This is the absolute worst Starbucks I have ever been to in my entire life. I would die of thirst before going back here. The woman working the register could not have been more rude if she tried. Just a short version of the story....Sign on counter says on Friday's you can get a free pastry when you order a grande. However the pastry case is empty so I ask if I can still get the free pastry. Employee says "it's Friday"(which I already knew obviously) and stares at me. So I explain why I wasn't sure and tell her I'd like to do that and place our orders. The place is busy (although I can't imagine why since another customer there commented to me that the woman at the register is always rude). Anyway when my drinks arrive I ask the barista where is the pastry? She looks at the register woman who says "you didn't tell me what kind of pastry you wanted. So you have to get back in line and re-do the order". Yes this is super annoying but since my daughter had to pick up something in the store I have time to waste so I get back in line. When I get to the front and place my pastry request she goes through long process and then says I owe her 57 cents. I say I thought it was free, she says no it is discounted. I say ok and give her $10. Then she says she has to wait for a manager to come do an override. This takes seriously over 5 minutes while the line behind me continues to build. The manager comes, pushes some buttons, doesn't make eye contact with anyone, and leaves quickly. Then register woman says she actually owes me 57 cents so I take my $10 and the .57 cents and leave never to return. read more

This Starbucks is the WORST Starbucks I've ever been to.To be honest, I'm a total Starbucks fan. I live in California and their service is always fantastic. Until I came to this Starbucks in Page, Arizona. Located in a market, Safeway. Yesterday, I came here and ordered a regular iced coffee from PHEOBE. Then, I kindly asked for whole milk. Instead of handing me the whole milk, she threw the whole milk to me. So I assumed she was having a really bad day. So I decided to give them a second chance by coming here and ordering the same thing with whole milk. When I went to pick up my order. I was shocked that they only filled the cup halfway and gave it to me. I asked why it was only filled halfway and she said it was filled halfway because there was no ice filled with it. I have never in my whole life been to a Starbucks as bad as this one. I do NOT recommend coming to this Starbucks. read more

I've never had a such a non Starbucks experience at a Starbucks. The barista was unfriendly- I don't even think they made eye contact with us and didn't announce the drinks when they were ready. The regular coffee was watery and the latte was just watered down espresso with some milk (not steamed all the way). It was disappointing to have such a sub par coffee on our way to explore the sights. I would recommend finding another place to get your coffee. We would have been happier with gas station coffee. :/ read more

If there was an option for a zero star review this Starbucks earned it. The lady decided to just shut down early for the hell of it and didn't give a crap about how inconvenient the discrepancy between the hours on the Starbucks website and even the hours on the door were (a two and a half hour difference by the way). When asked if there was another Starbucks in the vicinity she shrugged her shoulders and said she didn't know. YOU DONT KNOW? What kind of employee are you?! Luckily a nice man walking by told us not to waste anymore of our time looking for another because there isn't and gave us a couple of the local coffee shops names. Page seems awfully big to just have one Starbucks but if employees like that are the best this city can do then maybe that's a good thing. Ridiculous. I don't need bitchy snobby attitude from a barista at a Starbucks for sure that too when she delivered my drink with tonnes of sugar and when I confronted the reply was the one who took your order will come and talk to you.the barista added a butt load of sweetener and refused to change the drink. Not sure if they've improved or we went on a good day, but we were happy that we got exactly what we ordered. Given the number of low ratings, we surprisingly got what we had ordered for. Service was a little slow and wish they had more folks to help the traffic coming here. read more

The service at this Starbucks is terrible, and the quality of the drinks are very disappointing The Starbucks manager can be rude, and obviously does not care about customer service. I have waited in line for over 20 minutes to get a drink while one person is working, and the manager is cleaning or chatting with friends or other employees. I witnessed a customer say something to her about it, and she told them to mind their own business. I have complained to the store manager on at least one occasion and nothing has been resolved. I have waited in line at Starbucks for 15 minutes and did not even get to order a drink before I left. There is generally one person working at Starbucks at 7:00am, and I am not sure why that is considering first thing in the morning is probably the busiest. This is not a onetime occurrence, it happens regularly, to the point I don't even bother in the morning anymore, unless I have 30+ minutes to spare. It is also usually a topic of conversation among customers waiting in line that are also fed up with the poor service. It does no good to go to the store manager, because she does not seem to care. She has walked in the store and seen that there is only one person working, and a line 10+ people deep, and does not come over to help. Also today, while the Starbucks manager was standing there, I asked one of the staff for a spoon, after receiving my drink, because the soup station was out. She told me they didn't have them. I explained to her that they do for the oatmeal, and I have gotten them before. She refused, and the manager did nothing, and did not offer me a spoon either. This is just a small example of how customers are treated, and how staff are trained to treat customers. If you are looking for good coffee and good service don't go here! read more

It doesn't take much for me to love a starbucks. And it takes a lot for me to actively dislike one. Somehow this starbucks location was able to make me leave very annoyed. I am visiting town and was happy to see a Starbucks...we hadn't seen one in 4 days. Arrived in the morning and tried to order a chocolate smoothie. It's an off - menu item I've been able to order at every starbucks I've tried. Not the case here. The barista taking the order couldn't even look at me to say it. He just kept his eyes down and his visor covering his gaze. I left without a drink. Came back in the afternoon for Frappuccino Happy hour. After ordering and being told it was full price, they told us we needed a Safeway card to get the half-off deal. I understand that it is a licensed location and not a real starbucks, but it is a Starbucks deal and so I don't understand why I need the Safeway card. Regardless, we signed up for one, specifically for the Frappuccinos. After placing our order, we then waited quite a while for our drinks. Understandable since there was only one barista making drinks. When we got our drinks, they were great. My friend ordered a water with her Frappuccino (which they charged her 25 cents for), and we had to wait an extra 5 minutes just for the tap water. When we asked about it, the barista rudely snapped "it's coming up!". 2 stars because the drinks tasted great but the service was terrible. read more

This Starbucks was under staffed with over a 20 min wait and they had no breakfast sandwiches. When I asked for no ice they still gave me ice and when I told them the order was wrong she just dumped out the ice so I had half a drink. read more

I would give this "0" stars if I could! Sucks that this is the only Starbucks in town. There's a older lady who works here, she is very rude. I ordered here and the drink tasted disgusting, asked her to remake it as it did not taste good. She rolled her eyes and rudely took the drink from me and tossed it in the sink, she then served all the other customers that were after me. I waited 30 minutes to REMAKE my drink, after that it still tasted nasty. When she gave me the new drink she literally threw it to where it almost slid off the counter. She was also being very rude to the new girl that they hired there in front of customers. On another occasion my BF was getting us drinks and she was working there again, we waited for our drinks as other people got theirs. He went up to ask her about our drinks and she just walked off and made them, took 40 minutes to get the drinks. Once she gave us the drinks she slid them again to the point where they slid and hit other drinks she made, the other drinks spilt all over the counter and she just seemed more upset. Don't waste your time going to this place! There is absolutely no sense of urgency. I had ordered the Cascada Coconut Milk Latte.. i waited over 15 minutes. The people standing behind me got their drinks before I did. Normally, i'm very patient when it comes to Starbucks or any other coffee shop. But when you're in a hurry with hardly anyone in line, you would think you'd get your drink in a fair amount of time. I asked the boy how much longer and he looked at me like I was stupid. Then he asks his coworker how to make the drink. When he was finally done, he gave me attitude when handing me the drink. It's not my fault that you don't know your drinks. Management definitely needs to step up their game & properly train these people. This place needs to close and stop wasting people's time. It is deserved for no star if I can do it because the service is so terrible. The one who served me names Selena. She has no smile on her face. I felt like I was begging for the drinks. The drinks come out with wrong order, I ask her the if it is my drink. She says nothing and change different one. However, the next drink got wrong size. I am very upset. Then my boyfriend asked her for some sleeves. She refused him and said that " it is for hot drink only". I wonder if the cold one cannot have the sleeve.
