Second time my husband went and got a cold foam and a sandwich. He didn't like the cold foam but said the sandwich was good and since the staff was so friendly he would try it again. Second time he got a cookies and cream and was much happier. I think these owners alone make people want to come back. They are dedicated, friendly and must treat their staff well to have teenagers (for the most part) so kind. No customer should feel like they're inconveniencing an employee simply by placing an order. To make matters worse, the customer behind me seemed irritated because I was ordering more than the two donuts she wanted, and it felt like Josh was more concerned with her impatience than with providing me good customer service. I regularly visit local businesses and share honest reviews with my personal groups because I enjoy supporting small businesses. Unfortunately, this experience is not one I can recommend. No craving is worth standing at the counter feeling unwelcome while an employee appears visibly irritated handling your order.
