This is absolutely the best Starbucks in the city and probably all of FLORIDA! The staff is always welcoming and the drinks are perfect every time. I always tell the staff that this should be the training ground for Starbucks everywhere because obviously management is training properly and making sure the staff is happy, and professional at all times. I have never had a bad experience here and try to get my Chai lattes here regularly because every other Starbucks just doesn't come close. I stopped at this Starbucks on a road trip, and it was a good experience. The drive thru line wrapped around the back of the building, so we unfortunately had to drive through the back of the plaza and make a u-turn to get in line. Once in line, it moved quick. We ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso and two spinach feta egg wraps. Originally, we wanted egg bites, but they were out. The drink was made perfectly and the wraps were cooked well. If it wasn't for the poor design of the drive thru and them being out of food, this would have been a five-star review. read more

They were super busy with about 10 cars in the drive thru line so I opted to go inside, which helped the speed of delivery. If I could give this place a negative review I would. The baristas themselves there are BEYOND awesome! 10/10 for them. But MANAGEMENT?? Honestly the most disrespectful, unprofessional I've ever encountered for a business. Both Nikki and Brian The managers for the Palm Bay road location specifically. Have a handicap physically like missing limbs or deafness?? They're uncaring and treat you like a monster. Have autism on any level? They're annoyed. Have dietary or lactose restrictions? This location is a little inconveniently located for how busy it is (not the employees or individual stores fault). There was a line of 20 cars wrapping around the drive through and into the adjacent shopping centers parking lot. I decided to park and hop inside- my coffee was ready in 5 minutes and the line was still growing outside. There are clearly marked spaces for social distancing and even tables to keep the lines separate. Most customers were respectful of the distancing but what I was most impressed about with that every single person- employees and customers alike- were wearing masks properly- no one had a mask below their nose or none at all like I've seen other places. I really needed a pumpkin spice fix and my cold brew with extra pumps of pumpkin sauce was perfect, albeit the layers weren't perfectly separated when I got it (not that I mind because I like to mix it up anyways). MOST of the employees that work at this location are super nice, but the issue is that they refuse to use the measuring system put in place by Starbucks to keep drinks accurate. You can order the same drink multiple times a day (I work super close to this location so I've done this) and each time the drink will taste almost totally different. It's incredibly disappointing especially when you're spending so much money per drink. I've traveled out of my way when I can to other locations near me and this never seems to be a issue at all... I just wish these guys would give in and make the drinks as directed instead of trying to act as if they're veteran employees that are above taking the time to make things properly. It's also important to note that if you point out that your drink is made wrong, 8/10 times they're going to tell you it isn't and occasionally (reluctantly) offer to remake it - as if it's the most inconvenient task in the world. This Starbucks is great when their mobile ordering service is turned on, but they randomly turn it off throughout the week in the morning. With their long line stretching throughout the connected parking lot, it is impossible to get something from here unless you mobile order. But if it is turned off, how can we choose to wait in a 20 minute line instead of going somewhere else that's quicker. When you visit the Palm Bay Starbucks, it's not uncommon to be greeted by a genuinely friendly barista or the Store Manager, Gina and feel welcomed enough to want to stick around for a while to enjoy the atmosphere.
