I brought a protein shake with me because I wanted to add it to the coffee I was purchasing. I was told I was not allowed to have outside food or drinks. I understand that a business can have policies, but the way this was handled was yet another example of the unnecessarily rude attitude I have experienced there. I wasn't trying to sit there and consume something I bought somewhere else instead of purchasing anything. I was literally there to buy their coffee and customize it with something I already had. At some point, a business needs to realize that customer service matters. Policies can be enforced without treating customers like they're a nuisance for walking through the door. I've given this place multiple chances, and the consistently unpleasant interactions have completely outweighed whatever I like about their coffee. There are plenty of other coffee shops where I can spend my money and actually feel welcome. I won't be back.

Just goes to show you, never trust 3 google reviews because they were dead wrong! I had my standard order of a Zebra Cooler and it carried me all the way through the rest of my drive to Chicago. My only complaint was that it was somewhat hard to find and my gps took me all over the place trying to get there. They had a BOGO special the day I stopped in, so a friend and I enjoyed an iced skinny latte (skim milk) with caramel (sugar-free) syrup.
