Usually I'm not the type to leave a review but I feel like it's finally time I do so hopefully a change can happen for this location. So over the past 5 years I've been living in this area, this particular location has a bad reputation regarding customer service and drink quality. I usually avoid this location due to my experiences here, sadly. I went today, to try a new fall seasonal latte, to see if maybe they would be a little better than usual. However, no.. The employee was not the nicest, and definitely had an attitude for no reason :) My drink, a pecan crunch iced latte has like 5 ice cubes, and not cold at all. With barely any of the pecan crunch topping on the foam. I don't want to come across as a Karen, I just want this location to be better since it's the one closest to me. I usually visit Bardmoor or Bay Pines because I know I will receive consistent quality & the employees are so much more relatable & kind. I was just trying to start my day off great and that definitely rubbed me the wrong way, so I had to mention this finally after 5 years of this location being this way. This Starbucks is so clean, friendly and has a very nice vibe to it. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left. I love that they have outdoor seating and different kinds of chairs inside to sit. I also love the big drive thru sign -u can't miss that! Love the high ceilings and the newspapers on the tables for you to read. It makes you feel as if you belong. read more

I've been here 30+ times and have never been treated so rudely. Rolling eyes at me when I reminded them (after they handed me my drink) that I asked/paid for a shot of espresso in it. Then just pushed my coffee to me across the bar almost spilling it. 2 cars in drive thru and nobody inside and they look like they have no idea what they're doing. This Starbucks is very nice! In general I like Starbucks and it is consistent with others. My drink is always perfectly hot. When I order to-go from my app it is always waiting for me, which is super convenient! I also like the outdoor seating. Although it's on a main road, they have a rustic wooden fence blocking the view of the cars going by. I always appreciate that they give free water if you ask as well, no purchase necessary! My only critique is the price, obviously. I don't drink regular milk so I pay +$.60 for soy which is delish but makes my tall drink $4.33. That's a lot for a latte. However, I know it's a luxury and I have learned to expect it, which is why I still give it a 5 star review. PS pumpkin loaf rocks my world read more

This has to be one of the nicest Starbucks I've been to in the area! In comparison to another store I went to in Tampa earlier last week, this one was a night and day difference! The first thing is this Starbucks is in a stand-alone building, meaning that it has a ton of interior room. The interior has a good mix of warm inviting materials and interesting wall art, which gives the store a nice hip feel. Compared to a lot of other Starbucks locations, this place also has a ton of seating. There's these 2 long high top tables that could seat 8 people located in the middle of the store. Towards the wall, there's a round high top. Finally, located throughout the rest of the store, there's plenty of standard tables and sofas. This shop is perfect for getting work done as well as just a nice place to hangout with friends. Great experience here! read more

Wild I'm sitting in this Starbucks and the whole staff is so happy, polite and inviting. It's a breath of fresh air for big chain coffee shops this location makes you feel warm, welcomed and at home. Super sad I'm only in the area for an appointment and not close enough to make this my local study spot! read more

This location and the bay pines location are my favorite! I preordered my coffee and somehow (even after I made sure the right location was selected) I still managed to send my order another 4 miles north! I'm so not a morning person. But this Starbucks didn't care abt all that nonsense! They switched it all to that location for me so I didn't have to leave or wait forever for them to freshly create my drink! I always appreciate good customer service, and this location does not disappoint! The staff knows its regulars well and knows how to take of them. There have been times in the drive thru where we'll here, "just pull up to the window - we know what you want!" which makes it super convenient when you're heading back to work! A staff is only as good as their management team, and management has done a great job training their teammates to do the best they can. Everyone is so friendly even during a rush! And we rarely have to wait very long for mobile order or in line order. I would say that our drinks are made to our liking 95% of the time. Sometimes there are discrepancies but if we bring them to their attention, they're quick to fix. Of course, you've got inside-outside seating with a drive thru, with the entirety of the cafe always pretty clean. Definitely one of my favorite locations. read more

Great customer service .There was an issue with my order a few weeks prior, I was in a rush and the have me a recovery card. I wasn't sure what that was so I called and talked to the manager . He told me to come and he'd take care of me since the card didn't cover the mistake. I wasn't able to come in right away but when I came in and explained it to the other manager he took care of it and let me keep the recovery card. Super understanding and I appreciate that he took care of the issue with no hassle. I'll definitly be back. read more

Went through the drive thru and ordered vanilla bean Frappuccino , strawberry Frappuccino and peach green tea. I did not order lemonade in my peach green tea, but it had lemonade. The vanilla bean frapp barely had a vanilla flavor. The strawberry frapp was good! I will not be using this Starbucks again! read more

this Starbucks is not very good. I told them to make me a coffee with steamed coconut milk and they gave me an iced coffee. Just not paying attention or being attentive. Even worse, I ordered other people's coffee and didn't notice that mine was wrong until getting all the way back to the office. I will be going there later to have them switch it but it is disappointing when you pay $6 for something that isn't worth that much in the first place and it is wrong. who messes up someone's coffee at 9 in the morning? that's like the worst! read more

Great location, clean, friendly staff, and a really nice outdoor seating area. This is one of my favorite Starbucks around. It's newer than most, so it has a modern feel with the wood fence outside, fresh coat of beige paint, and comfortable inside seats. I've worked (and now manage) in the hospitality industry for many years so my biggest pet peeve is poor customer service but the staff here is in TIP TOP shape. While visiting Florida from the northern east coast, our hotel's internet was not working and i had to find wi-fi. Thank goodness Starbucks is the reliable standard. I could even link up from my car in the parking lot. I finished my work requiring internet and went in to enjoy my favorite iced green tea. The interior and the entire restaurant are brand new. It has 2 separate seating areas: one lends itself to eating and drinking, the other with comfortable club chairs lends itself to long-term staying while surfing. This is a popular spot with lots of seating, so dont expect quiet while you work. Bring earphones if you need to concentrate and you'll be fine. When I first started coming here coffee was always made right and consistent. So far my coffee order has been messed up twice. I asked for a grande iced hazelnut latte with an extra shot. I was charged for it but when I received the coffee there was no extra shot. The cashier never wrote it on the cup. When I asked if there was an extra shot in the drink the barista told me, "no its not written on the cup" with annoyance and I understand you're busy, but I just wanted what I paid for. She proceeded to fix it and instead of remaking it she took my cup and poured the extra shot in an already completely filled cup. So when I closed the lid most of that extra shot spilled out. The second time was today. I went through the drive through and ordered the same drink. When I received my drink it was definitely clear looking and when I tasted it I knew it was made with skim milk, which I did not ask for. I was in a rush and didn't have time to ask for a remake. The barista who made the drink obviously wasn't paying attention to how the coffee was made because no where on my cup does it state I asked for skim milk. It sucks because I pay for good coffee.
