Not sure what changed but the team working today was outstanding. They got us in and out with kind welcomes and perfect orders. This location is convenient and comfortable. And my drink and pup cup were perfect. #Thanks #IcedBlackTea #HappyDrinking

Before heading out on a road trip, my friends and I stopped to grab some coffee and breakfast from the Tanger Outlet Starbucks. Like many other locations, the store was clean and welcoming. Our cashier, Rosa, was pleasant and engaging during placing our orders. There seemed to only be 3 people working behind the counter and they were able to accommodate my party of 7 along with the other guest that were coming in. Rosa was helpful and clear in her suggestions as we ordered. Her positive approach can be seen as a model of serving from the heart. I thoroughly enjoyed our interaction. There's a rule in PG County for supplies such as napkins and straws where you have to ask the employees for them. It seemed to add an extra strain to the already busy flow and they were not enthusiastic about having to stop to provide these things, so that's something to keep in mind while waiting for your order. I had the iced oatmilk brown sugar shaken espresso, a sausage egg and cheese sandwich, coffee cake and parfait for the road.

the staff wasn't the kindest, but i understand they might've been really tired, there was such a big group of people inside ordering. i ordered a matcha latte and the vegetarian breakfast items and they were good! i also found the tiktok viral starbucks mug! ambiance was okay since it was loud from all the people inside

I am so freaking pissed! The website says this Starbucks opens at 8 am on a Sunday... I placed an order for picked up and the store is freaking closed! Please note the date & time in case someone wants to lie! What a waste of gas and time. If you guys open later than 8am update the app and sign on the door. Update: I called the store and a woman answered. First telling me the store is not open so I said the sign on the door, app and website says 8am even on Sunday. she proceeded to be nasty and say they have ppl out sick- which would've been understood and taken into consideration had she not been so damn nasty, rude and unapologetic. This covid shit is affecting all of us not just her. But for her to think she can be nasty to me for no reason, I snapped back without cursing and yelling. I will NEVER PATRONIZE AT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!!!

This man in Santa hat needs a raise. Super awesome person!

There are lots of negative reviews for this location but my experience has been quite the opposite and notably positive. My mobile order was accurate and came out promptly. And the man in the pic wearing the Santa hat deserves a raise! He was one of the most friendly, professional, and kind people I have ever met. He was taking customer service to another level. He was asking customers about their day, asking if everything was going well with order and even peoples families. He even congratulated a woman who was clearly pregnant when she walked in and you can tell it made her day! He clearly enjoys working her as do the other staff I've interacted with. Maybe they got the message from all the prior negative reviews or maybe this is a one off. But the feel is got coming here is that this is one of the better run Starbucks I've been too.

Again, no hair protection, no visor, no hair net. Don't be surprised when you find a hair in your bagel or dirnk! Rude customer service. I forgot, they are Starbucks. Customer service ain't important.

Omg- so good. The cornbread was served with honey butter that made it almost desesert like. But the cornbread itself was savory, so there was a perfect balance. So good! The crab cake was unbelievable. So good. (Similar to what you would get at a pappadeaux for context.) Literally a showstopper. The shrimp and grits were really good too. The shrimp were cooked perfectly and were sweet and juicy. The grits were good, but personally I like more cheese in them. But adding the crystal hot sauce made up for it. Just an amazing meal! Our server Luna was super friendly, hard working and we so enjoyed her! She is a real asset to this place! Great job and great food!

I'm disappointed to be writing this review about Succotash National Harbor because it has been a…read morerestaurant I've enjoyed and recommended in the past. My cousin and I stopped by on Friday, June 12, 2026, craving one of our favorites--the pimento burger. As usual, we grabbed two open seats at the bar that had just been vacated. A waiter greeted us and said he would return after cleaning the area. Another staff member brought us water, and we waited to place our order. While waiting, I noticed a couple sit down at the bar near us. To my surprise, the first waiter immediately went over to them, took their order, and prepared their drinks while my cousin and I continued to sit there without any acknowledgment. I eventually asked the waiter if he was assigned to our section, and he confirmed that he was. I then asked why the couple had been served before us when we had arrived first. His flippant response was, "Because they're regulars." I replied that, with good customer service, I could become a regular too. He then shrugged and said, "They know management." Thinking I must have misunderstood, I asked him to repeat himself. He again said, "They know management." What bothered me most was not that regular customers were recognized. Great hospitality includes making loyal guests feel appreciated. The problem was the message that seemed to be conveyed--that some customers are more deserving of attention than others because of who they know. When I expressed concern, the waiter appeared dismissive and uninterested in addressing it. Instead of clarifying or apologizing, he repeated the same explanation and shrugged off our concerns. At that point, my cousin looked at me and asked, "Are you ready?" We got up and left without ordering anything. This experience was especially disappointing because it was so different from the positive visits I've had here before. We came expecting good food and a welcoming atmosphere, but instead left feeling ignored and undervalued. I hope management takes customer service seriously and addresses situations like this. Every guest should feel welcomed and respected, whether they are a first-time visitor, a regular, or someone who knows management. Unfortunately, this experience makes me reluctant to return anytime soon. I can't say that I wouldn't recommend Succotash National Harbor, as I've enjoyed many good meals there in the past, but this visit left a lasting negative impression. To make matters worse, my cousin and I never even got the chance to order the pimento burger we came for .

My mom had also ordered an iced tea that still hadn't arrived when the rest of our food and drink had arrived so she canceled it. They sourced a lot of their food from local purveyors, and you can really tell it in the flavor of everything. The sausage was some of the best I've had. Because of all the hiccups, the manager came over and profusely, apologized and even comped part of our meal to make up for the issues. The biggest advantage here is the amount of space. There is plenty of seating outside, throughout the main floor, upstairs, and even on the upstairs deck, making it very easy to find a comfortable place to settle in with a drink and stay awhile. The coffee was just as good as expected, and the coffee cake was excellent. The staff was also nice and efficient, keeping everything moving without making the experience feel rushed. The only thing that kept this visit from matching the King Street location was that the space felt a little neglected in comparison. The upstairs bar area, in particular, seemed deserted during our visit, and seeing what appeared to be an expired liquor license posted on the wall gave the impression that the space was once used in a greater capacity, but that's purely just speculation. Overall, it is still a lovely coffee shop with great drinks, plenty of room to spread out, and a relaxed atmosphere. I've been to Savannah's a couple of times before, and they never disappoint. We were in National Harbor on vacation, and of course--with kids in tow--we had to stop in and let them explore all the gooey goodness. Funny enough, they made a beeline straight for the ice cream instead of the candy... probably because we had already been it It's Sugar earlier that day! They tried a mix of flavors--birthday cake, wildberry sorbet, cookies & cream, butter pecan--and I went with mint chocolate chip. Every single one was delicious! The ice cream was creamy, flavorful, and definitely hit the spot. And let me just say--I appreciated the pricing. For the area, it was very reasonable. Not over-the-top expensive like Ben & Jerry's, so that was a win! Now for my part... I couldn't leave without trying a few treats. I grabbed a couple of truffles--raspberry milk chocolate, white chocolate, and a few others--and they were all rich, smooth, and delicious. But BABY... that giant turtle candy?! Whew! It was EVERYTHING. Crispy, fresh pecans, buttery caramel, and perfectly blended milk chocolate--hands down the perfect after-dinner treat. And don't sleep on the caramel popcorn with pecans--sweet, crunchy, and downright addictive! The service was excellent! The young ladies working the counters were patient, helpful, and friendly, which made the whole experience even better!
