I've always been impressed with speed and accuracy of my order here. Not today. I ordered at 11:12. Time ready? Was to be 11:16. When was it ready? After 11:30. I would not have minded if I was on a time crunch, but two ladies who came in after me received their orders before me. It was a mad house of spring breakers, and had I known that, I would have skipped ordering altogether. I will say that under pressure the baristas were fast, accurate, and smiling. They ALWAYS are smiling and trying to be the best. That is why I come to this location. Inside it was loud with young people and more. So it was also not a good place to hang out with my older friend. It IS a good place for young people, or working professionals, as I see them here often. Every time we come to this Starbucks the staff messes up the order. The order is taken correctly because it shows on the label but then whoever makes it has no idea what the recipes are. If we order Grande they make it a Tall. If we say make it blended they leave it unblended. A vanilla cake pop ends up being a chocolate cake pop. This happens every time but yet they're sure to collect the upfront tip. This is exactly why nobody should tip upfront since you don't know what type of service you're getting. They really need to retrain this staff. I guess I'll have to drive another 5 minutes to a different location. read more

I got a vanilla sweet cream cold brew with cold foam and my bf got a vanilla sweet cream nitro with cold foam. When I arrived, they just put my drinks on the counter. Peeking through the drive through window, they must only have 2 baristas & 1 is running drive through orders too. Very kind still, but not apology or recognition for the long wait. I love this location. I use the mobile ap to order my coffee right before I leave the house and by the time I get there it is ready. It is also always just the way I want it. It is perfect. They do have a drive through, but I think mobile ordering is faster than the drive through. I usually come during the week right around 7am and most days there is going to be a line in the drive through then. They have outside and inside seating. It is nice inside but I never just come here to sit and chill. read more

A Starbucks is a Starbucks is a Starbucks! BUT it shows the consistency of the corporation through it's training of staff. I might be dead wrong but actions speak louder than words. This staff was exemplary during my visit. During my order, I was advised of variations I could have on my Skinny Venti Vanilla Latte, and suggestions on what I might eat with it. I used to love the Bistro Box. I'm going to guess and say that market changed that but still created a good number of healthy options! I also love the calorie displays on most items. This is my favorite Starbucks... Starbucks is by far one of the best coffee places in town and this outlet has it's uniqueness for me...it's a place to go if you want to be treated as a friend, not just a customer. The Baristas are amazingly awesome and work hard to make everyone feel at home. The caramel frappe chino which was refreshing and above average, java chocolate chip which is tasty...the tomato basil mozzarella sandwich which is hearty, healthy and yum, chocolate with raspberry filling pastry which was exceptional. Okay before everyone goes crazy and talk about the price...make it a treat to yourself you don't have to have Starbucks every day me I do it twice a week most of the time I would use my Keurig at home to save money because let's do the math if you brought Starbucks Coffee 5 days a week for 52 weeks that's $1,300 a year Overall It's expensive but worth spending every penny for the betterment of your taste buds (Don't judge LOL ) and outstanding customer service. read more

Let's face it, we all kind what Starbucks is about. You have so many choices and sizes at a premium price. I am fine with that. Their customer service is heralded as top notch. I have found the cool refreshers to be a great option to coffee or tea. The issue lately with the Starbucks locations I have visited is that they do not fill the cup. It seems trivial, but when you pay top dollar, you want your beverage filled, not an inch or so from the top. Next time, I will complain but it was just too busy. i always use the starbucks app to place my order as i pull up to the drive thru so i only have to pull up to pick up my order. if i pull up to the drivethru to give you my order is practically the same thing, you have my order, i paid, i just gotta pick it up i feel like this is better for you anyways? i don't understand the issue in placing an order beforehand and picking it through the drivethru no matter how long ago it was placed. i don't mind waiting that's not my issue my issue is when people make comments like "oh the one that was placed thirty seconds ago?" with your stank attitude at least you don't have to talk to me to get my order just make my drink and shut up read more

This Starbucks is usually okay, for the most part they get orders right. However lately they have messed up the same thing multiple times. I will order the mango dragonfruit refresher in the drive through, then I get to the window and they try to hand me some pale yellow drink with no dragon fruit. As with any food and drink experience presentation is everything. My issue is if you know you're out of mango dragonfruit ingredients, warn me. I am not paying $5 for a drink that isn't as advertised. This has happened 2 times in less than a month. My rating is 3/5 compared to any drive through food/drink place and 2/5 compared to other Starbucks locations. If this wasn't the most convenient location I'd never go to this one read more

I love Starbucks and was so excited about this new location opening as it's so close and convenient. Frappacino is my go to drink and I was really impressed and happy with this location's presentation of the Frappacino specifically the whipped cream. It's like the first Starbucks that actually makes the whipped cream high and as it actually looks in photos!! I love the atmosphere and the modern and eclectic look of this location; it feels and looks like a big city coffeehouse. I like that they offer huge long community tables. Though I do love and prefer the Safety Harbor location because they have a game table with tons of fun adult and family games customers can play while visiting. I think games would be a really fun and popular addition for this location; we would love that and probably come here more. It's friendly service here. It does always seem a bit slow. read more

Nice Starbucs location! This spot has both indoor and outdoor seating areas, which is nice if you are stopping to meet up with someone! I usually stop in mid-day, so the lines usually are not long, but I do see more of a crowd in the morning. There isn't a drive through at this location, so you do have to park and walk inside...so if you're in a hurry you might want to keep that in mind! read more
