I came in ordered a breakfast Sandwich and a specialty iced coffee. I set down and started working on my book. I like to do this work away from home and distractions. I set for 10 or 15 minutes and realized I had not been called for my order. The 4 baristas were milling around and talking to themselves so I went to check. My order was there, I was one of three people setting inside, and no one had informed me. The music was so loud that unless they SHOUTED you couldn't hear a thing. I left and I won't be back. This was the friendliest Starbucks I have been in. As soon as we walked in the door everyone said hello and asked how our day was. I was surprised at the number of employees working. I mentioned how nice it was to see how many employees they had working and a couple of them laughed and said this is nothing, we usually have more. We didn't have to wait in a very long line and our drinks were out very quick. It's a fairly big Starbucks with lots of seating. I plan to go back and enjoy my coffee there. Who doesn't love coffee??? We visited today because it was the first day of the "holiday" seasonal drinks and I LOvE the peppermint mocha & couldn't wait to get my hands on one! Then, to my surprise they had free reusable holiday cups today! This location has a drive through and is right off of Eastlake road making it the perfect pit stop to get your energy fix. The drive through had a long line but, the coffee was totally worth the wait! The seasonal offerings provided by the baristas at Starbucks help to keep things new and exciting. Just when you think, how sad no more pumpkin spice lattes.... bam peppermint mochas and toasted whites chocolate lattes!! Arrived @ 5:20 PM. Happy the wifi works in the parking lot on this cold day. Seats outside are not very socially distanced. All inside closed down. Understandable. Very friendly ladies behind the counter. Not sure if one is in training because two don't need to be standing around just chatting it up with each other ignoring customers. These two behind the counter just laughing it up, talking about up north and "some other girl the other day" and I can hear all these personal conversations over the music that I assume was playing. I was greeted by them so I'm acknowledged but they don't trace where I've been or how long I was there. One speedy worker making ALL the drinks - no help and they may like it like that and then the 1 barista working drive thru. I stood in the store for almost 20minutes waiting on my order. I asked the ladies, who ignored me since the initial hello, where my order was because I have been standing over there waiting. I was pacing after my order said ready but I watched the barista making ALL the drinks. I never received an apology just laughter- more like giggles and reply of "It got mixed up with drive thru, haha". I didn't find it funny that Over 10minutes after the app said my order was ready and no one asked me why I'm waiting around. Very disappointing. Most other Starbucks bend over backwards to make sure customers are happy. If one is in training then she is not learning the Starbucks way from her trainer. Luckily this is not my normal Starbucks because if so you just made we wanna walk into Sip85 instead of this because that experience was so stressful. I always have such a great time at this Starbucks. The baristas are all super friendly and great to talk to. I usually place my order through the app and pick it up at the drive through. Most of the time they know who it is as soon as I pull up and say "order for Ryan." They have a personal touch which has been lost to most other Starbucks locations. read more

Greatest staff of any Starbucks in the area. I've been going to this Starbucks for about ten years and I'm not exaggerating when I say this place has seen me grow up. They have the best baristas in the game. If you're new: they'll make you feel welcome and if you're a regular: you can be sure they'll make you feel like family. In fact, when I left for college I told my mom they would be some of the people I missed most. Since the location change and addition of the drive thru, new hires were made and they're the same type of wonderful as the veteran baristas. Speaking of the move, the place now boasts a larger, shiny, new interior (although if you roll through at a busy time you may be hard-pressed to find a seat), wonderful outdoor seating area, and the benefit of being a test location for Starbucks Evenings- a development that offers wine, craft beer, and small plates in addition to the Starbucks coffee drinks and treats (the truffle popcorn is a must-have.) The drive thru is a great addition although, if I'm being honest, I hardly ever use it because I don't want to miss out on the great experience of talking to my baristas. Came to this Starbucks and I will definitely be coming back. I frequent Starbucks in different cities vet often. I love that they have a larger patio to sit outside, a drive thru, and a very convenient location to easily get in and out. Ample parking as well. The service could of been quicker on a not too busy Saturday mid-afternoon. But I didn't mind waiting a little bit longer. But my dog thoroughly enjoyed the Puppychino from the barista and meeting new customers that walked by. I will be coming back soon! Great experience here at his location read more

We all now how Starbucks are in terms of coffee, but I've had excellent, friendly, and quick service when I've come. It's not usually too busy so I can grab a comfortable chair. It's off the main East Lake road, but it's at a light so it's easy to get into an out of, and it's got plenty of parking. If you want some Starbucks, what more could you want? This had been my neighborhood Starbucks until just recently. Great staff, well managed and friendly. The decor has an unfortunate "Stalag" feel about it though. I was going through a messy long term relationship break up. The day after before school I came here, and Deb, the lady at the drive through window was the nicest person i think i have ever met. I was doing poorly financially at the time, so I went here because the water is very good and free. I also ordered a blueberry muffin because i felt bad. Deb noticed this and said that if I just wanted the water that's okay and i shouldn't feel obligated to order something else. This put me in the mood to change my life for the better.
