the different bagels and spreads they had that day and I got to see a few interesting ones like the cake batter and banana pudding! I decided to get the flight with my family and we got the regular, roasted jalapeno and the veggie. The jalapeno one was the best because it had a nice heat but the cream cheese helped cut that right away. I got a rosemary salt bagel and right as I opened the bag I knew it would be amazing. The smell was heavenly and the bagel was soft and warm. The bagel had a nice little crunch to it and the cream cheese blended beautifully with it as well. Prices are great here with a single bagel being $2.25 and going up from there if you get a half or full dozen. The place is tiny so if it gets busy you will have to eat in your car or wait for a spot to open. Overall an amazing place and I can't wait for them to open one near me in the near future! read more

While you can't go wrong with a good plain spread, why would you stop there? If you're feeling bold you can get hot sauce, chive & onion or roasted jalapeño to list a few. Even your sweet tooth can be satisfied with flavors like banana pudding, cake batter, cannoli or cookies & cream. The chive & onion was absolutely delicious. I was so excited to try the bagels here and I'm so glad I got to try them today. Full disclosure... I consider myself somewhat of a bagel snob having been born and raised in NY. I'm always on the hunt for good bagels and I have to say these are some of the best I've had outside NY! They have so many delicious variety of bagels such as asiago, asiago everything, rosemary salt, banana bread, cacio e Pepe, blueberry etc, choosing which one was the hardest part. They have a special flavor daily donut and today's flavor was funnel cake. The same goes for their cream cheese with so many great flavors to choose from.. flavors such as plain, onion and chive, jalapeño cheddar, hot sauce, banana pudding etc. choosing which to try was hard to do! I finally decided on a asiago everything and onion and chive cream cheese. The bagel was so good, it actually was soft and fluffy with the perfect chew to it and it was so warm. They do not toast bagels here so if that's your thing, I would suggest you avoid coming here. What they do is turn out nice warm bagels for you to enjoy. The onion and chive cream cheese was absolutely delicious. Not too strong tasting or too oniony. I had a mocha iced coffee and it was great. No bitter aftertaste, just nice and smooth. Finally, the staff here were all so nice and so helpful and patient. The cashier even suggested I download the app and told me I'd earn enough points just for signing up that I'd get a free bagel. Not a bad deal! Unfortunately, there are no Jeff's Bagel Run near where I live in Cooper City, FL but I was told that they'll be down here in about six months. I am so excited about that! If you are looking for any thing other than trendy cream cheese and cold bagels (unless you order 1 of the 3 warm options) don't go here. I tried it since it had very high reviews but didn't see that they never toast bagels and only have 3 warm options. My husband and I got 2 everything bagels that were....medium baked. The bagels are very light in color, not much seasoning and cold. Like they could have been refrigerated before serving. If you want any toppings they have "kits" you have to buy to put together yourself. I think this is a great place to get bagels for a crowd or to bring home for the next day but if you are craving a delicious, hot, toasted bagel with toppings to eat right away look elsewhere. read more

I went into Jeff's Bagel Run during their bagel day promotion. This is my second time visiting one of their shops. This specific location only has counter seating and two small tables outside. With my first experience my expectations were higher for a bagel shop as I was disappointed they didn't have any breakfast bagel sandwiches or that they didn't put the spread on my bagel. My second time around I knew what to expect so I was able to enjoy my bagel more. The staff was fast in prepping my bagel and handing it to me and I also got an iced coffee with with a splash of milk, they were both very good. What an amazing first experience! My mom and I stopped in after hearing so many good things about these bagels. We were in after only four minutes of the store opening. I was a bit hesitant when first going in as I work for Starbucks and understand how it can be rough dealing with customers first thing in the morning. But the three employees working at the time made me feel extremely comfortable. Nick was extremely helpful with letting and even encouraging my mom and I to try every flavor of cream cheese. He also gave us recommendations of different bagel and cream cheese combinations. He was extremely personable and conversational. Eventually, a young girl joined in (either Kay, Tracy, or Carmen) and began making conversation with us as well. Eventually, Michael gave us our coffees with a big smile on his face and we left happy customers with incredible tasting bagels. I genuinely feel like I got the best experience I could have wanted and left satisfied and sure with my purchases. It was such a positive way to start our day. I ate one two days after we bought it and it was still absolutely delicious after a few minutes in the air fryer. We also tried a variety of cream cheeses: strawberry, veggie, roasted jalapeño, hot sauce, strawberry, plain, and cannoli - yes, cannoli. I ordered that one because I was curious. It was pretty chocolate forward with a lot of mini chocolate chips. I probably would not order that again. All the cream cheeses are made with high-quality ingredients. They also have an app where you can earn rewards points toward free items. this is not a place. I would order food for myself, but it was nice when we had guests from out of town.
