Outside because the inside was full !

I've gotten accustomed to baristas just taking my order...no small talk or friendly banter. My experience today at this Starbucks location not only involved my favorite cup of coffee (and pastry) but also some friendly banter...most welcomed after a long flight to the area. I should also note that while this location had several tables...they were all full of people chill'en like a proper cafe. I sat outside in the patio area which also had plenty of table...all empty because it was a cold and rainy day. This location has a drive thru as well!

The people working here are genuine and so nice. When I walked in this morning I was greeted with a chorus of cheerful "Hi! Welcome in!" They sound like a flock of birds and just have such a sunshine vibe. Keep being awesome, y'all You can't see the people in the picture I posted but there are at least half a dozen people bustling around working hard and being friendly

Drink has no toffee nut in it. No whip, no caramel drizzle.

Very disturbed by how rude the drive thru staff was on my visit today. The screen is not working and I could barely hear the drive through attendant so I asked them to repeat themselves very NICELY to ensure she heard me correctly. She responded very rudely with an attitude and rushed me through my order. Her name was Mariah. I asked for her name from another staff member. My drink was made incorrectly but I didn't bother with asking for it to be remade. Please fix your drive through window and train your employees to properly interact with customers at high times of stress and volume. People have bad days, we all do. Call in or work another position that day. Don't interact with paying customers if you can't keep your emotions in check. With how long the lines are, you guys should be able to afford a working screen at the drive thru window. Pretty much paid for a hot chocolate.

    Raccoon cake pop, 10/10.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I forgot to ask for their name but the woman who serviced me was so sweet

Typically Starbucks is usually consistent but one morning last week they were probably feeling the effects of a mad line at their drive-thru. I ordered my typical Grande Coffee Frappuccino with Whip Cream but decided I'd try a breakfast sandwich since I was hungry. Apparently they forgot to start toasting my sandwich when it was ordered so I sat at the window for a bit. Sadly my Bacon, Egg and Gouda sandwich was quite cold in the middle. It had a good flavor but it just wasn't fully prepared.

It taste like straight milk , shitty service

In addition, I do not have a Haraz Coffee House near me, so when I am near one of their locations, I make it a point to pop in. I love Haraz. I love the ambience. I love the coffee. I love the pastry selection. I love the service. The consistency I've experienced from location to location is top-notch. The cleanliness here is impeccable, too. That bears mentioning. My go-to is the Haraz Latte. Iced. While this could never be my every day coffee, it is something I really enjoy and treat myself to when I'm able to go to a Haraz. As someone who doesn't proclaim to like cheesecake, their Biscoff cheesecake is the exception. Maybe it's a blessing that one isn't close by and I can only indulge every now and then. If you want a break from your regular coffee, give Haraz a shot. Especially when the summer heat kicks in - the iced coffee + cardamom is pretty great. Also, they seem to have a high standard for hiring. The staff is always great. Please tip generously ;)

Open later than most coffee shops, especially in this deserted part of town. Varied drink menu, both caffeinated and not caffeinated, including refreshers. Nice creative variety of desserts (including a Biscoff cake!) and a kolaches case. At one point the brought some hot baked dessert (looked like a whole coffee cake) out the oven and it smelled like heaven. The bad: Nothing vegan or healthy, not even pre-made cold sandwiches or packaged salads. If you are a little peckish for a healthy snack, this is not the place. The coffees: They have all the regular espresso drinks, and also Turkish coffee and of course Yemeni, their specialty. I had heard great things about Yemeni coffee and was exciting to try it. My first drink, a traditional coffee drink called Jubani ($6) contained coffee but was watery like a tea. It had also ginger and cinnamon. I was not expecting it to be like a tea. I immediately told the cashier I didn't like the drink and would like just an Americano, double shot espresso. I was charged $9 for a 12 oz cup. No cream or sugar, no added flavorings. If I were in charge I wouldn't have charged for this second drink, since it comes at almost zero cost to them and would show good faith and ensure repeat business. Disappointingly, the Americano was also watery and sort of "lemony", but I still drank half while sitting with my friend. I'll say that my friend had some sort of an iced latte that she enjoyed. I might try a second visit and order a Turkish coffee, but I will make sure to have had a full meal before.

I loved the various seating arrangements. There were so many different styles, you had your choice. Also, I loved that the color scheme was mostly white with drops of color. I loved the green sofa, it's a really beautiful place. I ordered the Pecan Sunrise, and I sure taste the orange bourbon, which is a good thing. The girl at the counter swayed me in that direction, and I'm happy she did. I ordered a buttery pastry that melted my taste buds. It was the perfect light, fluffy pastry, very easy to pull apart, revealing a moist, buttery inside. Not to mention a guitarist was there performing sweet melodies. Also, they have a nice, shaded patio with beautiful items decorating the side of the building and a huge, gorgeous mural. It's honestly the place to be on a Saturday at noon, kicking off the day.

I couldn't recall if I liked the place or not, so I decided to swing by. The coffeeshop is a really nice size, and the décor, furniture, and seating arrangement were really good. Plenty of room for students, tired souls, or just about anyone. They seemed to like their Merch there, as it was everywhere. I ordered a simple Latte along with a Bacon & Egg sandwich. There weren't many people in there, maybe two, so I could sit and relax a while. It took a long time for my drink to get served, so was looking forward to tasting their coffee. This was a big letdown. The coffee itself was lukewarm and lacked any sort of rich flavor, as if there was barely any espresso in there at all. After an even longer wait, my sandwich was brought out, which sealed all my thoughts on the place. The sandwich was barely warm; there was a thick piece of cheese on there that wasn't even melted (I presume due to the lack of heat). I can't even remember if I finished either of the things I ordered, but I quickly packed up and left. This was the reason I didn't remember the place as its coffee and food are forgettable. It's a shame as the location, size, and décor all work well. I will not be returning.
