She also told me the owners had several orange cats at the time of opening, hence the name. I ordered a delicious Arnold Palmer. The ambiance very cozy. I was surprised by how large the cafe was. They had several rooms to choose from. The outside seating area offered lots of seating and was just perfect for an afternoon drink. Such a lovely spot!

I showed up at the time that was confirmed and there was nothing for me. The staff member apologized and said she would make the order, but there weren't the proper supplies to do so. Upon this happening, I wanted to make sure the owner knew what had happened with the order seemingly slipping through the cracks, so it wouldn't happen to anyone else. From initial contact, I received exemplary communication & customer service... which seems kind of hard to come across these days (unfortunately); lots of people seem to really not care. There was constant communication and care until my order was fulfilled and they even offered to deliver it to me. The protein balls were thoroughly enjoyed by all! They clearly care very much about customer experience & satisfaction. The second time I ordered for pickup, I ordered through DoorDash and everything was ready as ordered and on time. When I picked up my order, I also got a fruit smoothie with protein added. It was delicious. They use whole fruit (not syrups) and very clean whey protein, Naked brand. They also offer protein coffee, which I believe they use Javvy brand, as well as acai bowls, waffles, salads, naan pizzas and more. I will definitely be back for more protein balls & be trying out more of their items as I am able to make it there (they are located about 30 minutes from where I live). Support small business. They have a different take on baked goods, more Italian type so I don't think it was actually stale thats just the closest illustration I can compare it to. Service was excellent and attentive. Ambiance is reflective of an preserved building. They still have the original door from the 1800's and have displayed the original 2lb key in bakery for those interested. She makes pretty good coffee in this tiny little microscopic Shack. I wish the servers were the same outfits as some of the Shacks that this reminds me of in the Pacific Northwest, but then this is Buffalo and it's freezing. Quite often.
