I've been here multiple times and have always had a pleasant experience. The staff are always smiling, and I specifically wanted to highlight Jeff who I recently had a great experience with. It was a busy morning and he seemed to be orienting (or maybe helping) a newer person on the computer next to him, while still taking orders himself, but despite this he still took the time to make conversation and connect with his customers and really seemed to enjoy his job. It was just a really good vibe! The drive through line can get long, but if you're willing to park the line is usually much shorter inside. I can't comment on the WiFi as I have never used it, but I did see one reviewer saying there were flies inside, which I have never experienced. One of my go-to coffee shops in the area! read more

This continues to be a terrible location. Despite Starbucks corporate mandate to prioritize in cafe orders, this location prioritizes the drive through, then the app orders. There are routinely 20 cars waiting so in store ordering is a mess. It's more frequent something is wrong or served to the wrong person because staff is so distracted. Possibly the worst renovation in the entire fleet. No meaningful sitting area. The cream and sugar is oddly placed and for many months the only trash was on the opposite side of the store. There are three banks of seating: 2 chairs, an island for three and an island for four. The chairs are frequently used. The island for three is unusable as it's between the trash and the coffee/sugar and the only place to wait. The island for four is tight. One chair is unusable and frequently turned 90 degrees to create space. I have never seen two people at it. Parking was not modified, but the drive through pattern exits through where the limited parking sits so it's a slalom course to avoid cars backing out of spaces. Location is convenient else I'd never return. Most weekends we go to the Marshfield location. It's maybe 10 more minutes away but safer, less frustrating. read more

Zane must be retrained. To start off he is very rude to customers. I frequently come to Shaws Starbucks and know and love most of the workers. Zane made my refresher horrible. I asked for extra base twice to where he gave me a comment about the light ice I never ordered. My drinks tasted like water. Nice employees (therefore the stars given). Zero seating. Why not just call it a drive through? With employees and kitchen almost entirely walled off from view and zero seating, this new Starbucks model is one stop short of a vending machine. I get that some take excessive advantage of the seating and power outlets, but find a way to restrict them vs. inconvenience those who prefer to drink their coffee sitting. Extremely mad For the fourth time I've come here I pay $7 for a venti and the last few times now I get a half cup filled with pretty much all ice. I'm beyond frustrated and would like someone to contact me. I have no problems with my order in kingston or any other Starbucks. Not equipped for rushes, neither in the drive they nor walk-in/pick up. That said, barIstas are friendly and the modest, cozy sip-in area is welcoming enough. Starbuckses are Starbuckses and there's a certain je ne sais quoi to each location. For this one, I can't tell whether they prefer drive up, sit in or take out service and for that, they sit in the middle of the pack. read more

By far my favorite starbucks between Boston and Cape Cod. As you know I love drive thrus because I don't have to pretend to be someone I'm not. I can wear my pajamas and get minimal shame. One thing I'd like to complain about is the lack of trashcans during the process of the drivethru. 1. Where do I put my new drink when my old drink is here still in the cup holder? 2. What do I do with my straw trash when Im an idiot and forget my metal straw and now have double trash. 3. Cape Cod charges for trash so I'm not allowed over the bridge with any trash otherwise I'm fined. I would appreciate it a lot if you put in a trashcan before the pick up window. I've only used the drive thru and only had good experiences. There is a wait if you go during the morning rush but that is expected and common at every Starbucks. Staff members have been very friendly in my experience and always get my order right. As for COVID safety measures, all staff members wear masks, plus there is a sign at the drive thru window requiring all customers to wear one. read more

This is my new morning drive Sbux - i always liked it on the occasional visit but daily? it's still a pleasure to stop here. The drive through moves smoothly, the staff is always friendly and pleasant with everyone. Yep, the parking is tight and no, you really can't drive through the parking lot at the same speed you came down Route 53. But the drive through is a back driveway entrance straight in and behind the cell phone store so if you aren't familiar with the layout, you might get stuck creeping through the lot, but aside from that, this is one of my favorite local outlets of my favorite coffee shops! SHOULD BE A ONE STAR REVIEW....Incompetent buffoons. Placed order three times and they still got it wrong!! Order was pretty simple. 2 Mango dragonfruit refresher , a coffee cake and blueberry muffin. Only extra request was extra dragon fruit. They claimed they never got the order, I placed it again at the register and got ONE iced coffee, tried again got a microwaved coffee cake and muffin and dragon drink made with coconut milk.....frustrating just left with the crap I did not order. Requested caramel macchiato - out of caramel. No big deal ordered venti iced coffee with vanilla sweet cream. Received iced coffee with just foam ontop. Girl at check out was kind and re made coffee with "sweet cream" . Due to covid they are unable to take back wrong orders, both coffees were bad, bitter, and the second coffee was still made incorrectly. read more

This location is great. Sure, it's your standard Starbucks, but the staff here is superb. Everyone is so friendly regardless of the hour of the day. On a few instances, my drink was made incorrectly (wrong type of milk), but the barista always remakes it with no questions and no grudges held, sometimes even in a venti rather than a grande. Sure, Starbucks is a chain, but the staff makes it worthwhile. Bonus, they have a drive-through. Parking is a little tough, but it's easy to get on and off Rt. 3 from this location (minus all the construction on the bridge over Rt. 3). And to the morons that try to make the left on Rt. 53 north from this location... just stop. It's nearly impossible without risking your life. read more

Amazing staff Diane and district manager Sandra must be very proud of their employees. Since Covid hit, they seem to be under a lot more pressure and other customers seem to forget that and expect to get their coffee in the same amount of time it used to take before covid. People are working remotely so there's going to be more people going to their local Starbucks during their breaks and less staff able to work due to unexpected quarantining. Love this Starbucks! Granted drive-up can be slow at peak hours but all it takes is one customer in line ordering 5 breakfast sandwiches and 5 specialty drinks with all sorts of special instructions (mocha latte with 1/2 soy milk, 1/2 skim milk, 1/4 sweet and low, 2 pumps of hazelnut syrup in a double cup). Issue is easily solved with mobile app and picking up inside. Staff is super friendly. read more

I never ever write reviews but I had a great experience at this location. After receiving my latte I realized there was a hole in the cup and it was leaking, without having to ask, the lady working started on a new latte (even though i told her it was unnecessary I could just pour the other one in a different cup) and gave me a certificate for a free drink on my next visit. On my way out I forgot the tea that I had just bought and i called up later on an they had already had it set aside for me! I have been coming to this location for about a year now and have never had any issues and everyone working there is very nice!! read more
