I am a reserve member, a daily Starbucks customer who has visited hundreds of locations throughout the country and yet the one in my town is probably one of the poorest operated I've experienced. I usually do not stop at this location because if you order two items, one is usually wrong and you don't find out until you get home. It's always fun to find out the your blonde roast with heavy cream is a black pike or your banana loaf is a pumpkin bread. I used to think that the reason for the mistake is that this location was so busy that staff couldn't keep up but now there is a location at the other end of town and one in a nearby town and nope, still no attention to detail even when you are the only vehicle in the drive thru....my recommendation...drive past. A week ago I used their bathroom. The door and the door to the stall, neither lock worked, there is no way to lock the doors. I told them this a week ago. Here I am again and both door locks are still broken. Note, no toilet paper last week and the sink and floor were dirty. Ugh! read more

Drive-thru....long line. It moved at a slow pace. 2 Black Teas ordered with Stevias. One grande & 1 venti. The worker was very kind and welcoming. More waiting on line. About 30 minutes! Paid and wished a good day after handing over drinks! Definitely a lot longer wait, but luckily, the worker was kind and really good teas! Recommended! read more

The customer service here is horrible and they take a long time to give you your drinks even if they don't have a lot of cars, I asked for a cup of ice and they refused to give it to me unless something was purchased. Not ever going there again! read more

Absolute worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks, ever. I am not even exaggerating. The crew was slow as molasses, drive thru line was a parking lot, 30 people waiting inside. My hot drink was done within minutes of placing my order and I didn't get my cold drink until 24 minutes later? How does that even happen? People were getting pieces of their order here and there, 10-15 minutes apart. Plan to wait 35-45 minutes for coffee even after ordering ahead. read more

Reedley Starbucks has saved my day/life more than once. The thing I appreciate more than anything is the accuracy on their mobile orders. Seriously it's the most time effective thing since dental floss picks. I usually place my order after I drop my kid off and submit it at the next red light. It is always ready by the time I get there and it's just right each time. Sometimes baristas lack personality but at 7:50 am, I am too. They are usually pretty good about saying thank you and will smile half the time, so no judgement from me. I am nor will I ever be a morning person but Starbucks across from the college campus makes it a bit more tolerable. read more

I love Starbucks but they fail to make my order right. I order through the app it should've been easier to make it. I ordered 2 passion tea lemonade and 2 Sandwiches and a Venti Blonde coffee. September 1st I placed a order on the mobile app at 5:57 AM making my commute to the Starbucks I was expecting to have my drink ready well that wasn't the case. I had to wait there till 6:27 AM and ask if my drink was ready they had not even started it. It shouldn't take almost 30 minutes to make a drink seems like management needs to have more employees helping with the morning shift or their employees need to work on their time management skills. read more

This is my go to Starbucks location when I visit Reedley and the staff is super nice. They greet you hello once you walk in the door and the small talk is genuine. They are efficient in making drinks especially juggling the drive thru and inside lines. The only downside for some customers is that the drive thru line can get pretty long. I tend to go down to order or order via mobile app. It seems faster that way if you're in a timely bind. read more

Visited Reedley Starbucks this afternoon. They had no matcha to make a green tea latte, they had no cake pops, AND they were not able to make a cookie crumble drink because they were missing an ingredient. When we got to the window, I asked if I could add a chocolate chip cookie to my order and I was told I could not. This is not a good way to run a business. How do they run out of so many things??? And given the fact that they are out of so many things, can't they make an exception and make us happy by allowing us to add something to our order when we are at the window? I'll do my best not to return to this Starbucks!! I visit this location daily when I'm my boyfriend and I are visiting his parents. Most of the employees at the LA stores near us are 'meh' at best. Everyone here is just so friendly despite how crazy busy this location is. It can be a bit of a wait at times but this is the only location in Reedley so it's to be expected. read more

I understand that this is the only Starbucks in town, however they are extremely slow. I mobile order from 15 minutes away and it is still not ready upon my arrival, sometimes they don't even know they got an order. I have been consistently coming here 3-4 times a week for 2 years and it is consistently slow service, however the employees have always been kind. The bathrooms are atrocious. I have never seen them "clean" dirty floors, broken door handle, pee on the seat. This is also very consistent. Don't bother ordering on the app 10 minutes in advance, you'll still be waiting 15 more minutes. They are the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. Usually I come here and have no problems but tonight I decided to come... don't usually do... and went through the drive-through, got to the intercom and waited there for 5 mins. No one said anything, we called out, no respond... What has 12 legs and takes 20 minutes to make you the wrong drink? The crew at the Reedley Starbucks. I don't know what happened, because this place used to be good. Maybe there's new management and they get pissed at the sight of a satisfied customer and they're like, "Screw those guys! I know how to wipe the smiles off of their faces! Hey snobby girl with no discernible skill who is taking selfies because you're in love with yourself, come here. You're hired. Do whatever the heck you want. I'll hire all your Facebook friends, too." There used to be 2 or 3 people working so fast you could only see the blur of them moving, nailing your drink order every time. I was happy to see the size of the crew bumped up to 5 to 7 most of the time. It was too much for the number of people they had before even though they somehow managed. Unfortunately they seem to now only hire people who are probably intelligent enough to do their job, but they couldn't give less of a crap. This works out to you having to wait forever while they talk and meander about, basking in the glow of their own magnificence, until they feel like making you a drink. I usually put a pot roast in the oven before I go so I'll have a nice hot dinner ready for me when I get home. But finally that glorious moment comes when you hear your name. You grasp that drink and put it to your lips, only to find out they made you the wrong thing, or they made the right drink but it tastes like crap. I've been ordering the same thing at Starbucks since I discovered it about 16 years ago: large white mocha. It's freaking amazing. I used to order it in Reedley too, but I've had to change that because now, after asking me six times if I want it hot and me replying yes, they make me something that tastes like it was tapped out of a wildebeest's butt hole. I told them a couple times it didn't taste right and they asked me what it needs. Like I'm going to know. I don't know. I don't know what's in it in the first place. If I knew I would just make one at home and save myself an hour waiting in line and then waiting on them to make the dang thing. It needs to not taste terrible. I still see the members of the old crew from time to time so I know they still work there, and they're still awesome. But they aren't there too often anymore, so your odds of that drink you just dropped five bucks on being made correctly, and in a timely fashion, are pretty slim. read more
