I stop in here every once in a while when I'm in the area and need me a quick shot of caffeine. I guess you can't just hang out in a Starbucks anymore and not buy anything, like just to use the WiFi or restroom. But I always get something , so no prob here. The WiFi works fine and I can check my emails and do a little light work if I need to. I don't see too much difference in the place since the big changes were supposed to happen. I usually just get black coffee and lately I bring my own thermal mug that I keep in the vehicle, so it saves me 10 cents I think. I think there's free refills now if you drink your coffee in the store. The service was fine, just got my order done and that's it. read more

My friends and I each placed a mobile app order for pick up via drive-thru. The staff here were efficiently and double checked to make sure our ordered were correct. We waited about 10-15 minutes and went to the drive thru area to pick up. Great pitstop for our long car ride back home. I ordered the bacon sausage wrap and it was decent. Needed some sort of sauce. It did the job to satisfy my hunger in the morning tho. I got an iced strawberry peach refresher and it was great to wash everything down. The cashier was very nice and helpful. This Starbucks fails on all accounts. Service is unbelievably slow. 12 minutes to receive a single cup of coffee with nonfat milk. Store is absolutely felty. Filled with flies, while I was enjoying my coffee at my incredibly sticky table vagrants walked in covered in filth and wandered about the dining area. One of them stole merchandise from the cooler. One vagrant was carrying one of those porch lighters that you use to light a barbecue grill, and he kept flicking it activating the flame. I watched other guests sitting there swatting flies off of themselves throughout their entire experience. They're getting two stars rather than one because the staff were rather friendly. But clearly this Starbucks is a victim of bad leadership and process. There seem to be six or seven people behind the counter in only hive in the dining room, yet no one was keeping the dining room clean. And they are obviously impacted by Starbucks nationwide policy of allowing vagrants free access to their restaurants for lounging and stealing. read more

She always wanted a pink drink so for her 9th birthday I let her get one. We brought along my granddaughter and they had their own little celebration with cake pops, pink drinks and dragon drink samples. They had so much fun. They never get sugary drinks so this was special and the staff treated them special as well! Even the customers walking in were nice! read more

Huffing and puffing that you are multitasking and missed what we ordered after we've repeated it 3 times ... maybe you shouldn't be working the drive they window if your having one of those days .... Randy went in and the place was dead. A younger female employee was at the register talking with a customer while he waited to order. Their conversation went on for quite some time. Another customer came in and both the previous customer and the employee walked away to get food ready. When she handed him the food, they talked a few minutes more. She came back to the register and helped the customer who came in behind Randy. When she was nearly done, the previous customer returned and their conversation restarted again, still no help for Randy although she did acknowledge him at one point saying she'd be right with him but never was. Finally, after 15 minutes of waiting (way more patient than me), the customer she was socializing with turned to Randy and asked if he was in line. When he said yes, Randy replied but you go ahead, I'm leaving. And then he headed over to his favorite Starbucks on Lancers where he was promptly greeted and served and out the door. Won't ever go back to this location again. read more

I used to go to this Starbucks all the time. Lately my friends and I have noticed their is a very internally angry, raging curly haired woman working the front register. She has been extremely rudely consistently and I'm pretty sure she is a supervisor there. My friends and I saw her at our south bonnnyview Starbucks and all groaned and thought we needed to move Starbucks again but turns out she was covering a shift. She was quite rude at south Bonnyview the day she worked there as well. If you don't like working with people get out of the customer service field, you are the worst part about some people's day. read more

We popped in for breakfast and walked away happy. Drinks were made well, and everything was fully-stocked as far as pastries, sandwiches, snack boxes, etc. Bathrooms were also clean, which I can't say for many other Starbucks. This is a good one! read more

This morning I went through the drive through, as I always do, I came in a little earlier than normal. So I am a little more groggy. I try ordering a drink that can get a little confusing but it isn't the hardest thing I have ever seen considering I have worked at a Starbucks and have experienced the complications that can come along with some of the orders. As I am trying to convey what I am saying to the barista in the drive through call box, he keeps telling me that they can't do that can it will mix the whole drink. When I have gotten it made a certain way before from this exact store. As I am further trying to explain what I want, I hear another employee in the background say, " what is this lady ordering" in a rude and sarcastic tone and then laugh. I got flustered and upset and ended up not ordering everything I wanted and ordered the drink wrong. It was disrespectful, and caused me to question wether or not I should order the drink the way I enjoy it. Makes me sad to see employees make fun of the way customer like their coffee because I know first hand that the employees normally are super specific in the ways they like theirs too. This has to be the friendliest Starbucks I have ever been in. The staff smiles, they remember people's names, and customers seem to know them pretty well. It was packed, so it was a little slower, but there is a drive thru option to save your time if you are in a hurry. I would also that any Starbucks that is still packed at 11:00 but the employees are still smiling and happy seems pretty impressive, because that is a long, busy morning in my mind. read more

I have never gotten anything but GREAT customer service every time I have been in. Whether I come in on an afternoon during the busy holiday season, or an evening on a weeknight--everyone here is friendly and fast! The baristas are great and know how to make a great Americano as well as good conversation. I love a good Starbucks drive-thru! The staff is always courteous and relatively fast at taking and completing orders here - once in awhile, you will see a drink mix-up which can be frustrating at $3-$5 per, but I digress. For some reason, this Starbucks is completely absent from the Yelp iPhone app - how can that be? Just went into this Starbucks to stop to use the restroom and they are NOT enforcing masks. Two employees who were behind the counter did not have masks. One of the employees used her hair as a mask while she left the store... There were about 10 people in the store 4 people including my mother and I were the only ones wearing masks. There is a very clear sign posted on their door saying face masks are required by law in their store... yet Starbucks is deciding NOT to enforce it!!! read more

Didn't notice the drive-thru until we were heading out of the parking lot....duh. Wasn't familiar with the Redding area and was given directions from the Hotel folks. I guess ordering tea from a coffee house is like ordering steak from a hamburger joint! Twice in one day my order was not correct!

Even though the coffee is good, the customer service is terrible. I had gone in with 37 different orders, asked if they could write the names on each cup only to be told NO, we can't do that. Then proceeded to try and tell me they couldn't give me any drink carriers. I would not choose this place for large orders. read more

He was talking over me and not listening it was very frustrating. I ordered two coffees one had Carmel syrup all over the cup. It was at night so my husband got the syrup all over his hands.
