I was lucky to have no one in line when I stopped in as other times I saw it was quite busy so my coffee and scone came out immediately . The girl working was so nice and gave great recommendations. He seems to enjoy his job and makes easy conversation with everyone who stops in. While I was there, a few people who were clearly regulars popped by, and he knew their names and orders off the top of his head, which I found impressive. The coffee is superb- both times I've been, I've absolutely loved (and savored) every sip.
