This location used to be del taco for many years. Now coming up on two years Starbucks has repurposed this kitchen concept. The new look without the deli fridge is a nice change. There's a large area labeled alphabetically for pick up without any confusion. Totally new and plenty of space to sit and enjoy some coffee. Drive thru also available. Service was friendly and excellent and pumpkin is in full swing! Indoor restrooms were clean with one separated stall from the sink. Parking is shared with surrounding businesses. There's plenty of eateries within this shopping center block. Easy to find something to please the whole family. read more

A few days ago I came In and made My order. I was served promptly and the barista was pleasant enough. However, it must have been at least ten minutes waiting when I finally went up to the counter and another person asked if I needed help. I explained that I already ordered and had been waiting for my drink as a few other patrons came in, ordered and left with their drinks. In the meantime, the barista who took my order never looked back my way. Another employee seemed to be training a new employee. They were making g drinks and dumping them out repeatedly, never once looking my way. The new counter person apologized and upsized my order. Still, I felt ignored and unappreciated as a customer. I'll come back there in a few weeks to see if this was a one time incident. read more

No one acknowledges you they didn't even take my order, they kept working making drinks which ok, I I understand you're busy, but you're only taking care of drive thur orders and mobile orders. There have been multiple horrible experiences at this location and they haven't even been here that long. I know we have even made a complaint with the DM about the staff(not all) but a majority of them and today with the manager Maria, she definitely doesn't set the tone for setting the ultimate customer experience. Went into this location for a simple water cup and ask the lady up front if she can change a 20$ for 5's and she responded "no I can't do that" I didn't know since when did star bucks stop giving out ice water cups? Employee Carlos was smoking in bathroom, then proceeded to get behind machine and make drinks. Would never recommend this store. Lack of consistency, lack of friendliness, lack of cleanliness, constant beratment of customers as well as employees, can literally hear the store manager Maria tearing employees apart. They don't read the labels on the drinks. It's been two times already where they get my order wrong. My Java chip drink had no flavor whatsoever. It was just ice and bit of bitterness. My cookie frap drink was not made correctly. The drink includes whip on top and bottom and they did not include it even though I had asked for extra whip. They are always running out on supplies. I pay for my drinks and they get payed to make them. I am not going to be drinking something that I don't like. So please if you come here taste your drinks first. read more

Just had the woman at the drive through window hand me my coffee without making sure she put the lid on properly. Spilled hot coffee on my lap and all over the inside of my car door and then offer a half assed and seemingly unauthentic apology before staring at me blankly until I drove away. Honestly a terrible experience to have when starting your day, right on my way into work. And now I'm too pissed off to properly enjoy my damn coffee. I wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation to the barista that assisted me last night. Lee was extremely professional and very helpful. She made my drink and soy oatmeal and everything hit the spot. She even topped off my white mocha off with more whip cream after I ate my first serving :) There are certain things I'm used to when I walk into a Starbucks and that being the display case. This location doesn't have one nor does it have any pictures of their pastries. They have pictures of their sandwiches, but I'm never really sure what I want until I look at everything in the display. However, this time I remembered that I like their oatmeal with steamed soy milk. Did you know that you could ask for steamed milk in it? I literally just found this out about a month or so ago when my local barista asked if I also wanted steamed soy in my oatmeal (insert mind blown emoji) sorry, that was a side of tangent. I order a chestnut praline latte iced venti with 5 pumps brown sugar, sweet cream, 2 pumps peppermint, 2 pumps sugar free vanilla, 4 pumps classic, 1/2 heavy cream, 7 shots of expresso, cinnamon powder, and lastly, 3 scoops of vanilla powder, and strawberry inclusions. This store is amazing! The store itself is beautiful and all the workers are super nice minus one or two, but we all have our bad days. They have lots of new workers that impressively get your drinks out asap. The service is super quick both in store and drive thru. The drinks are always made perfect.
