Came to Tbaar since I was over at Mall at Millenia and wanted something other than Ding Tea on this side of town, and stumbled upon this spot thanks to all our fellow yelp community! Was a little hesitant since I walked in and there was no one in the shop. One of the workers walked out when they heard the door open and greeted me, but they have a touchpad kiosk to order from so I ordered there. Another worker came out and they worked on making my drink. I waited a few minutes before it was ready, exploring the small trinkets for sale and claw machine in the back. I ordered a fresh brewed oolong milk tea with almond milk, boba, and pudding at 75% sweetness. I was pleasantly surprised that the tea was strongly brewed and really tasted freshly made! The boba was a good texture. I've had better pudding elsewhere, but I was craving it so it definitely helped satisfy those cravings. We stopped by this cute Tbaar right after enjoying some Omurice next door at Oodle Noodle. My expectations were low because it my mind I thought the best boba drinks were in California. Oh boy, was I wrong... BRÛLÉE BEAR: 10/10 The Star of the show! I did not expect such rich flavors and textures coming from the crème brûlée and with a nice hint of coffee jelly. In my opinion, this drink was better than the Alley in California... TARO MILK TEA: 7/10 watered down and powder tasting. I didn't enjoy it as much as the brûlée bear... I've driven past this place a few times and finally had the chance to stop in. I visited in the evening when it was fairly empty, so the service was quick, and I was warmly greeted as soon as I walked in. Nice environment, quiet and clean. They have a wide variety of drinks and allow you to choose your sweetness level. Most of their drinks use dairy free creamers. But they also have option to switch to almond milk or other types (depends on what they have). As of today I was told it's no extra cost to change to almond milk. They have food options too. I haven't tried their poke bowl but will be back to try. If you come early, they may not have boba ready because they're still preparing it. Their drinks prices don't include toppings. Boba shop not too far from Universal Studios Orlando We looked for a boba shop near the park, just a little over 2 miles from Universal Studios (7-min drive), and this is what Yelp suggested so we stopped by for some refreshers... Higher quality boba drinks with fresh ingredients . My favorite is the fresh pressed juice menu that's a healthier alternative. I went for the Ginger Fun which includes kale, lemon, cucumber, ginger, and apple it was surprisingly savory ...strong in flavor with a hint of spice from the ginger. After a long hot day drinking a fresh pressed juice with no water sugar or ice added was the perfect picker upper and thirst quencher to feel balanced again. We also ordered the Fresh Passion Fruit Tea which has Mango, strawberry, kiwi, mixed and jelly. What stood out was fresh pieces of passion fruit. That's hard to find at most boba places. The mango lemonade was also delicious also fresh ingredients not syrups. The taro milk tea was not a favorite . It was powdery . This one doesn't offer Happy Hour drinks like the one in Lake Mary but it's a bigger store front and more decorated. I have finally got to try the red bean & herbal jelly BMT, the lake Mary location never seem to have either of those toppings in stock. It's pretty good. Not overly sweet with nice tea flavor. BEST BUBBLE TEA IN ORLANDO. Orlando despite growing its number of bubble tea cafes in the past few years has shown a disappointing lack of quality across the board and this is the first that I've found over the past four years living here to hit expectations compared to places in DC, Atlanta, Houston, and Chicago. Never having seen a Tbaar before, I immediately thought this was another hipster cafe that relied more on decor than quality which couldn't be further from the truth. The milk tea flavor is strong and not watered down with the black tea flavor having earthy tones, similar in strength to Gongcha. The boba itself is extremely well done, elastic and chewy, not the sweetest and a smaller size, similar to Tea Top. They definitely go by sugar and ice level so make sure you specify what you want for both (25%, 50%, 75%) since they default like most places to 100%. We got the black milk tea and green milk tea at 50% for both ice and sugar since we are sugar conscious and both were great for our tastes. The poke bowl is also the perfect size at $9 with two proteins. The fish was fresh, there were differentiating ingredients like yellow daikon/radish and the kobachi sauce with ponzu and eel sauce was a good mildly spicy combo. The white rice was also a good texture. Overall, for Orlando I'd give a 6/5 if I could for the boba alone, which was close to perfect. Good for smaller groups since its cafe style with no large tables. Cant wait to come back and see if the consistency holds up over time. read more

This is my favorite boba tea place in Orlando, and have come here multiple times. They limit capacity, wear masks, and sanitizer available. They have a rewards card as well. They have a good variety of drinks from milk teas, to slushes, and regular teas. You are able to adjust sweetness and the type of boba. My go to is the Panda Milk Green Tea. This tea has some black and white pearl boba in the drink. It is very similar to a jasmine green tea. There is a sweetness and the right amount of tea flavor with no powdery taste.
