Anyways long story short I visited today and was charged for a large and received A small. Also wasn't offered my banana bread heated up and it tasted stale. This is the closest Starbucks to our home. We frequently use this location. Half the time we cannot use order ahead because the store has it disabled. Today (25 April 2021) I decided to place a mobile order while the wife was in Aldi, since I can see about 12-15 cars in the drive through. NOT to my surprise mobile ordering was disabled. So I called the store. A nice young lady explained to me that they disabled it because the store was closing early. She said they were closing at 8:30. It was 3:15. I asked, so your closing at 8:30 pm and you have the mobile order disabled at 3:15 pm, 5 hours before you close? She said yes, we are so sorry. That's ridiculous! read more

The general level of incompetence at any Starbucks is alarming at any given moment in time, this Starbucks location seems to be the ground zero for incompetence and bumblefartery. You'd think a company this size would figure out how to sling coffee and heat shitty processed foods, but the staff here have missed the point or at best miss the main thrust of Starbucks' mission statement. Every mobile order has been wrong, or it's never received. Forget using drive thru for picking up your order, The vacant confused faces inside the window will make you wonder if a functioning brain is missing from the whole operation. Sticky fingers poking computer screens hurriedly in an attempt to locate an order isn't reassuring. Being handed 4$ gift cards as pittance for their incompetence is hardly worth my time. Everyone here was super nice and friendly. It was pleasant to be at a Starbucks where they know how to properly make a drink. The same can't be said about many locations in NYC. The prices are also reasonable compared to the tri State area. I loved the drive thru, but I can imagine it could get crazy. We didn't have to wait long. The Barista was nice young man that offered to make a Salted Caramel Latte and if I didn't like it, I could come back and ask for any other drink that I knew I liked. Typical franchise I must say. I have only been a couple of times to this location. During my visits the employees have been nice and somewhat cheerful. I am not a huge coffee drinker so I can comment on too many items, but I have enjoyed what I have purchased. It can be hard to get in and out of due to the back up of the drive thru which can be aggravating. Overall pricey I believe, but I will be back. read more

They do not recycle at this location. They do not save old coffee ground or give them to customers anymore. I was told they stopped giving then out and started to throw them away because people would come in and not buy anything and just take the grounds. read more

During peak times this store is very busy and can get backed up. On a few occasions I've had to wait 5 or so minutes to get my order. That being said, I don't often visit this store during peak hours anymore. I now have a more flexible work schedule which allows me to hit the drive thru at a much slower time of day. I have to say hands down one of the best Starbucks I have been too and I absolutely love coming here. We are new to this area and I couldn't be happier that this is my daily Starbucks. They make you feel so welcomed and they all seem very genuine. I love how they tell you that they are working on making your drink , so you know when you are up next or how much longer it is going to take. I haven't been to a Starbucks that has done that before. Other Starbucks I feel like I am forgotten and they all seem to be working on the drive-through orders. Over all this place is amazing and I love coming here. They always make my drinks delicious, I never really had an issue here. If one did come up they are willing to fix it right away. Just left this Starbucks, the remodel looks great! I just can not believe that the team doesn't take enough pride in their place of employment to keep it clean. I order the same drink every time; a venti vanilla sweet cream cold brew, a drink with merely 4 ingredients, it may as well be a Rubik's cube trying to be solved by a blind person because my drink sucked so bad. I want everyone to realize that if a table is messy that is because some customer didn't bus their table as they are supposed to do. However, there was someone cleaning up after those customers. This location appears to have a bee problem. When one of my fellow customers pointed out the 10 or so bees swarming on the inside window, the barista shrugged it off and said "they're attracted to the syrup". Given that argument, any Starbucks would be full of bees, and this is the first time I've encountered one that is. This is probably the worst Starbucks I have ever encountered. There is absolutely no sense of urgency. I type this as I have been sitting in their drive thru for over 15 minutes. Every time I come here I wait at least 10 minutes in the drive thru. Then I get to the drive thru and 9 times out of 10 my drink is wrong somehow. It is beyond frustrating. I hate that this Starbucks is the closest one to my house AND my job. Because I hate coming here. read more

This Starbucks is by far consistently the worst I have ever been at. It starts when I stand at the counter waiting for service. I am seen but not acknowledged. I get they are super busy but it takes lttle effort to say "hi, someone will be right with you". On more than one occasion they have gotten my drink wrong so I wait again for it to be re-made - and no apology. And forget about mobile ordering to get your drink with no wait. You'll wait longer cause your order will not be ready and if you stand at the mobile order counter and wait, no one will acknowledge you at all there. I give this place two stars only because the employees are always friendly. However, when it comes to their drinks (specifically frapps), I would honestly give them no stars, at best, one star. Every time I have gotten a frapp there it has been terrible. Either it has been a completely different drink than I ordered or it's poorly made. I have come back multiple times so as to give them another chance (I'm not the kind of person to write off a place just because of one bad experience). I thought, hey, perhaps I'll get another person that will make my drink right. Alas, this hasn't been the case so far. It's disappointing because the location is perfect.
