First time to this location. Plenty of parking, store is clean with plenty of seating. I read a review that they do military discounts and was able to confirm this is accurate. Out of all the locations in Pensacola, this is my favorite Starbucks to study at. The shop is spacious-- it is the largest store in Pensacola. This store is managed by Aramark and is located right by UWF's East entrance. You get a 10% discount if you show your military (dependents included) or student ID. As I mentioned earlier, this location has the biggest space, meaning it's the perfect place to study. There are outlets on the legs of the benches along the windows, under the barstool table tops, and the walls where the small tables are against near the entrance. The drinks are also well-made as well! Perfect place to study or catch up with friends, etc. The bathrooms are always clean as well. The only caveat is that this particular area has very bad cell reception. While the store itself has Wi-FI that you can log into, just be aware that you may have little or no reception at all. read more

So I've been coming to this Starbucks for a few Sundays in a row now in order to get some studying done, and the same two guys are there every time. They are really nice guys and offer me free samples of drinks they are pushing occasionally. The place has ample options for seating, and a good amount of plugs for your charger(s). I don't order anything too fancy, but they get my drink order right every time. They also honor the free refills on simple drinks even though they don't actively participate in the rewards program, or something like that. They also heat their sandwiches up adequately. staff is extremely rude.. i forgot they dont take mobile orders and i accidentally placed one for the nine mile location... i called them and they said to call this starbucks and show them the recipe and they should be able to make it.. i called the manager said they cant but she would do it this one time for me.. i walk in and the staff is rude and telling me they cant. if they wouldnt have said they could make it i wouldve just drove to 9 mile. but they told me ahead of time they could. i tried to apologize for the inconvenience but only got rude and smart ass comments. thx for paying for the drinks w yalls tip money tho read more

I'm not a starbucks fanatic but I got some gift cards so configured "why not!" First time at this location at West Florida. Got a passion fruit tea and a turkey panini with pesto. The tea was delicious but the panini, not so much. It was very dry. They apparently were made earlier (it was 3:45 pm) and the pesto soaked into the bread. Which was yummy. Ciabatta I think. Anyway, the staff that was there were FABULOUS. Not being familiar with their menu, I always feel rushed at those places because don't go there. I can't spend that much money on a cuppa. One of the reasons I like Starbucks, other than really great coffee, is being able to do some web surfing while I enjoy my cup of java. At this particular establishment, the WIFI is just awful! Even with an unlimited data plan where I do not have use this Starbucks' WiFi I'm still unable to get a decent signal. So, come for the coffee, come for conversation but forget about the internet. read more

Service is downhill at this location. There were two baristas working behind the counter but only one of them was actually doing the job. The other knew people were waiting in line but did nothing. This a newly built Starbucks near UWF on North Davis Hwy in a strip outlet very close to the bridge that separates Pensacola going into Pace. Not really much to review about the coffee, drinks or food. It's basically the same as other Starbucks but this location is very cool. It offers plenty of seating inside and has some seating outside as well with views into the woods that separate the UFW property. The store is very clean and I've never had to wait long in line for my coffee. Out of all the Starbucks locations in Pensacola, I do like this one the best. read more

I don't know why I keep going back to this Starbucks, convenience I guess. Every time I go here the wait is excruciating. There's only ever two people working. One on bar and one on the register. This individual does nothing but take orders, and does nothing to help the poor person on bar making 85 fraps, meanwhile I just wanted a regular old iced coffee. Today when the register worker decided to "help" two people behind me got their venti white mocha and venti iced something before my order. This place is mismanaged and I'll be going to the other Starbucks on 9 mile from now on. read more

They aren't very friendly. My two drinks I ordered took 15 minutes and were made wrong. I realized my mistake when I discovered this wasn't a real Starbucks but one run my a poor mans customer service called Chartwells. Next time I will go to a real Starbucks and get my points and better service Wtith a drive thru. read more

The employees don't seem interested in being friendly. I ordered a soy latte which I had to return because they used the wrong milk. All I got was an eye roll and an insincere apology.
