I went in hoping to be served a coffee. There was a long line so i went outside to smoke a cigarette and call my manager for a quick check in about work was at least 5 mins or so. I came back in and there was a young lady still undecided. I was patient but was really urgently in need of coffee and asked nicely for any tap water as the starbucks i am used to always have them. Then I was glanced at by dirty looks from baristas and ultimately was blatanly refused service. I will no longer be stopping by this location sadly i enjoyed it while it lasted they were great up until then. But i felt discomforted, dicouraged, and blatantly discriminated against for no apparent reason. I went to dunkin donuts and was treating with nothing but kindness. I hope this location improves sadly I have a gift card with 50$ on it too now and have to out go of my way to another location now read more

Service and ambience is typical of this chain. Don't under any circumstances order the hot chocolate which resembles dishwater with diluted taste of chocolate. After complaining the answer was this is how we make it. This is one of their premier products and it's awful. read more

This is a solid Starbucks. Better traffic flow design (human and automotive) than many other Starbucks. Interior is intentionally designed with few tables. They want you to buy your pricy coffee and leave...and come back tomorrow. Free enterprise in America. The non-handicapped woman monopolizing the handicapped table, camping out for the day and using it as her office, needs to be evicted. I went to this Starbucks location this morning and dealt with the most RUDE worker of all time. She didn't greet me, matter of fact didn't say a word to me once. She had a mean attitude on her face and shoved my order at me, she even let one of the drinks in the tray tip over and didn't apologize just picked it back up and continued to shove my drinks at me. I didn't give an attitude or anything once to deserve such awful customer service. She didn't even give me the opportunity to leave a cash tip and tell her to have a nice day before shutting the window on me. The management here shouldn't be putting people with bad attitude at the window to interact with customers it's a bad look for this place. They also failed to give me the correct breakfast sandwich and did not warm up my croissant. It's quite inappropriate that she thought since she's having a bad morning that it's acceptable to take out her frustration on a customer who was nothing but nice. I placed my drink order and waited patiently. 5 min passes and a woman starts asking people if they placed a drink order. I'm Still not sure if there's a problem at this point. Then I a guy who just ordered his drink gets his drink ahead of me! At this point I approached the woman and explained how long I had been waiting. She apologized and asked for my order again. Apparently they weren't using the computer for drink orders placed inside the building. She had no idea what happened. Love this Starbucks! I'm glad Plymouth has 1 free standing location, although I do wish it was closer to my house. The drive thru line here can be a bit daunting, but it moves quick. Ordering in the store also saves some time if you're in a rush. Literally the worst Starbucks on the south shore. The longest wait times next to the north weymouth location. Every single time with out fail my coffee is incorrectly made. I went last week and it was made correctly and I was shocked. Today I ordered three coffees, all incorrect. I ordered two of them to be the exact same. One is overly sweet, the other has no flavor. I feel like they take the time to greet me and learn my order. They ask after me and actually know my name. Pretty easy, but I feel genuine warmth from the baristas when I come in the door. I've always liked Starbucks because I feel like that's where you can be a little not mainstream and still feel welcome. However if you are out and about a need a cup of Joe Starbucks can be credited with showing America how you are supposed to brew a great cup of coffee. Unfortunately I have given this establishment a fair share of business over the last year. But after multiple times this month of getting bad / burnt coffee, I felt this review needed to be posted. During the course of the last 18 months, with the challenges of staffing and other employment opportunities, I understand that some businesses struggle to keep the quality of their products on par and also struggle with training new employees in a fast paced environment such as this. But when you have an over abundance of business with a prime location, it is the responsibility of the owner to maintain the most professional and high quality service that desires such demand. For this establishment, the quality of their coffee drinks across the board, no matter what type of concoction it is, has suffered drastically. Every visit turns into waiting 10-15mins over the estimated pick up time for a mobile order that was placed well enough in advance which leads to an over crowded lobby to end up with over priced burnt coffee that always leaves a disgusting taste in your mouth. For a/n establishment who's primary product is coffee, this is overwhelming frustrating. Myself along with many others have taken our business to another establishment just over the town-line for the better quality product that we enjoy. I write this review in hopes that the owner will take these seriously and conduct their own independent review of their process and take the necessary steps to ensure that they produce the highest quality products that they have become known for. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. Drive through was busy, so I went inside to order 1medium iced coffee. That's it. I waited (along with 17 others) for over 15 minutes. Meanwhile, mobile orders were flying out the door. I counted 14 completed drinks sitting on the counter for people NOT EVEN THERE, while paid and waiting customers were waiting. I don't usually write reviews of chains, but I was particularly impressed by the friendliness of the baristas at this, otherwise very average, Starbucks. I 'bought' a salted carmel mocha with a free drink card I acquired. The barista was friendly and funny while helping me decide and while making the drink. When I wanted to add another shot, mid creation, she seamlessly wove it in without a flinch.... Later, my mocha grew cold, as I ordered a 20 ounce drink, chock full of fatty, salty, caffeinated goodness, and I was unable to drink it quick enough. She took my drink back, offered to make an entirely new one, but per my request simply steamed a bit more milk to warm it up. She even redressed it in the cup with whip cream, carmel, and salt. I ordered a grande cinnamon vanilla iced chai with 1/2 cup of ice and a shot of espresso. My daughter asked for a coconut cream frappachino with a shot of espresso. We were going through the drive through. Somehow that translated into an iced chai with vanilla and extra ice. My daughter did not get her shot of espresso. They charged us an extra tax as well. The service was truly awful my first of two visits and not much better the second one. The lowlight the first time around was the early 20-something women working behind the counter chatting and drinking coffee when not walking right past me and ignoring me. After a few passes and several minutes, one of them came to the register. The bagel bites were a recent menu addition, and this was my first time ordering them. The clerk asked me which ones I wanted and YELLED "they all have cream cheese" when I politely asked for the one with cream cheese. The second time that I was there, the clerk asked for my order. I told her that the person in front of me had not ordered yet. The clerk then verbally took his order that another clerk rang up at the next register over. In other words, they had one open register during morning rush hour and had two people taking each order. The woman who had asked me for my order walked away before my time came despite the other clerk still working on the order of the person in front of me. On top of this, they had two plastic palettes piled with boxes directly in front of the merchandise and right in the foot traffic path. They later compounded that by having someone opening the boxes, rather than helping the customers. This resulted in the pallets and the boxes both being strewn about. read more

This is the Starbucks I go to when I need to waste time in Plymouth while waiting on the jewelers whenever I am there to get my rings fixed. The space is warm and inviting and there are plenty of tables and chairs for you to bring your laptop, iPad, book, or whatever. The staff is really friendly and drinks are made correctly the first time around. My only complaint is that since the ceilings are so high, it can get very loud. That being said, I went in here last week for the first time as I normally go through the drive thru once and a while around the holidays for a caramel brulee or iced peppermint mocha latte when I'm shopping at Colony Place. I really regretted walking in there as I felt really uncomfortable. I go to the Plymouth Starbucks three or four mornings for my latte and occasionally something to eat. Most of the associates are very friendly and I always enjoy the light chit chat. My latte is also great. The food however is another story. Absolutely no value and little taste for the $$. More and more I see regulars bringing food from the nearby Panera. Starbucks certainly purchased the wrong bakery company. They should have purchased Au Bon Pan. When it was my turn to order, the employee chastised me for beeping my horn.
