Unsweet Matcha Latte w/almond milk to go.

Every time I come here lately the place is filthy. You can see in the kitchen also, the whole place is filthy. The last 3 times I came the bathrooms & entire place is just way too dirty & messy for moi standards. I did love to grab a matcha here, the cafe is super cute & so convenient next to moi fave supermarket. So disappointed. Won't return.

The service is fast here. We enjoyed our coffees and the chocolate mouse Betty was sooo good! Warm crust filled with a warm ooey gooey scoop of chocolate goodness! I could have eaten a ton of these. The hand pies were meh. I would try something different for my savory choose. I love that you can choose to dine inside or out. Great place to meet friends or have a brunch date!

Best GF bread we've ever had! Delicious breakfast and coffee. The ordering process is a little confusing first time but the staff is very helpful. There is very little seating but we will be back!

This little one of a kind cafe has it all. Everything on the menu is gluten free and some of the best food I've ever had in my life. The staff were super friendly and the lady behind the counter was even singing softly under her breath to the music playing. I can't wait to come back. I'm doing my best to try new places to review but I think I'll be back to Craft Kafe really soon.

What an amazing find that you don't have to ask for gluten free, It just is! Love it. I was really looking forward to my breakfast sandwich which came out looking fantastic, but then fell a little flat, but I have to say the bread was yummy and soft. So their homemade GF brioche was great. It was something about the eggs that were mixed with my choice of chicken sausage. I couldn't put my finger on what the issue was but it just wasn't a delicious sandwich as I was hoping. Hope they weren't bad eggs but it has been a week now and I'm okay lol. If I was ever in the area again I would totally return due to the great concept and I should have taken a treat with me to begin with.

We absolutely love this place. First discovered it when we were on vacation In st. Pete's, now that we live in Florida, we drove over 2 hours north just come and stack up on the goodies! Everything here is absolutely delicious including their coffee/ cappuccino is fantastic! Will be back and highly recommend!! P.s the staff is SUPER FRIENDLY!!!

Great avocado toast with egg, and the coffee is authentically European/Italian -- rich and smooth. As someone from Italy and Switzerland, I can say it tastes like home. Friendly vibe, definitely worth a visit!

Let's start with the good: the coffee was very good. Hot and delicious. And that's really what I came for. Bad or underwhelming: muffins & cookies. A bit dry and lacking in flavor.

$15 for two pieces of tomato jam and cheese. They forgot to include the cheese. Pretty expensive for this...

No other way to have a midday snack than a pastry and iced latte. Craft Kafe had some pretty good reviews so I stopped in while in the area. The display case of pastries had me in chokehold. There were sooo many yummy choices to choose from, but I needed something savory. Their chicken fajita handpie was calling me and while eyeing that, the "white chocolate raspberry danish" was yelling at me so I had to grab that, too. The menu stated they make coffee syrups in house and pumpkin was still available so I requested a pumpkin caramel iced latte with whole milk. The pastries were warmed up and I immediately digged in. The handpie was hands down my favorite. I was full of shredded chicken and flavor, moist, not greasy, and the crust was not dry. The danish, though, did not stand out much. In fact, I only had a few bites and forgot about it. The latte was not sweet, but was missing some of the caramel flavor I was looking for. Overall, I'd give my experience a 3.5/5. Next time, I'll be sure to try some other pastries and maybe even a sandwich.

Anytime I'm in the Tampa/St Pete area, Craft Kafe is an absolute MUST. This was my first time at this location. It is much smaller than the St Pete location, but their quality of coffee and food is the same, if not slightly better if I'm honest. I had an oatmilk latte that I'm still day-dreaming about, and my absolute favorite breakfast item from them is their breakfast pizza. I don't know of too many places to make breakfast pizza, and for some reason I always think about elementary school when I eat it but I love it. I'll always order it. I always also get their vegan galaxy bar that is loaded with delicious chocolate, nuts, and coconut to take with me as well as their cheese and spinach pie so that even as I'm back in Orlando, I can still have a taste of Craft Kafe. Service was great, they have outside seating which I prefer just because you feel the morning gentle breeze as you sip on your delicious coffee; I can't think of a better way to start the day.

Good coffee and great pastries. Open on Sundays as well since many other bakeries are not. Lots of quiches to choose from.

Are there any all gluten-free cafes like this in South Tampa? Please let me know! I love this place but don't live here.

    Yes, Craft Kafe

    Is the cheesecake vegan?

Many of their deserts are. Give them a call. The Whoopie Pies are vegan I know that. Most of their stuff is gluten free.

A fresh produce, meat, fish, sausage, pickled olives, section. You walk further down and Theres the grab and go food section. Then to the left you have wine and cheese. You go further in, and Theres a fancy cheese section. Unfortunately they don't give small amounts of cheeses and cut it for you. But you can buy some really good cheeses here. Then you go back to the very narrow hallway, and Theres a ton of coffee on the left. I just got into coffee and am a coffee snob. I noticed there was a "greasy" looking bean. Which just means it's well past its freshness. The price of bean actually isnt that bad. And they offer a lot of varieties. We bought two, Guatemala and organic Mexico. I wanted to try it out before writing this review. The Guatemala one was light, faint. The Mexico was a bit deeper flavor. I would recommend to management to better advertise the coffee bean so the product moves and stays fresh, or maybe move it to a different section where people can feel comfortable getting it. It gets so crowded in the hallway. I would leave the hallway was a grab and go area. You keep walking down and you have the coffee shop to the right, and a small bread stand to the left. Of course we got coffee. Theres a small area of seating to get coffee for there. Theres a big roaster to give the appearance that they roast their own coffee but I believe it's just for decoration. Fiancé got a cappuccino. It was okay. He normally doesn't get coffee with too much milk but the waitress said there was 3 shots of espresso in there. I would say it didn't taste like 3 shots. It taste like coffee with 90% milk. And it should be told to customers that a cappuccino there is more milk with coffee. I got the con panno. Which is espresso with whipped cream. I'm not sure if the whip cream they use is fresh, or if it's super sweetened, but my coffee was sweet. It was thick which I like but I didn't like whatever sweetener they used. But I'd probably order a macchiato if I ever came back so I could taste the coffee. On the other side of the coffee shop is the sandwiches and prepared food that you order. Sandwiches are HUGE. Fiancé had the #1 with all the fixings. It was nice but if you don't like soggy sandwiches, you can ask for no veggies. Which we would do next time. I had the 7, no sun-dried tomatoes and no veggies. It was so good. The mozzerella was very fresh! If you walk past that you have the dried cured meat, and down a hallway to the right you'll find dried pasta and fresh pasta. The fresh pasta looked so good. I wished we lived in the area so I could try. You head back the other way and pass the outdoor seating and Theres also a place for you to check out you grocery/sandwiches. Right next to that section you have the pantry area of canned fish, pickled things, olive oil. Then Theres the bread and pastry area. We only had time to see these and no time to see what other stores they had or walk around. But I'd definitely come back to check those out.

To start, Maddie's Cakes indicated that it opened at 5pm, leading us to believe that it serviced the late-night coffee-and-pastries crowd. Baked in the Burg opens at 10am and closes at 7pm, and has a very different vibe than what we were expecting. The pastries are definitely meant to be the star of the show, but they were mislabeled (labeled as chocolate pistachio but only chocolate was available), and the baristas knew very little about the product. Speaking of the baristas, although they were very friendly, they clearly were woefully lacking in training. I ordered a chai tea, and one of the baristas asked the other, "Do you know how to make that?" Additionally, my mom ordered a coffee, and when she asked if the brew coffee sitting on the hot plate was fresh, the barista answered, "It was made this morning [seven hours prior to our visit], but it's been on the hot plate." My mom had to ask for a fresh pot to be made, because apparently no one told these poor girls how disgusting coffee is after seven hours on a hot plate. To their credit, though, they were extremely friendly and accommodating, and did their best to answer all of our questions. I just think they need more training. As far as the pastries are concerned, we were so disappointed that we ended up going to Sorrento Sweets right up the street. Skip Baked in the Burg and head to Sorrento's if you want a high-quality bakery experience.
