We got 2lbs. of Scamp Grouper filets, 2lbs. of Red Snapper filets, along with 1lb. of peel and deveined Royal Red Shrimp and some Spicy Blue Crab Dip. I brought everything back to condo, grilled the Grouper and Snapper and sautéed the shrimp in white wine. I seasoned everything with Fire & Smoke Society Fish Monger Seafood Blend Seasoning.
