This location is horrible. They're very mean and rude here. They made my drink wrong three times in a row. And I asked them to fix it each time which I was already very nervous about. One of the employees pulled me aside on the third time and told me that this is a pattern that I've created and they're going to have to have a chat with your manager if I keep it up. Home of the palest Matcha Frappuccino you'll ever see. Not one to complain about much of anything, but this needs attention. I feel like I am getting swindled every time I buy one from the Pleasant Grove location. When I mention it to the staff, they will politely remake it, but charge extra to put an extra scoop of matcha powder in it. I am often temped to show the what a Matcha Frapp from any other location looks like, but I don't think they will do anything to change. Pictures are worth a thousand words. Just came to the drive-through to get my chai with three pumps of cinnamon dolce and with cold foam, and we did two separate workers getting the exact same thing and the worker was absolutely disrespecting us the entire time I felt so disrespected. I was trying to be my nicest for her, thinking, she was having a hard day, but she decided to take out her hard feelings on me and my friends. This is absolutely unacceptable for a professional establishment to be doing also the worker also gave us the wrong size and we paid the exact same amount for both of them. We told her to go back and change it and she straight up, just showed disrespect we also asked for a straw, and she clearly did not give it to us on purpose, and as we drove by off, she decided to give us one of the dirtiest side eyes I've ever seen I'm honestly will never come to this exact Starbucks ever again the disrespect I was shown was absolutely insane. I never wish this upon anyone this happened at 5:57 July 19th I hope she can change her attitude. She works in customer service. Poor customer service. Oatmeal not hot and oats were raw. Too much half and half inside. (Asked for cream) No almonds were included.

The drink tasted great, but when I'm missing 1/3 of it, thats upsetting. If we're paying for anything in the food or drink industry, you should be able to get the whole product not just what they could fill. read more

Ordered a Iced Guava passionfruit with light ice...not whatever this is They obviously forgot the coconut milk so what else did they forget because it taste horrible--like a week bitter cool-aide kind of taste. And it has a lot of ice so even if I wanted to try & choke it down it is to cold on my teeth. I love Starbucks but this locations never fails to get your order wrong. Unfortunately, it's the closest one for me and so I am forced to go there. Always new employees takes forever to get one drink made today I ordered 2 oat meals. There were no spoons napkins in the bag one oat meal had the bag of toppings the did not. Got to work and it was to late to go back. Something so simple as oat meal imagine the drink quality. This is why I have been going to Dutch bros down the street. read more

I absolutely love Starbucks. It's my favorite and I love it. Everywhere I go I find a Starbucks to try and get a cup from. Today I visited this location and I was so disappointed. The food I got was cold, the man that worked there was nice enough to make me a new one, but we ordered 3 and all 3 were cold. I ordered my usual, with Carmel drizzle and cold foam. They forgot to add the Carmel drizzle I paid for. I took it back up there and she said to just let her put some on top. I admit I am very particular about my drink order, and I like my Carmel drizzle around the cup like you guys always do it. When I mentioned it to her she told me it dissolved already into the drink. I only had it about 60 seconds and my drink is cold. I asked her again about getting the Carmel drizzle around my cup like I paid for and she had so much attitude and told me she'd have to make a new one. I told her that would be great and she said she'd need to take the one from my hand. Did she really think I wanted it?? Like why would I be telling her to make me a new one if I wanted that one? She had face piercings but I couldn't read her name in her name tag. It looked scribbled. When she gave me my drink it tasted completely wrong but I didn't bother going back up there. I only order coffee from Starbucks but this location was the worst! Very poor service, 6 people working and it took forever. I only order two drinks, a regular coffee and one specialty drink. Took forever for anyone to take our order then we waiting for a long time. Finally after watching 3 of the girls continue to talk I had to ask where our order was. I placed my order online 15 minutes before I arrived, when I arrived, there was no one in line and no one at the counter so I drove up to the window. The nasty little girl opened up the window and asked what I wanted. I told her that I had placed an order online 15 minutes prior. She says next time can you tell us at the mic what it is you're here for. I said that there was no one in line and so I didn't know why I needed to stop at the microphone. She gives me a dirty look and walks off a new girl walks up, asked me again what my name is I give her my name and she slams the window closed. The original girl comes back to the window five minutes later with my drink. And I tell her that this was the rudest I have. A Starbucks ever and she said well sorry about that and shuts the window. I will never come back to the Starbucks location. Giving away free drinks for a week, and I would not come back to this location. Conveniently located close to the freeway. I have only used the drive thru at this location. I ordered two drinks and two food items and they got my order perfect. I asked a question about a food item and they knew the answer right away. My order was ready fast and the barista was friendly. I only had two minimal concerns and they pertain to Starbucks in general more than this location. First was the price, ouch. Second was that there was probably only about 3-4 ounces of actual drink in my tall drink with the ice filling the cup from bottom to top. Next time I will have to see if they can put less ice in the cup. read more

Definitely use this location as a drive through only. I needed a place with WiFi for a scheduled power outage at my apartment so I decided to come here to get my work done. The music is so loud and the staff is yelling at each other so loudly that I couldn't even hear my presentation through my headphones. We were in yesterday and it was as nice and clean as one normally sees. The good part was today. We realized we lost something on our drive yesterday and thought the parking lot of Starbucks was the most likely location. I called and the employee said nothing had been turned in. I've been to this location twice and both times were very pleasant experiences. ALL of the staff is very nice and understanding. They always make sure to say hi and bye to every customer, I've noticed. I came in today to buy a snack and do some homework. The cashier at the counter was awesome. I ordered a coffee cake but they were out so she let me chose a sandwich instead; she apologized and was very sincere about it. I've never had a better experience at a Starbucks. Not only that, the store was clean and huge compared to other Starbucks. I live in lehi but would definitely travel to this specific one for the experience. read more
