This is a full-service, sit-down coffee shop. It's not just a drive-through like so many places these days. A comfortable spot to relax indoors with air conditioning, or you can choose outdoor seating at tables with umbrellas if you'd rather enjoy your coffee alfresco. Since it was a warm day, I ordered an iced coffee. The barista was friendly and prepared my medium roast with care. It was flavorful, refreshingly cold, and perfectly balanced once I added some cream and sugar for a touch of richness. I thoroughly enjoyed my drink, and I'll definitely be back again.

The chai, however, was full of spice and delicious. I really appreciated that they offered multiple milk options including dairy free/vegan. The star was definitely the quiche though which we got heated up, the crust was flaky and buttery while the egg was well seasoned with tomatoes and mozzarella sprinkled throughout. The baristas were really kind and were patient as we perused the menu. I found the drinks to be a bit on the pricier side, especially for modifications. I don't think this would be my everyday coffee shop but definitely plan to stop by as a treat for some more of their baked goods when I am in town.

The raspberry jam filled glazed donut was definitely my favorite! The glaze was perfectly crackly and sweet, and the donut itself was so fluffy and soft. I've had to wait for my beverage so people can finish their conversation about head injuries before finishing my drink. I hardly get greeted when she's not there. And they just seem to be a lot slower when she is not over there bringing life into the location. I've seen lines for the drive through literally wrap around the parking lot, with five or six people waiting inside for their mobile orders to be ready. When Amy is there, none of this happens. The woman really just needs to be recognized for how amazing she is. The storefront is always clean and welcoming.
