Second time my husband went and got a cold foam and a sandwich. He didn't like the cold foam but said the sandwich was good and since the staff was so friendly he would try it again. Second time he got a cookies and cream and was much happier. I think these owners alone make people want to come back. They are dedicated, friendly and must treat their staff well to have teenagers (for the most part) so kind. I love Starbucks but I choose Cali coffee because their coffee is great and owned by a family who really cares.

No customer should feel like they're inconveniencing an employee simply by placing an order. To make matters worse, the customer behind me seemed irritated because I was ordering more than the two donuts she wanted, and it felt like Josh was more concerned with her impatience than with providing me good customer service. I regularly visit local businesses and share honest reviews with my personal groups because I enjoy supporting small businesses. Unfortunately, this experience is not one I can recommend.
