She explained that it would need to be cold and they couldn't heat it; I didn't ask for it to be heated though! I ate my food in the car. The sandwich was delicious, despite it probably having sat for a long time. I should have walked away, but I wanted to get my sister what she had been craving, so I stayed and placed a $37 order. The entire interaction was uncomfortable. Josh's attitude made it seem as though he didn't want to serve me. His facial expressions, hand gestures, and overall demeanor suggested he was frustrated and unhappy to be there. No customer should feel like they're inconveniencing an employee simply by placing an order. To make matters worse, the customer behind me seemed irritated because I was ordering more than the two donuts she wanted, and it felt like Josh was more concerned with her impatience than with providing me good customer service. I regularly visit local businesses and share honest reviews with my personal groups because I enjoy supporting small businesses. Unfortunately, this experience is not one I can recommend. No craving is worth standing at the counter feeling unwelcome while an employee appears visibly irritated handling your order. One negative interaction can completely change someone's first impression. I sincerely hope management addresses this, because the quality of customer service should match the quality of the product.

I think it would make more sense for everyone who visits to be required to make a purchase instead. Also, when you adopt, there are usually adoption fees involved as well, so having both feels excessive to me. For that reason, I'm giving 4 stars.
