Super friendly, super clean and made me a perfect mocha with just the right amount of simple syrup!

I very rarely have an experience bad enough to warrant taking time to write a negative review, but today.... Let me start by saying that I purposely avoid this Starbucks because every time I've come here I have a negative experience, at least one of my drinks is wrong every single time. Today was no exception, my order is simple, grande iced coffee in a venti cup with cream and cinnamon dolce, I even clarify every time that I want it in a venti cup to add a little extra cream. I got to the window and was handed a grande cup that looked like it was filled with cream, it wasn't even slightly tan. When I explained it was wrong and how I wanted it, the girl in the window offered to remake it..... but instead of starting over she poured it in a venti cup and added more cream. With no more time to waste on coffee this morning I eneded up with a venti cup of cream and ice that I had to add my own coffee to. I should add that I worked at Starbucks several years ago, so I've made much harder drinks than mine! Super disappointed, I will not be going back to this Starbucks ever again! In fact, once this giftcard I got for my birthday is spent, I'll stick with Dutch Bros. read more

Friendly staff! Apparently, Yelp requires more information than that - but since it's Starbucks, and there are no surprises on the menu, I think the staff is what makes or breaks the property. The staff here was super friendly, professional and actually said "thank you so much" when we put a couple of bucks in the tip cup. Really like this location. read more

Nothing different then you're other typical Starbucks same service same coffee although this Starbucks they were a little friendlier then the rest since they are probably away from the Bay Area read more

I'm giving this 2 stars even though the manager, Aubrey deserves -5 stars. I wanted to use the restroom and asked for the code, she looks at me like she's all tired and annoyed already and just walks away. Fortunately, the other barista nicely gave me the code. I was annoyed and wanted to know her name and put it on here so I nicely asked her "Hi!" She looks at me again all annoyed like she's just wants to jump off a cliff. So I asked for her name, said thanks and walked away. Yes, Aubrey - If you're the manager then I feel sorry for your team. The ladies are very nice and friendly and nothing like you. As a manager, you should not show any signs of frustration and tiredness especially to your customers. I hope this gets to your superiors because your other staff deserves have great customer service and i think deserves your position. read more

When this location first opened they were fast and polite......Seems this has changed. I hate feeling like a business is doing me a favor by selling me their overpriced goods. This is just another of many reasons I will no longer patronize Starbucks. read more

The longest I have EVER waited in line at Starbucks! It is always over 10 minutes and they always say it is because of all new staff... After 4 tries, it's Dutch Brothers from now on, at least they try to make a connection with the customer. read more

This Starbucks has got to be the most dirtiest and slowest Starbucks ever!!!!!!!! Everybody who works there seem to hate their job. Very poor customer service and they didn't even acknowledge that we were standing there for 10 mins!!!!!!! Please hire new people. read more

Worst customer service of any Starbucks I have visited! They took 10 minutes to wait on us and another 20 min to make two tall drinks !!! Then they were so rude I would not recommend this Starbucks to anyone. Even safeway is better. To top it off they were not even busy!!! read more

Helpful staff, and a good drink. However it can really become crazy inside of the store sometimes. Before and after work the lines are huge. But otherwise, it is a great place to be. read more
