The baristas here are really good at what they do, which includes keeping calm and professional when an angry person is trying to argue with them because lattes don't count as a "free tall coffee" on free tall coffee day. This location is totally focused on drive thru. BLUF don't order through the app. To go orders, not so much. With 3 peeps working, a mobile order and 1 walk in customer. Walk in customer arrived 15 minutes after order placed through app, and walked out first. breakfast sandwich took 20+ minutes. Frapp took 20 minutes as well. Nice peeps, but wow. Standard Starbucks menu, slow service and insanely loud music - the outside speaker is set to deafening.

Always a hit or miss at this location. My mobile order has been wrong. I have waited at the front counter with no acknowledgement for minutes until I had to make a noise for someone to say "we will be right with you." I ask for no whip, but still get whipped cream. Very clean Starbucks location, always has ample space and parking.The customer service can very, depending on who's working. I regularly hear staff talk about their personal life, on few occasions, I waited more than 20min with 3 or more customers for my order to be ready. For those who are ordering online, I recommend ordering 20min ahead of the time the app tells you it will be ready. This place has definitely gotten better since they've opened. Went through the drive thru yesterday and ordered a vanilla honey iced macchiato and tomato mozzarella sandwich and it was delicious! Stopped by to pick up some coffee and food for my family. Ordered 3 drinks and two food items. They made the food a one drink fairly quickly but then I was still waiting for the last two drinks. When I inquired about them they looked back at the order and realized they never put them on the order nor charged me for them. (They don't give receipts at this location so I couldn't verify when I first ordered). So they ended up giving me the black coffee for free and then I paid for the 3rd drink. They made the situation right but it was very frustrating that they missed two drinks on the order the first time. read more

worst service I have experienced in being a starbucks customer, im not a huge review fan but this had to be addressed upon arriving I walk up to the register to order im greeted by a wait hold on with a run around the corner by an employee attempting to lock the door im in confusion come to find out while on the clock he is playing because his friends are approaching the door entrance from the parking lot remind you there are guest inside while he has keys in hands locking the front door as a guest nobody knows what his intentions are he comes back to take my order laughing still no greeting while he takes my order with a shot of expresso in his hand drinking it this is a very concerning act of customer service and conduct of business as a rewards customer im highly disappointed in this establishment his other employees dont even acknowledge or correct his customer service as im standing at the counter on my work break to place an order in a timely manner read more
